Apartment with 1 bedroom and 1 bathroom on the ground floor (Montela Holiday Stay) Quietly situated apartment (non-smoking) with outdoor seating area, approx. 5 minutes walk from the valley station of the Hohsaas cable cars. The modern apartment with 1 bedroom and 1 bathroom for 2-3 people is comfortably and lovingly furnished. The separate bedroom has a double bed. In the living area, the sofa bed (140cm wide) can be used for an additional person. The bathroom (with shower/WC) and the open kitchen are fully equipped. You can relax on the outdoor seating area with garden furniture. Free top high-speed WLAN, a private parking space in front of the house (free of charge), a ski and bike room with its own lockable locker as well as a laundry room (subject to a fee) for shared use in the basement of the house round off the offer. Lift available. Dogs welcome on request. Bedroom with two separable beds (180cm wide in total) or non-separable queen-size bed 160cm.
