The holiday home, completed in July 2021 and equipped with modern facilities, is located on the edge of a small, cosy holiday home settlement on a 475 sqm plot in the middle of the "Vorpommersche Boddenlandschaft" nature reserve. The mild coastal climate, miles of fine sandy beaches between Zingst and Prerow on Fischland-Darß-Zingst and rustic forests, such as the Zingster Osterwald, which can be explored on foot or by bike, guarantee a relaxing and peaceful holiday at any time of year.The lovingly furnished holiday home offers space for up to 6 people to relax - in the spacious and attractively designed living/dining area on the ground floor with hallway, cloakroom and bathroom, in the three bedrooms on the first floor with a second spacious bathroom with shower, WC and sauna.The house is heated by a modern air heat pump through the central underfloor heating system.The living/dining area is located on the ground floor and invites you to linger on approx. 38 square metres. Here you will find a fully equipped kitchen and seating for up to 6 people. The terrace and green areas are easily accessible through the floor-to-ceiling windows and can be used with the garden furniture provided.The living area has a cosy sofa, armchair and fireplace for an evening of TV or music. In the three bedrooms on the upper floor, there are two rooms with double beds and one room with a single bed and a folding wardrobe bed. Travel cots and highchairs are available on request.We ask for your understanding that the house is non-smoking. Pets are allowed on request.Friendliness is a matter of course for us as hosts. The current contact person for all questions and problems on site is the operator of the Café & Bar Wolli, which is located in the immediate vicinity of the holiday home area on the cycle path to Pruchten/Zingst ("Östlicher-Backstein-Rundweg", approx. 80 km around the Bodden).This circular route can be shortened by using the Bodden ferries or buses. The cycle path is also suitable for inline skates, roller skates and skateboards, jogging and Nordic walking. The Bodden is ideal for kitesurfing and SUP due to the wind conditions.The Bodden ferry departs from the harbour in Bodstedt several times a day during the season. You can shorten the wait with a tasty fish sandwich and admire the wooden fishing boats typical of the area, the Zeesenboote.The local beach is just a few minutes' walk away.
