In una giornata di pioggia…
Ho acquistato 4 biglietti a data fissa. Tengo a sottolineare questo aspetto in quanto avrei potuto scegliere data variabile o direttamente in biglietteria (cosa che consiglio vivamente). Purtroppo il giorno 23/06, il tempo non è stato clemente, come da previsioni. Ho anche mandato un sms al centro assistenza il giorno prima chiedendo se ero obbligata a recarmi per non perdere la cifra spesa e mi è stato risposto con un “copia e incolla” del testo riportato sul sito: “ Se hai comprato online il Biglietto a Data Fissa e il giorno della tua visita al Parco risulta essere una giornata piovosa vieni al Parco lo stesso, perché ci sono molte attrazioni su cui potrai divertirti. Se la pioggia continua nel tuo primo giorno di ingresso al Parco, tanto da rovinarlo, potrai tornare gratis entro un mese in un giorno di apertura a tua scelta, ad eccezione del 31 ottobre 2024!”
Leggendo il messaggio ho deciso comunque di recarmi al parco fidandomi di quanto avevo letto. Vi ho trovato mezzo parco chiuso, molte attrazioni completamente inagibili data la pioggia. Insomma una tristezza, al di sotto di ogni aspettativa. Se avessi saputo non sarei partita neanche da casa. Pertanto consiglio di non acquistare il biglietto a data fissa per non rischiare.

Esiste davvero .....
super per i bimbi fino ad 8 anni, possono fare un sacco di cose ed escono sempre felicissimi!! Belli anche gli spettacoli.
Il nostro Parco esiste davvero e sapere che abbiate trascorso qui delle giornate in allegria ci rende molto felici. Arrivederci a presto!

Buongiorno Sara, quanto dice è inaccettabile. Premesso che nessuno è costretto ad acquistare la priorità presso la Leoarena, tutti coloro che acquistano questo servizio trovano il posto riservato in teatro arrivando anche a ridosso dell’inizio dello show saltando completamente la coda. Chiamarla “gran fregatura” è offensivo e quanto mai lontano dal vero.

Bellissimo ma troppo caro
Finalmente portiamo le bambine a leolandia. Parco adattissimo a bambini piccoli pieno di comodità per le mamme che si trovano a dover gestire pannolini biberon e quant’altro. Ritengo che l’età giusta sia da 3 a 10 anni. Nonostante siamo andati nel fine settimana le code non sono state così ingestibili si le abbiamo fatte ma non abbiamo mai superato i 10 minuti. Ci vogliono comunque 2 giorni per viverlo a pieno e vedere tutti gli spettacoli. Purtroppo per una famiglia di 4 persone è troppo caro, capisco che per gestire un parco del genere servano molti soldi ma chiedere alle famiglie 8 euro per una foto fatta con una macchinetta automatica montata sulle giostre e poi stampata da un computer è un po’ troppo senza considerare che se le fanno pagare anche tre euro ne venderebbero il doppio. Per non parlare della foto con il personaggio 15 euro, sei così costretto a limitarti e dover dire no ai tuoi figli cosa che rende la giornata triste e lunga.
È tutto troppo caro il parcheggio 6 euro, i gadget che si va da 5 euro di una penna a 20 euro per una maglietta. Concludo dicendo che l’esperienza è stata fantastica e la consiglio ma sarebbe perfetto se si ridimensionassero anche di un 15/20 % sui prezzi a quel punto ritornerei.
