Private: beautiful, well-kept garden 60 m2 (fenced) with lawn and wildlife garden. Heating available only from 08.Nov. - 07.Apr.. Parking on the premises, public parking 50 m. Grocery 800 m, supermarket 1.5 km, restaurant, bar 500 m, pedestrian zone 1.2 km, bus stop 50 m, railway station "Viareggio" 10 km, sandy beach "Lido di Camaiore" 6 km.
