Located in a residential area, Kennedy is close to the seaside and the city centre of The Hague. Great for (combining) business and leisure, as it is close to the Embassy Quarter, The Hague Institute for Global Justice, Europol, World Forum and Government Offices.

Well connected with tram and bus and only 3,7 km from Den Haag Central Station, it is easy to visit other parts of the city and/or The Netherlands.

  • What is Paga in Structural and what are Payment Pre-Authorisations?
    When you book, some facilities offer the possibility of paying directly at the facility. In these cases you will simply be asked to insert your credit (or debit) card to guarantee the booking, but without any charge. The sum will be taken from your credit card only in the cases provided for by the policies and conditions relating to your booking. In other cases, when the Partner does not adopt automatic availability and booking systems, but confirms reservations "manually", then you will be asked to insert your credit (or debit) card to guarantee the reservation, and then be directly charged at the same time as the Partner confirms the booking (within 24-48 hours). At that moment you will receive an email with the booking confirmation and payment.
  • How do I know if my card has been pre-authorized?
    By consulting your credit card balance you will see that your available balance will be temporarily reduced by the amount of your booking. In other cases and depending on the policy of your credit card circuit, you may also find an entry in the monthly summary of card movements: "pending operation". The pre-authorization block, depending on the situation, will be maintained according to the policies and terms and conditions of what has been booked.

Disappointing
The first impression is a key, our first impression was horrible. We entered our sub -ground floor (no information in the booking and the price for this apartment was not reduced) to a view of dirty windows and a car park (the cars were higher than our windows), the floor had been wiped but was so wet we needed 2 towels to dry it. The bathroom cabinet had water damage.
The pillow - it was so dirty and stank, I had to cover it with bath towels and spray copious amounts of perfume.
Parking was on the street and it was ok.
The reception is only open in the mornings and the receptionist did not even bother to say hello on both mornings when I was sitting in the common room.

At no time I felt a valued guest
Room itself was fine, good location. Didn't like the bed. Kitchen was unusable first day due to lack of usable pans and knifes, those present were small, scratched and rusty. Took them way too long to send up replacements, brought by rude annoyed staff. They changed outside access key without informing existing guests. At checkout staff did not care about my bad experiences. Clear that this hotel does not value the comfort of their guests, they just want to make as much money possible with as little effort.

Optisch sah erstmal alles schick aus.

Die Sauberkeit allerdings hat deutlich Luft nach oben!

Teilweise waren Besteck und Kochuntensilien zu Beginn verschmutzt
(Noch mit alten Essensresten!!!)

Außerdem wurde auch das Zimmer (Aufenthalt 6 Nächte) nicht einmal zwischengereinigt, obwohl dies in der Beschreibung stand.

Die Küche war nur sehr spärlich ausgestattet, zum Beispiel keine Brotmesser.
(Kann man bei dem Preis schon etwas besseres erwarten)

Außerdem haben wir es versäumt, uns jedes mal einen Beleg geben zu lassen, somit konnte sich plötzlich die Mitarbeiterin am nächsten Tag nicht mehr daran erinnern, dass wir bereits unsere Mehrkosten bezahlt hatten. Also haben wir schön knapp 150 Euro doppelt bezahlen müssen.

Das fanden wir schon extremst dreist...

Positiv zu erwähnen ist, eine top Lage und die Ausstattung an sich, war schon in Ordnung.

Lazy employee, bad sofa bed
We had additional sofa bed in our delux 1 bed apt. Which cost 25eur extra and very bad quality. Room is spacious but not thoroughly clean. We arrived on sunday and called the number (no receptionist on sunday) to get the parking card, only to be lied to by lazy employee, that there’s no more parking spot. The day after, we asked this to receptionist, she was surprised and said there’re plenty of parking spots in their facility even on sunday and directly give me a card to park.

Booked this hotel for 3 and they charged again for an uncomfortable sofa bed. Not a great hotel one of my worst hotel experiences. Don't book with these as the price you see is not the price you pay. Total ripoff

What a disaster
The room was dirty and poorly prepared for my arrival. Had to come downstairs to get a coffee although it stated that there was coffee on the room. Very uncomfortable bed, plus hairs on the sheet. Made em feel sick

schönes Hotel - gut gelegen
schönes Hotel - gut gelegen. Die Zimmer sind schön groß und modern eingerichtet.

Das Buffet zum Frühstück ist ganz ok, es könnte ein klein wenig reichhaltiger sein.

Ich würde das Hotel wieder wählen..

Super séjour
Excellent accueil. Appartement très confortable. Parfait pour notre séjour familial. Localisation très proche de nos sorties : Madurodam, centre ville, etc. et facile d'accès. Stationnement très pratique. Petit déjeuners copieux.

Volvería. Buena estadía, amplio espacio. Personal agradable.
El hotel tiene amplias habitaciones, buen baño , cocina y living para descansar. La cocina y artefactos funcionan bien. Puedes arrendar bicicletas. No está en el centro mismo, lo que es bueno. Está caminando a un barrio muy lindo de locales comerciales y caminando al palacio de la Paz alrededor de 15 minutos. Frente al hotel hay un museo y una parada de transporte bus y tram. Estos te llevan al centro (solo hay tiendas grandes y mucha más gente ). Las atracciones de La Haya están por todas partes, la arquitectura es hermosa, y debes conocer la playa. El hotel tiene una vending machine, la limpieza no es a diario, pero puedes pagar por ello. La atención del personal es muy amable y siempre te solucionan cualquier problema o pregunta, pero sólo están hasta las 18 horas, es un apart hotel. Me gusto mucho todo, desde la ubicación, la vista, la apacibilidad, el espacio de las habitaciones (estuve tres semanas) y lo sentí como un hogar. Volvería sin pensarlo.

Sehr modern, sehr sauber, sehr ehrliches, tolles Personal und Hunde freundlich
Wir waren mit unserem Hund im Hotel. Unser Apartment war sehr geräumig und top ausgestattet. Wir hatten eine große Dusche, bei der es auch Super angenehm war den Hund abends nach dem Strand zu duschen. Der Check-In und Check-Out war sehr unkompliziert. Die Lage des Hotels ist Okay, mit kleinen Fußmärschen ist es möglich auch ohne die öffentlichen Verkehrsmittel überall hin zu kommen. Beim Frühstuck gab es eine große Auswahl, das Rührei war jedoch nicht genießbar, der Rest jedoch sehr gut! Was uns ein wenig gestört hat, war dass das Apartment nur dreimal gereinigt wurde, bei einem Aufenthalt von ca. 10 Tagen und da sah es mit Hund und Strand sehr schnell unordentlich aus. Der Sand war trotz Vorsichtsmaßnahmen überall. Es gab zwar eine kleine Kehrschaufel aber einen richtigen Besen gab es nur gegen Aufpreis. Das Personal war jedoch sehr bemüht und wir gehen gerne wieder dort hin. Vielen Dank für die tolle Zeit.

Sehr modern, sehr sauber, sehr ehrliches und tolles Personal
Die Zimmer sind top ausgestattet. Eine riesige Badewanne. Sehr moderne Einrichtung. Alles war perfekt.Am besten jedoch war der außergewöhnliche Service.Ich habe leider meinen Rucksack, mit allen teuren Wertsachen (Laptop, Geldbörse usw) im Apartment vergessen. Ausgefallen ist es mir erst bei unserer Ankunft zuhause. Eine Mitarbeiterin hat den Rucksack gefunden und mir zugeschickt. Alles Sachen waren vollständig vorhanden. So ehrliche Mensche sind heutzutage selten. Ein ganz toller Service.Vielen vielen Dank noch einmal!Beste Grüße

Gut gelegenes Hotel mit wenig Wohlfühlflair
Da Hotel ist gut gelegen, in Nähe zur den Konsulaten und mit dem Fahrrad nur wenige Minuten zum Friedenspalais und ein paar weitere Minuten zur einen Seite in die City und das gleiche zur anderen Seite zum Strand in Scheveningen...Leider war das Besteck/Geschirr/Töpfe im Appartment schmutzig und es lagen nicht aufgelöste Tabs im Geschirspüler...Behebung ist fehlgeschlagen und wir haben die Sachen letztlich von Hand abgewaschen...Dann hatten wir keine Lust mehr auf Kochen...Das Frühstück war ganz ok, aber der Frühstücksraum mit Plastikstühlen im "Keller" neben der Rezeption und den Putzfrauen, die mit Müll und ihrem Putzwagen durchfahren ist nicht so gemütlich... Ein ganz kleines bisschen Hintergrundmusik würde der Atmosphäre guttun...Unser Appartment war groß aber die Möblierung lieblos und auch nicht wirklich gmütlich (aber 2 Flachbildfernseher)

Sono stata con la mia famiglia, compresa la nostra piccola pelosa Lady, benissimo. Appartamento molto spazioso, pulito e con tante comodità, bagno con ampia doccia e vasca, cucina ben attrezzata. La posizione perfetta per spostarsi sia in zona, con tanto verde intorno sia in centro ( pochi chilometri) o anche in spiaggia a Scheveningen. Personale sempre gentile e disponibile. Utile anche la lavanderia. Lo consiglio e tornerò sicuramente

Un bon point de chute à La Haye
Un peu cher certes mais comme vous pouvez faire (sommairement) à manger dans l'appartement le coût est réduit d'autant. Vous pouvez aller dans le centre à pied en laissant la voiture en face de l'hôtel. Les appartements sont très confortables, propres et bien insonorisés.

Endroit agréable pour séjourner à la Haye
Aparthotel bien placé pour un séjour à la Haye. Propre calme et confortable . Transport à proximité . Bon accueil. Cuisine bien équipé, moderne. Chambre spacieuse et bonne literie. Grande salle de bain et moderne.

Le retour
Il est souvent instructif de séjourner au même endroit à une année d'intervalle, afin de vérifier l'évolution d'un établissement.
Dans le cas du B-aparthotel Kennedy, pas de mauvaise surprise, bien au contraire.
Nous avions le même appartement (une suite et une chambre supplémentaire communicante) à l'étage du dessus qui ne présentait pas de dégradation particulière par rapport au séjour précédent (le joint de la porte d'une des douches aurait gagné à être remplacé et les couverts de la kitchenette un peu dépareillés - mais vraiment rien de grave). Arrivés un dimanche après midi, nous avons suivi la procédure d'accès et de récupération des clés qui nous avait été envoyée par mail sans aucun problème. L'appartement était prêt et propre et le séjour s'est déroulé sans encombre, donc pas grand chose à signaler ce qui, au fond, est peut-être le meilleur commentaire !

Quartier calme et prestations à la hauteur
L'hôtel est situé dans un quartier où le stationnement est gratuit, ce qui est un vrai plus aux Pays-Bas. Quartier très calme (du moins le week-end) à proximité de nombreux parcs et relativement proche du port (20 minutes à pied).
Les chambres sont très spacieuses et proposent une cuisine hyper fonctionnelle, un petit espace salon et une grande salle de bain (toilettes intégrées). Pas de volet, mais des stores déroulants. Attention, la literie est un peu dure, malgré un surmatelas.
Légèrement déçue du petit-déjeuner qui tranche avec le reste des prestations ; la salle ne propose pas assez de tables et même si le buffet est (très) régulièrement rempli, la qualité des produits n'est pas toujours au rendez-vous.
Mais dans l'ensemble, un hôtel très agréable, aucune mauvaise surprise !

Muy buena opción
Habitación grande con unos ventanales que la dan mucha luz. Muy nuevo y bien ubicado, dando un paseo de 15' llegas a la playa y el centro. Ideal para negocios y él precio económico. Lo peor, él desayuno, 15€ y muy muy justito.

Mucho espacio
Un apartahotel muy moderno situado a unos 3km del centro de La Haya, pero a unos 200m hay parada de tranvia y de autobus, la habitacion es muy grande y con una ducha que me ha encantado. Las camas aunque era una habitacion doble, las dos camas eran grandes, solo que una es un sofa cama y no es comodo ya que se hunde el colchon hacia el medio. Las camas no estan en la misma habiatacion como es habitual sino que cada una tiene su espacio solo que no hay puertay cada cama con su television de 42" y posibilidad de enchufar un pendrive, aunque tiene algo de dificultad. El desayuno lo teniamos incluido y aunque el buffet esta en una mesa reducida tiene bastantes cosas para desayunar bien a gusto. Hay cafe, te, zumos, agua, bollos, fiambres, pan, mermeladas, huevos duros, en fin de todo.

Un espacio muy cómodo y agradable
Los apartamentos son muy cómodos y espaciosos, la cama será de 180 aprox y un gran baño. La Cocina equipada con lavavajillas, nespresso, microondas.... un gran sofá con pantalla grande y otra pantalla en la habitación.

Andando a 10 minutos del centro, 10 min en coche de la playa y a 5 de la feria.

Me gusto mucho este aparthotel, muy nuevo y limpio. Quizas un poco retirado del centro, pero se llega andando en 15 minutos.
Los desayunos muy buenos, aunque hay que pagarlos aparte (14-15 euros/dia)
Eso si, todas las habitaciones dobles tenian una unica cama.
Con aire acondicionado y sitio para aparcar gratuito.
