See for yourself and get a picture of our very special antique holiday resort, which conveys living in the midst of nature thanks to its special design.Since October 2014, our guests have had access to a 40 m² wellness area with sauna, free-standing wooden bathtub and shower. NEW: since May 2017 large outdoor whirlpool with coloured light therapy and musicIt covers a total of 165 m² and is a unique combination of antique natural wood and sophisticated technology. Each room has its own temperature control and most of the lighting is equipped with dimmers. IN THE OPEN KITCHEN... with cooking island, technology, style and solid craftsmanship come together.
The ultra-modern kitchen equipment naturally includes a spacious fridge with freezer compartment (Miele), a dishwasher (Miele), an electric oven (Miele-Imperial), a wood-fired oven, a lava stone grill (Gaggenau), electric hobs and induction cookers (Küppersbusch), a Saeco espresso machine, bread slicer, a steam cooker (Imperial) and plenty of cupboards for crockery (fully stocked, of course) Do you enjoy cooking? Then you'll get your money's worth in our kitchen. A pair of stylish bar stools at the all-round kitchen counter create a modern atmosphere, and you can make yourself really cosy on the red leather couch, while a large HD plasma TV with satellite connection (including Sky) and a Beolit 12 from Bang & Olufsen provide entertainment. A large dining table is available for socialising. The large south- and north-facing windows and the extensive, largely indirect lighting (Swarovski living room lighting) as well as the solid, partly handcrafted furniture made of untreated natural wood lend the room a special flair. The generous window front provides a great view of the valley and pleasant lighting. This window front can also be opened for a breath of fresh air - outside there is a terrace with a glass front, table and seating. BATHROOMS Three bathrooms - a touch of wellness. The first bathroom is equipped with a combined bathtub and massage shower. Toilets, washbasins and towel rails can of course be found in both bathrooms. The second impresses with a massage shower and a spacious round bathtub. Three windows provide a wonderful view of nature and the valley from the bathtub. The third bathroom, which was only built in 2007, also has a shower and toilet. Our bathrooms are equipped with natural products (old antique wood panelling, teak floors, wet area with local slate). We also provide towels.

BEDROOMS Good night... we wish you a good night's sleep as you go to bed and enjoy the peace and quiet of your surroundings - dream something beautiful! - Three completely individual bedrooms await you: The rooms naturally all have sufficient wardrobes (some of them antique collector's items) and are equipped with bedding. They are all in a quiet location and offer a view of nature. Our bedrooms are completely electricity-free when the lights are switched off to ensure a good night's sleep. Room 1: Room with double bed (190cm x 200cm) and 1 children's bed (85cm x 160cm). From this room you have access to the bathroom with the shower tray. Room 2: Room with double bed (190cm x 200cm) and 1 pull-out stool (90cm x 200cm), from which you have direct access to the bathroom with the large bathtub. Room 3: This room has a large double bed (200cm x 200cm; 85cm x 105cm) and a built-in wardrobe.

LOCATION Situated in Bichl, the luxury chalet enjoys an incomparable location characterised by absolute tranquillity and yet quick accessibility. One of the largest ski areas in Tyrol is just 2 km away and the centre of the market town of Mayrhofen with its numerous restaurants, shops and sports facilities can be reached by car in less than seven minutes (around 45 minutes on foot). The centre of Bichl can be reached on foot in approx. 5 minutes. The chalet is located right on the edge of the forest, faces south-west and therefore enjoys plenty of sunshine.
Both in summer and winter, our chalet enjoys a dream location - undisturbed, quiet, but not secluded. In summer, of course, a large garden is at your disposal. Garden furniture (loungers, chairs, table) and a large Weber barbecue (charcoal only) are included in the price.Our luxury chalet offers space for 6 people and 1 child. The flat has a total of rooms: a spacious living room (approx. 50m²) with open-plan kitchen, 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms and a small anteroom.
