Private: property 800 m2 (fenced), well-kept garden with lawn, swimming pool, indoor pool heated (8 m2, seasonal availability: 01.Jan. - 31.Dec.) with internal staircase. Outdoor shower, table tennis, badminton, terrace (30 m2), garden furniture, barbecue, pool maintenance by the owner/gardener. In the house: internet access, sauna, fitness room, hot tub (all included), trampoline, central heating system, washing machine, tumble dryer. Parking (for 3 cars) at the house on the premises.
