Dear guests.You can expect a lovingly furnished 3-room flat on the 2nd floor, on approx. 100 m², and a 15 m² balcony for sole use.The cosy living/dining room, with a large 75-inch TV, Magenta TV, Internet and WLAN and a view of a sunny and sheltered garden, invites you to relax and barbecue after returning from your day trips.The flat has both underfloor heating and radiators in every room and a bright, fully equipped modern kitchen with microwave, dishwasher, ceramic hob, fan oven and a large seating area and child seat await your family.The flat is suitable for a maximum of 4 people plus a small child and is furnished to a high standard and cosy.You will find tablecloths and beautiful decorations, carpets and spices or even a washing machine to make you feel at home. There is also a potty, a changing mat and a baby carrier. You will need to bring all sanitary items, washing-up liquid and detergent. We only provide these items for the first use and only partially.The flat is a pet-free, non-smoking flat.Our holiday flat Wesergarten, briefly summarised:- Furnished flat on approx. 100 m², 2nd floor, 3 rooms, kitchen, bathroom, utility room.- Over 15m² balcony for exclusive use.- Free public car park near the house.- Maximum of 4 adults plus infant possible, with baby cot and baby seat, baby carrier on request Two bedrooms with a double bed and a single bed and additional single beds in the living room.- 75-inch Smart TV with Magenta TV and free WLAN/Internet.- Underfloor heating and radiators in all rooms, new heating system installed in 2023.- Pets and smoking not allowed inside the flat.- Central location, walking distance to Nordenhamer-City / shopping centre.- Train station and buses available around the corner.- Approx. 20 minutes by car to Burhave (16 km) or the North Sea resort of Tossens (23 km)- Bremerhaven is a 30-minute drive through the nearby Weser Tunnel. There you can visit the Columbus Centre, the Mediterraneo Centre, the animal grottoes, the emigration centre, the climate house or the shipping museum. and then eat delicious fresh fish in the fishing harbour!Dear guests.I am delighted to welcome you to my holiday flat Schöne Zeit. It is very important to me to design the accommodation with small amenities so that guests can really relax. So you can look forward to a few nice days here on the Weser with a central location for your beautiful excursions in all directions.There are many interesting and beautiful sights to visit here that you will remember for a long time to come. The bright flat you have booked will help you to feel at home here immediately. After your tours, you can use the large balcony to listen to the birds and let your gaze wander over the greenery while the barbecue heats up, the little ones play in the sandpit or your partner(s) enjoy the warming rays of sunshine with you and a glass of wine on the terrace.I attach great importance to cleanliness and the quality of the beds, in which you will certainly sleep well. What could be more cosy and relaxing than warm water! A soft mattress topper with memory function is also available in the room for the sofa with bed function. For cold evenings, when you might not use the terrace as much, I have thought about a relaxed cinema-like viewing of the TV programme with a modern device, Internet and WLAN.I think it's these little things that make a guest's holiday enjoyable. In many places you can cycle along the dyke by the water.From here you can quickly reach Bremerhaven with its fantastic Immigration Centre, the Climate House with all the world's climate zones, the great zoo for the little ones and the Mediterrano for strolling and shopping: The ferries to the islands also leave from here.The fishing harbour with its shop window, where there is always something going on and fresh fish is somehow a must. In 1 hour by car you can be in Bremen in the old town or in Bad Zwischenahn on the beautiful lake, in Duhnen on the sandy beach with an island feeling or in 20 minutes in the green North Sea resorts of Tossens, Eckwarderhörne, Burhave or in Fedderwardersiel, a small fishing harbour.The zoo in Varel is also recommended for families with children and has a completely different layout to the one in Bremerhaven.- In just a few minutes by bike, you can be at Nordenham beach, which is always popular with the green plan routes, or if you fancy a longer tour via Bremerhaven and Brake.
