The holiday house is in a holiday village at Wagerberg. It belongs to the spa town Bad Waltersdorf. The house is situated amidst vineyards and orchards.Family-friendly holiday house with a terrace, in a holiday village with a swimming and sauna area, ideal for exploring the surroundings on hikes or cycle tours and enjoying the many leisure and sports facilities at the holiday villageThe family-friendly, sunny holiday house of around 62m² is suitable for four to five people in summer or in winter. You can experience a wonderful oasis of well-being here all year round. The lower floor has underfloor heating, whilst the upper floor has radiators. The combined living and dining room includes the new kitchen, equipped with all the necessary utensils, a dishwasher, microwave, fridge with freezer compartment, coffee machine and kettle. The visually separate living and dining room invites you to relax. You can dine together at the dining table after cooking. Satellite TV, a radio, a box of games and books are available. Stairs lead to the upper floor. There is a stairlift for the disabled. There are two bedrooms on the first floor, one with a double bed and one with a queensize bed (140cm wide). The master bedroom has a further satellite TV. Towels, tea towels and bed linen are provided. There is plenty of cupboard space. All the windows are fitted with fly screens. There is a storage room with a washing machine and dryer, broom, dustpan, two fridges with a freezer compartment and other useful items. There is a washing space next to it with a WC and washing machine. A little entrance area leads into the bathroom with a shower and WC. Note that the WCs in the house are higher than normal toilets.The living room opens onto the very quiet terrace with a garden suite for relaxing and an awning. There are parking spaces just for village guests in front of the village on the right side of the road. From the holiday house, you can get to the wellness area in the main house of the village or at the hotel in two minutes, wearing your bathrobe. You can use the pools, saunas, steam baths in the indoor and outdoor area, as well as the infrared cabins, the fitness room at the hotel or the main house at any time from 8.00 to 20.00 or 22.00. There are plenty of loungers for use free of charge. You can book wellness treatments at a supplementary charge, e.g. various massages, beauty treatments, detox wraps, baths or packs, fango treatments etc. Childcare is free in August.Please note that the house is non-smoking. The owners ask that you smoke outside on the terrace or elsewhere. A dog is welcome. You can book breakfast, half board or full board at the hotel at a supplementary charge, served in a pleasant atmosphere in the main house at the village. It is possible to reserve two travel trundle beds with mattress and two children's high chairs if required.You can do shopping in Bad Waltersdorf at Billa, Spar, a tobacconist, a pharmacy and other small shops, as well as a bank and a post office. If you feel like going on a shopping trip, you can visit the shopping streets, shopping centres and pedestrian zones in Harberg or Fürstenfeld. Nearby you can find award-winning restaurants, local cafes or inns. There is also a golf course nearby with price reductions. Squash and tennis are available at the Bad Waltersdorf leisure park. Information is available at the hotel reception. A riding farm, football ground, a public pool with a slide and hiking paths are all nearby. The H20 thermal baths and Blumau are within easy access. You can go on cycle trips, with bicycles available for hire at the hotel for a fee. Dance evenings are held twice a week at the nearby Quellenhof, and the new dance café is open daily. There is dancing at BB1 every Thursday, where you can also eat well. Trips to Hartberg with its lovely old town and the castle, as well as Fürstenfeld and the Herberstein animal park are also to be recommended.
