We recommend guests arrive at The Racha Chalong Lounge at least 30 minutes before their boat departure time. The Chalong Lounge offers guests a retreat-like place to freshen up and check in before boat transfer to the resort. The estimated travelling time is 1 hour from Phuket International Airport to Chalong Pier and 30-35 minutes to The Racha by speedboat. The travelling time may vary and is subject to traffic and weather conditions.Kindly book the Airport transfer and boat seat in advance at least 24 hours before arrival to ensure availability.
Please ensure to update us regarding any additional persons at the time of confirmation to avail of the complimentary round-trip airport transfer and round-trip speedboat transfer. In the event of additional persons arriving without prior notice, regular transfer fees will apply.

- What is Paga in Structural and what are Payment Pre-Authorisations?
When you book, some facilities offer the possibility of paying directly at the facility. In these cases you will simply be asked to insert your credit (or debit) card to guarantee the booking, but without any charge. The sum will be taken from your credit card only in the cases provided for by the policies and conditions relating to your booking. In other cases, when the Partner does not adopt automatic availability and booking systems, but confirms reservations "manually", then you will be asked to insert your credit (or debit) card to guarantee the reservation, and then be directly charged at the same time as the Partner confirms the booking (within 24-48 hours).
