Meilleur restaurant de Chamonix !
Un dîner formidable, les plats excellents et un service adorable, nous avons eu droit à une magnifique table sous la véranda (qui semblait flotter sur l'Arve !). Merci pour la petite surprise d'anniversaire 🎂🎇

Good food in a cozy environment
The restaurant verandah is just by the Arve River which makes it really special.
Service is very attentive, even if sometimes a bit aloof.
Food is good and the menu is well designed.
Will surely be back!

Excellent déjeuner, comme à l'accoutumé. Charmant accueil.
Plat et dessert à la carte. 2 soles meunières, Profiteroles (divins comme toujours, choux croustillants à souhait) et coulant au chocolat (excellent. Malheureusement comme il était proposé en suggestion, nous risquons de ne plus pouvoir en profiter: croisons les doigts)

Overrated and overpriced for service and quality
Service was very slow and waiter ignored us most of the time. We couldn’t get our order in and she was going to other people instead until we had to call other waiters. Even to pay the bill she didn’t come back to charge our card.

This is culinary experience in Chamonix
If you’re looking for excellence in dining , you are n the right place , the food was impeccable and the staff made us special, they even made the effort to surprise my partner's birthday, and the location beside the river is spectacular. Ottima location, ristorante curato e pulito e personale molto disponibile e cordiale. Buon rapporto qualità prezzo.

Ottimi piatti e gentilezza del personale. Tempi di attesa un po’ lunghi che potrebbero essere allietati con qualche mise en bouche tra una portata e l’altra (ma va anche segnalato che il ristorante era molto frequentato)

Un buon ristorante situato nel centro di Chamonix, l’atmosfera c’è e pure il cibo è molto buono.
Il servizio potrebbe essere più curato perché l’ho trovato un po’ disattento in alcuni momenti , forse un po’ più di formazione ci starebbe bene. Suggerisco di prenotare la veranda se volete vista fiume.

Schönes Ambiente, perfekter Service und super Essen, was will man mehr. Immer wieder gerne! Die Lage direkt am Bach ist wunderschön und die Bestuhlung ist angenehm, bei weitem nicht so eng wie üblich.

La carta cubre de forma genial lo que seria un viaje a Francia, ademas el suma las especialidades del lugar

Todo genial
Hemos cenado genial (parrillada de carne 2pax), y eso que no teníamos reserva. Un lugar con un encanto especial, un trato esquisto y una comida realmente buena (el olor en el restaurante es una delicia).
Es muy recomendable pagar 3 o 4 € más por estar en un restaurante así.
Solo puedo decir, que si tengo la ocasión, volveré! Gracias por una gran velada.

Sensationelles Essen und sympathischer Service
Die Atmosphäre liegt zwischen nostalgisch rustikal und Alpinechic. Es liegt sousterrain mit direktem Ausblick auf den Bach und den Montblanc.

Die Begrüssung ist herzlich und einladend, man fühlt sich auch ohne Reservierung willkommen. Die Karte ist klassisch französisch mit einem leicht lokalem Einschlag. Die Gerichte sind sauber konzipiert und geradlinig umgesetzt, alles von der Vorspeise bis zum Dessert schmeckt hervorragend. Die Weinkarte hat eine schöne Auswahl aus allen französischen Gebieten und bietet auch preislich eine breite Auswahl.

Die Kompetenz und Freundlichkeit des Service zieht sich durch den ganzen Abend und endet mit einer herzlichen Verabschiedung.

Hohe Qualität, aufmerksame Bedienung
Die Karte ist ausgewogen, die Speisen sind fein abgeschmeckt, die Weinkarte ist ausgezeichnet. Der Service ist sehr aufmerksam. Wenn man zudem direkt an der Arve sitzen kann, ist alle perfekt.
Der Eingang des Restaurants ist etwas versteckt.

Abfertigung im Kellergeschoss
Das Restaurant wurde uns im Hotel empfohlen für gute Küche. Diese war ganz ok jedoch nicht mehr. Am Wochenende wird in Schichten serviert und wir bekamen unseren Tisch erst um 21.00 Uhr. Die Speisen waren gut nicht mehr und nicht weniger. Der Service war eigentlich professionel, jedoch war der Kellner sehr im Stress und rannte beinahe von einem Tisch zum Anderen.
Das Ambiente auf der laube direkt oberhalb des Flusses hat uns nicht gefallen. Wir würden nicht mehr hingehen. Die Preise sind im höheren Segment, für uns hat Preis-/Leistungsverhältnis nicht gestummen.
