Outdoor shower, terrace (30 m2), garden furniture, barbecue, children's playground (slide, swing), pool maintenance by the owner/gardener. In the house: internet access, air conditioning. Parking (for 4 cars) at the house on the premises. Shop 2.3 km, supermarket 6 km, restaurant 2 km, café 2.3 km, bus stop 2.3 km, sandy beach 16 km pebble beach 13 km.
