Private: park 5 ha with flowers and trees. Garden furniture, barbecue. Narrow motor access (300 m via unmade road). Parking at the house. Shop 1 km, grocery 1 km, shopping centre 2 km, restaurant 1 km, bar 1 km, bakery 1 km, bus stop 350 m, railway station "Guidonia" 3.5 km. Nearby attractions: Guidonia 13 km, Roma 40 km, Villa Adriana 13 km. Please note: car recommended. Not suitable for children under 12 years. Groups of teenagers on request only. Reception room on the ground floor with separate entrance can be hired separately for private parties. Bus stop 350 m away connecting Montecelio and Guidonia.
