Small balcony 3 m2, large terrace 55 m2, large terrace 23 m2. Terrace furniture, deck chairs (10). Facilities: iron, hair dryer. No internal connecting door between the separated properties. Apartment on the ground floor with living/dining area, open kitchen, 3 bedrooms. 2 apartments on the first floor: one apartment with living-dining area, open kitchen and 2 bedrooms, the other apartment with living-dining area, open kitchen and 1 bedroom. Each apartment with external and separate entrance. When booking for a maximum of 6 people, the first floor remains closed. When there are less than the maximum number of guests staying at the property, one floor will not be available for use.
