- What is Paga in Structural and what are Payment Pre-Authorisations?
When you book, some facilities offer the possibility of paying directly at the facility. In these cases you will simply be asked to insert your credit (or debit) card to guarantee the booking, but without any charge. The sum will be taken from your credit card only in the cases provided for by the policies and conditions relating to your booking. In other cases, when the Partner does not adopt automatic availability and booking systems, but confirms reservations "manually", then you will be asked to insert your credit (or debit) card to guarantee the reservation, and then be directly charged at the same time as the Partner confirms the booking (within 24-48 hours). At that moment you will receive an email with the booking confirmation and payment.

How do I know if my card has been pre-authorized?By consulting your credit card balance you will see that your available balance will be temporarily reduced by the amount of your booking. Great Stay would definitely recommend
Great hospitality with a great staff members we felt welcomed from the Check-in to checkout , We have enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend for anyone travelling to Manchester for a short term or even a long term. The view from 14th floor was a breathtaken and the balcony was a big bonus in our apartment. Thanks for the hospitality we would come back soon .

Great midweek stay in Manchester
Great spot tucked away on church street. Greeted well by the team on arrival and the room was a great size, clean and comfortable.

Uninspiring room
Based on the photos was expecting something a little more special, whilst the room was very clean and amenable, it lacked any personality or character, and being on the first floor there were no floor to ceiling windows or nice views as depicted in the marketing.

Amazing place to stay in Manchester, cannot recommend highly enough!
What a fantastic stay! These apartments are fantastically situated right in the city centre and really did feel more like a home away from home rather than staying in a conventional hotel. The apartment was well appointed and equipped and scrupulously clean. The staff were all fabulous and provided a first rate and very friendly service and walking through the doors each day to the team really did make me feel at home. A special shout out to the general manager (Rob) for going above and beyond making my stay even more special and convenient.
