1. Huéspedes adicionales: Todos los huéspedes adicionales que no estén incluidos en la cantidad de personas reservadas inicialmente tendrán un costo adicional. De 0 a 2 años no tiene costo. De 3 años a 12 años no cumplidos, el valor es de $100.000 $ por persona por noche. A partir de los 12 años en adelante, el valor es de $200.000 $ por persona por noche. Este cargo debe ser cancelado al momento del check-in.
2. Visitas: Las visitas están permitidas únicamente entre las 8:00 a.m. y las 8:00 p.m. Todas deben registrarse en recepción y presentar un documento de identidad válido (cédula de ciudadanía, cédula de extranjería o pasaporte vigente). No se aceptan: pasaportes vencidos, copias ni escaneos. Las visitas no pueden exceder la capacidad máxima del apartamento. El huésped será responsable del comportamiento de sus visitas. El hotel se reserva el derecho de admisión de visitantes y/o damas de compañía conforme al artículo 1 de la Resolución 3840 de 2009 y el artículo 6 de la Ley 1801 de 2016.
3. Menores de edad: Los menores de edad deben viajar acompañados por sus padres o un adulto responsable, quien deberá presentar una carta notariada y apostillada con autorización expresa de los padres. Esta política se basa en el Código de Infancia y Adolescencia (Ley 1098 de 2006).
4. Documentos de identidad: Sólo se aceptan documentos físicos. Los documentos válidos son: cédula de ciudadanía colombiana, cédula de extranjería (comunidad Mercosur) o pasaporte vigente, en caso de ser cedula digital deberá abrirla desde la aplicación “CedulaDigitalColombia” y solo en estos casos se admite una captura. No se aceptan copias, escaneos, licencias de conducir ni pasaportes vencidos, conforme a la Ley 679 de 2001 y la Ley 300 de 1996.
5. Comportamiento y respeto: Se prohíben fiestas dentro de los apartamentos o terrazas. Después de las 10:30 p.m. no se permite música alta ni ruidos que afecten la convivencia. El incumplimiento implica una multa de $1.000.000 $ (Ley 1801 de 2016).
6. Consumo de sustancias: Está prohibido el consumo de drogas o sustancias psicoactivas dentro de las instalaciones. La penalidad por incumplimiento es de $900.000 $, conforme a la Ley 30 de 1986 y la Ley 1801 de 2016.
7. Ambiente libre de humo: Está prohibido fumar dentro de las habitaciones y zonas internas. El incumplimiento genera una penalidad de $500.000 $ por desodorización profunda (Ley 1335 de 2009).
8. Daños a la propiedad: Cualquier daño total o parcial ocasionado será responsabilidad directa del huésped y deberá ser compensado según el precio fijado por el hotel, según el Art. 2341 del Código Civil Colombiano.
9. Emergencias: En caso de emergencia (incendio, inundación, etc.), siga las instrucciones del personal y utilice las rutas de evacuación establecidas.
10. Sostenibilidad: Apartamentos Gema by Cadissa está comprometido con el cuidado del medio ambiente. Invitamos a nuestros huéspedes a hacer uso responsable de los recursos naturales durante su estadía.
11. Apartamentos Gema by Cadissa no es petfrendly por lo que no se permite el ingreso de mascotas a los apartamentos y áreas comunes del hotel
12. Cada apartamento cuenta con una cajilla de seguridad para que el huésped guarde sus elementos de valor por lo tanto APARTAMENTOS GEMA BY $ISSA no se hace responsable en caso de pérdida de objetos o dinero que se encuentren dentro del apartamento
13. Depósito de garantía: Todo huésped debe dejar un depósito en efectivo por valor de $600.000 $ como garantía en caso de daños, pérdidas o robos en el inmueble. Este depósito será reembolsado al momento del check-out si no se presenta ninguna novedad.
14. Tarjeta de crédito: Es obligatorio registrar los datos de una tarjeta de crédito válida al momento de la reserva. Estos datos serán tomados como respaldo en caso de daños, robos o pérdidas dentro del hotel. Este requisito es indispensable para continuar con la confirmación de la reserva.

Excepcional !!!
Las instalaciones están muy bien cuidadas y todo muy limpio (no solo el apartamento, sino las áreas comunes). El personal fue muy atento y siempre dispuesto a ayudarnos en lo que necesitáramos el grupo. Lo recomiendo 100%. Volveríamos a ojos cerrados !!!
Amaury y los otros chicos fueron muy amables y atentos siempre. Es un lugar donde se siente bien estar!! Amaury estuvo pendiente a cada cosa que necesitáramos.
