The nearby beaches are of different types, sandy, pebbly, concrete, rocks for all tastes. The area is one of the few where the coast changes its shape and type every few hundred metres and is rich in vegetation near the sea, where you can protect yourself from the sun during the hottest hours. The centre of Umag is 7 km from the house, in the centre of Umag to visit the museum, the aquarium, the cathedral, a walk along the famous Umag dam, to explore the narrow and interesting streets of the historic centre of Umag, or to visit the stalls and, to the delight of the children, the playground right by the sea. To buy a larger amount of groceries, it is recommended to walk a few kilometres to the largest and most convenient supermarkets such as Lidl, Spar, Kaufland or Plodine in Umag: Tennis courts, 18-hole golf course, horse riding, water sports, nightclubs, various boat or bus excursions.
