A mejorar
Estuvimos 4 noches en depto nro 9 y depto nro 12, ya q eramos un grupo de 5 personas. El complejo necesita mantenimiento sobre todo en el sector de la pileta q es cubierta ya q sus cerramientos dwl techo de vidrio estaban casi todos rajados y daba miedo se partieron y cayeran a la pileta...El jacuzzi no funcionó nunca! La explicación fue q el electricista no se presentaba a arreglarlo...además le faltaban mosaicos y repito el estado del área no era el esperable.
La persona encargada q tenia un horario diurno bastante acotado respondía en forma muy negligente a cualquier consulta se le hiciera...nunca nos hizo el checkin por ejemplo ...
En cuanto a los deptos, las camas eran lo mejor, realmente cómodas, no así las almohadas q eran muy duras ...les falta mantenimiento de pintura en general y la puerta del baño del depto 12 no cerraba, funcionaba como vaiven...dicho depto consta de un entrepiso q su cerramiento externo son paños de vidrio fijo, lo cual en verano era insoportable ya q pegaba el sol todo el día y se sentía un efecto sauna q no se podía refrescar ni siquiera a la noche, impedía un bien descanso en verano! No tienen aire acondicionado ni ventiladores, ante dicha emergencia pésimo un ventilador y me dejaron uno q me daba asco por la mugre q tenia , lo tuve q limpiar yo misma un poco antes de usar!
Es lamentable el estado de los decks de los balcones, da miedo usarlos ya q las maderas están arqueadas y re secas...

El río bonito q pasa x el complejo es agradable .

Hola . El complejo muy muy lindo . El lugar estratégicamente bien ubicado . El sendero del bonito es uno de mis preferidos y siempre es una buena opción para hacerlo

Habitaciones muy grandes. Muy bien climatizadas. Buena vista al Río Bonito y cerca de todo. Buen desayuno.
Lo único a observar es que la piscina climatizada estaba fría, no pudimos usarla. Buena relación calidad precio. Muy bien el re cepcionista.

Excelente lugar para alojarse en VLA
MUY BUENO!!! Lugar espectacular para alojarse. Cabaña amplia y muy cómoda y muy bien equipada. El entorno fabuloso. El servicio excelente! Destaco la atención de Guido, un fenómeno!!!

Anulé una reserva en Booking y me la quieren cobrar igul
Hice una reserva por Booking, luego la anulé y sin embargo me la quieren cobrar igual. No es una buena manera de tratar a los clientes. Deberían haberse comunicado para poder resolver esta situación y no lo hicieron.
Buenos días Hernan, lamentamos lo sucedido. Usted tenia 2 reservas diferentes efectuadas en booking para fechas diferentes. Cancelo solo una de las reservas. La otra no fue cancelada y su departamento fue preparado para usted para la fecha de llegada. El día que tenia que ingresar nos comunicamos con usted telefónicamente y no nos dio tiempo a explicar el motivo de la llamada, necesitábamos consultarle si iva a venir o no dado que ya era pasado el horario de check in, nos corto el teléfono y nos dijo erróneamente que la reserva había sido cancelada. Es importante que revisen los mails de booking para evitar este tipo de inconvenientes para todos.
