Important:
• This is a **priority pre-reservation**: you block your priority seat or the entire boat for the days of racing and/or events related to the America's Cup 2027 in Naples with the payment of an advance (deposit).

• At the time of booking, a **non-refundable deposit** is required (50% if the entire boat is booked). The deposit guarantees priority in assigning seats when the official calendar is confirmed and the guarantee of the blocked Early Booking price.

• The customer undertakes to **pay the balance within 5 calendar days** from sending our confirmation email. In case of non-payment within the deadlines:
— the pre-booking is **automatically canceled**,
— the deposit remains **fully acquired** as a penalty.

• The deposit and the amounts paid **are not refundable** in case of cancellation, no-show or changes requested by the customer.

• **full refund or reprotection** will be provided only in the following cases:
— cancellation of the event/day of the race by the organizers,
— objective impossibility of carrying out the service for reasons attributable to MeTour (e.g. unsolvable fault, unavailability of a vehicle without alternative, official prohibitions that prevent any safe exit).

• In the event of adverse weather and sea conditions or limitations of the Maritime Authority that allow only changes to the timetable/itinerary but do not prevent a safe exit to the sea, MeTour may propose:
— change of time slot/day,
— adjustment of the route in compliance with the rules,
without this giving an automatic right to a refund.

• By booking, you fully accept these special event conditions.

- Book well in advance: seats at sea during the America's Cup are very limited.
