Thank you so much for your comments, very much appreciated. Really pleased you enjoyed your stay and everything in apartment made it feel like home. The large balcony does make it so enjoyable whether sunbathing or having a nice meal.

The apartment was extremely comfortable and had everything we needed. The main bedroom had a dressing room and an en-suite with a large walk-in shower. There were two further twin rooms and a large walk in shower room. All of the rooms had separate AC and fans which were a god send. There was also a utility area with a Hover washing machine and drying area, great for freshening up the beach towels. The non sun worshipers amongst us enjoyed watching films on the large TV, they were able to connect to their Netflix accounts. We enjoyed many mornings and evenings on the large balcony just chilling and chatting.

The location was great. A very short walk to a large supermarket and many lovely restaurants. We didn’t have a bad meal the entire 2 weeks.

Some of our family favourites were;
The coffee and pastries at Caramel Chocolate.

Woodys named after the owner’s dog (who is a bit of a celebrity in his own right) serves really tasty, healthy breakfasts.

We had an incredible meal at Attico in the Old Port, it included 3 starters (yes you get 3 starters), main meal, pudding and a glass of beer, wine or soft drink for €18.50. Everything was freshly prepared and very tasty.

The kids enjoyed the lovely pool at Garden Beach and all the amenities in the surrounding area. They got to test their driving skills at the local go-Karting. All of us enjoyed taking the pedlos out to sea and testing our balance on the paddle boards. All hired from Arenal beach.

I enjoyed some quiet time in the morning doing yoga at the nearby Monsoon Thai.

All in all, we had a fabulous time, the apartment was lovely and clean, really comfortable and well fitted out. The area was perfect for us, kids and adults alike. We all got so much out of it.

Would definitely recommend this lovely apartment. Communication with Les was great too, he responded really quickly to any queries.

2nd time we have stayed at the apartment with our 3 boys and we love it. Loads of space and very clean. Pool is large and there is plenty of green space to relax and chill. This kids loved it. Apartment is spacious and clean with everything you need for a family of 5 and with in easy walking distance of the beach and restaurants along the front. The supermarket is also an easy 5 minute walk away. It was really hot while there so the air conditioning was great when getting back to the apartment after being in the sun all day. Great holiday and we will definitely be returning. Les the host / owner is awesome and responds straight away to any questions you may have. Great stuff 👍

This is our second stay in this apartment and both times we have had a great holiday. It has everything a family could need plus air conditioning so we will definitely be booking again and can highly recommend it plus it is immaculately clean with a great swimming pool and lovely gardens

Just returned from a week at Les's apartment. A beautiful, spacious apartment which is ideally situated within walking distance to the Arenal beach. The apartment is extremely well furnished and equipped and also plenty of sun-loungers, chairs, etc for a day at the beach.
The terrace is a lovely spot to relax with beautiful views of the Montgo mountain.
The booking process was really good and Les extremely attentive and helpful.
We would have no hesitation in booking again and would certainly recommend to friends and family.
Also a big thank you to Les for allowing us a late check out as we had an evening flight.
