What types of beds will I find in the room I booked?The type of bed is usually specified in the room sheet. - What is Paga in Structural and what are Payment Pre-Authorisations?
When you book, some facilities offer the possibility of paying directly at the facility. In these cases you will simply be asked to insert your credit (or debit) card to guarantee the booking, but without any charge. The sum will be taken from your credit card only in the cases provided for by the policies and conditions relating to your booking. In other cases, when the Partner does not adopt automatic availability and booking systems, but confirms reservations "manually", then you will be asked to insert your credit (or debit) card to guarantee the reservation, and then be directly charged at the same time as the Partner confirms the booking (within 24-48 hours). At that moment you will receive an email with the booking confirmation and payment.

How do I know if my card has been pre-authorized?By consulting your credit card balance you will see that your available balance will be temporarily reduced by the amount of your booking. In other cases and depending on the policy of your credit card circuit, you may also find an entry in the monthly summary of card movements: "pending operation". Our Stay in Nexstay Aromiaaa Villa Goa
Great stay and team working in there are always ready to assist your request. To mention some of them, front office team of Ms. Alisha Nair, Ms. Poonam Pradhan and Mr. Arif, spot on for any assistance that needs your attention. Restaurant team is always ready with good spread of Breakfast (more Indian and ready to order Dosa/Omelets of your choice and cut fruits always given, Room services is 24 hours and also the meals are very well prepared. Team of Monu/Ravi Shankar/Chandan and Anuj are very good at their work.
Reservation team handled our booking very well and thank you to Ms. Mehnas Reservation Manager, for the same.
Overall Value for Money and stay at this place. Will return and recommend to friends

Comfortable stay, helpful stuff, tasty food and best location
Stayed for 7D, and 6N without any complaints. Thanks to Alisha for allowing to early check-in and good conversations during the stay. Thanks to the service staff and watchmen for allowing the car out any hour of the day. Hotel food itself is tasty and good quality breakfast. Would definitely come back and stay here.

Awesome resort rio in goa
Resort Rio Excellent stay in Goa. Delicious food. Staff was helpful and friendly. Housekeeping team was great specially thank you for vaheed and Francis. Garden was beautiful. Room spacious and well maintained.

I'm Posting this review on 28th May, 2022 on my last day of check out.
This was my worst day as Receptionist Ms. Doresa she spoiled our day. she asked me to vacate the room by 11:00 AM.
I informed her that we came late last night from Dudhsagar falls and woke up a little late, so requested politely, if she can allow us just another hour, despite multiple requests, she said no we have to vacate the room at 11:00 only. I told her that we still need to take a bath, but she insisted on vacating the room by 11:00 at any cost.
I ignored several occasions where I was not happy with the resort quality and amenities, but I accepted all those and still thought we just need to spend only two days, and avoid making any complaints.
A few things I would like to highlight as the feedback.
I took a luxury room with a bathtub, but a roof shower and hand shower didn't have adequate pressure to take bath, hence I requested for Bucket and Mug as I felt we can fill the bucket and later we can take a bath. Aromiaa Resort staff clearly stated they don't have buckets and Mug.
I requested a bath towel on the 27th May'22, at 8:30 AM as we were two Adults and 2 Kids and they only gave us only 2 towels, and again they denied stating that staff will come after 9:00 AM, so we have to wait for it.
We ordered, dinner and it was served pathetic.We ordered Crispy chicken but it was not crispy at all, hence we returned, again they bought burn/turn into coal chicken in anger, we again returned and this time they added too much soya and ketchup, that we ended up throwing in the bin.
Breakfast was good but very limited ex, Puri sabji, Bread Jam/butter Omelette Tea/coffee only. No other varieties at all. We expected a little extra at this resort.
They provide you with two small half ltr Mineral water, for 2 adults and two kids.
I also have complaint with Go-Ibibo as well, as in when we booked a room for two adults and two kids and I clearly mentioned the age, the resort didn't provide the extra mattress, instead they asked for 1000 Rs initially for extra mattress, bed size was too small.
Now few Good things, staff was quick and helpful. Resort is located at good location. Male staff in the night at reception was nice.
Again I could have forgot all the above mistakes, but when I was forced to vacate the room, I thought to bring it to audience notice.
I wish I could upload a video of the conversation/argument at the reception.
