The bathroom has a shower with curtain, sink and mirror, external window and washing machine, two bathroom towels per person are provided (changed weekly). From the kitchen the entrance to the room with two single beds that can be joined together, a bed-wardrobe that can be opened for a child, bed linen provided (changed weekly). There is a dining table with three chairs, wardrobe, flat screen satellite TV, air conditioner, free Wi-Fi internet connection. The property is fenced and has a beautiful well-kept garden. The area is quiet surrounded by greenery. The beach and the bathing facilities can be reached on foot in a few minutes.The nearby beaches are varied to satisfy every need, sandy, rocky, pebbly, equipped, with the possibility of renting deck chairs and umbrellas. These beaches make the wonderful Mediterranean vegetation along the coast unique and allow you to shelter from the sun during the hottest hours of the day. To find the beach you prefer, just move a few hundred meters, as the structure of the beaches changes. For those who love the gym, on the seafront 200 m away, free outdoor gym equipment is available. The nearest beach at 500 m, the grocery store at 800 m, the Istra restaurant at 500 m away offers a wide choice of menus of fish, appetizers, first courses and desert, the newsagent and bar at 200 m. Only 400 m away is the station of the tourist train that leaves from the tourist village of Katoro and along the coast arrives in the center of Umag and vice versa.The center of Umag can be reached on foot in 20 minutes or can be reached by tourist train. For cave lovers to visit the Baredine cave. Don't miss the chance to visit Hum the smallest city in the world just 60 km from Umag. Also interesting are the places on the coast such as the NP Brijuni, Pula, Rovinj and Poreč.
