Le Mayen: Chalet tipo suizo "Rêve des Alpes", muy bonito, lujoso de 3 plantas del año 2006. En la periferia, a 800 m del centro, en una calle sin salida. Privado: jardín con césped. Barbacoa. En el inmueble: secadora para botas de esquí. Acceso hasta la casa. En invierno las cadenas de nieve son necesarias. Tienda, restaurante 800 m, parada de autobús "Haute-Nendaz, télécabine" 950 m, estación de tren "Sion" 17.4 km. Campo de golf (18 hoyos) 18 km, telecabina 800 m, parada de ski-bus 100 m. Zonas de esquí populares fácilmente accesibles: Nendaz Tracouet 800 m. Zona de senderismo Bisse Vieux 200 m.

"Rêves des Alpes", chalet de madera 5 estancias 150 m2 en 3 plantas. Espacioso, con mobiliario con mucha madera: salón-comedor grande con chimenea, TV cable, equipo de música, DVD y calefacción eléctrica. Salida al balcón, a la terraza. Cocina abierta (horno, lavavajillas, 4 placas de vitrocerámica, tostadora, hervidor de agua eléctrico, microondas, cafetera eléctrica, Cápsulas de café (Nespresso) extra, horno Raclette, set de Fondue (queso)) con barra americana. WC separado. Calefacción eléctrica. En planta inferior: 1 dorm. con 1 cama de matrimonio (180 cm, 200 cm de longitud). 2 dorm., cada habitación con 2 camas (90 cm, 200 cm de longitud). Baño/WC, baño/ducha/WC. Planta superior: 1 dorm., grande con 1 cama de matrimonio (160 cm, 200 cm de longitud), baño/WC. Salida al balcón. 2 balcones, orientación norte y orientación oeste balcón pequeño, orientación sur terraza. Muebles de terraza, barbacoa. Vista muy bonita a las montañas y al valle. Manque d'hygiène et trop cher
Trop cher pour les prestations offertes qui tombent d'ailleurs en décrépitude d'année en année.
Le prix a augmenté à CHF 55/adulte (!).
Nous connaissons le SPA des Bisses depuis une bonne dizaine d'année. Le manque d'hygiène et le manque d'entretien des prestations se péjorent au fil des années.
A la reception, nous n'avons pas été informé que deux prestations étaient défectueuses (igloo et bassin de sel). Et pourtant nous avons payé plein tarif !!! Et ce pour la deuxième fois.
Et les clients qui rentrent toujours avec leurs chaussures dans les vestiaires... C'est un manque d'hygiène notoire pourtant.

Mais qui gère ce SPA ?
Dommage, dommage, dommage...

Joli SPA mais prix surfaits
Très joli SPA. Seuls bémols le prix est surfait (CHF 55.-/adulte et CHF 40.-/enfant ) par rapport au lieu. Pour le prix on peut s’attendre à un endroit plus calme. Pas de cabines chez les hommes pour se changer soit je les ai pas vues ou c’est un nouveau concept.

Nous avons profité d'un après-midi en couple pour nous rendre au spa (Pas de nuit à l'hôtel). L'expérience est mitigé. La salle de repos et les espaces communs étaient un peu frais pour se sentir pleinement détendu. Nous avions l'habitude, dans les spas d'hôtel et pour cette gamme de prix d'avoir quelques fruits et thés à disposition, mais ici il n'y a que de l'eau fraîche. Dans le hammam, il est d'usage de rincer sa place avant et après l'utilisation, mais comment faire quand il n'y a que 2 tuyaux, dont un manquant qui n'est pas remplacé. Le sauna à 90° était en rénovation, dommage que le plus petit sauna ne le remplace pas durant la rénovation car me un sauna à température ~90° semble être un élément clé d'un espace sauna. Beaucoup de monde et de brouhaha, des jeunes qui sont sur leur téléphone jusque dans le hammam c'est déjà perturbant, mais alors qu'en plus ils regardent des vidéos et écoutent de la musique dans le hammam cela dépasse l'entendement, nous n'avons pas vu de personnel se rendre régulièrement dans les différents espaces pour contrôler que tout ce passe bien. Bref, pour le prix, nous préférerons d'autres spa d'hôtel plus tranquille et dont les installations sont plus agréables, ou alors finalement les bains de Saillon ou Lavey, car l'expérience n'était pas plus tranquille à Nendaz que dans un grand centre aquatique. Donc pour résumé, très chouette d'avoir un spa à disposition à Nendaz si on est dans le coin, mais si on a le choix, à 1h autour de notre lieu d'habitation cela ne serait pas notre choix premier.

Cela fait 5 ans que l'on se rend au Spa des Bisses, et chaque année c'est pire. Une bonne idée, prometteuse, jolie même, mais très mal entretenue voire en décrépitude. En résumé il y a un grand manque de respect pour le client.
- le parcours Kneipp est cassé depuis plusieurs années, on se fait mal aux pieds, il y a des cailloux partout, et maintenant il n'y a plus d'eau dans la moitié du parcours.
- le hammam sent les champignons c'est dégoutant. Où est passée l'odeur d'eucalyptus?
- le sauna finlandais a le sol tout cassé, on peut s'y blesser
- la grotte froide n'est pas bien entretenue
- les choses cassées ne sont pas réparées, il n'y a aucune rénovation depuis longtemps
- les produits de douche l'Occitane ont été remplacés par du tout venant.
- l'espace enfant n'est pas entièrement fonctionnel, dangereux et pas rangé. Le petit mouton ne crache plus d'eau. il n'y a que des jouets cassés.
- à l'extérieur les bulles ne fonctionnent pas sur la moitié des emplacements.
Franchement, vous devriez avoir honte de demander un tel prix pour des prestations aussi médiocres. C'est du mépris pour vos clients.

Expérience dégradée
Visiteur de ce spa depuis des années, on ne peut que constater la dégradation de la qualité par rapport à un prix élevé (49CHF).
- Horaire enfant/adulte pas respecté, ressemble plus à une piscine municipale qu'à un centre de bien-être
- Vestiaire souvent trempé
- Produit gel douche + shampoing occitane remplacé par un savon unique

High expectations but was disappointed
I had great expectations for this spa. Unfortunately I was disappointed. For such a high entrance price (45 francs) you only get a flimsy towel (no slippers and no robe). The changing room is very basic. There is a river that runs throughout the spa that was broken as was the water feature in the kids' area. Some of the lights didn't work either in the kids area and there were huge holes in the ceiling where you could see the pipes. There is only one nice outdoor pool. The saunas and the hammam are nice. No tea or any freebies. For the price I was quite disappointed.

Jedes Hallenbad bietet mehr.
Offenbar bemüht man sich auch gar nicht, den Service zu verbessern, da seit Jahren die gleichen negativen Kommentare geschrieben werden. Haben es offenbar nicht nötig.

Wohlfühloase im Herzen von Haute-Nendaz
Trotz mittelmässiger Bewertungen haben wir einen Besuch gewagt und sind sehr positiv überrascht worden. Der Preis von CHF 45.- ist zwar schon eher hoch, dafür trifft man auf eine Vielfalt an Saunen und Thermalbäder. Ca. 3 Bassins und 6 Saunen ermöglichen einen abwechslungsreichen Wellness-Tag. Ausser derm -20°C-Kühlbox haben wir sämtliche Räume ausgiebig genutzt. Die Bisse, welche sich durch die Anlage schlängelt, erzeugt eine spezielle Atmosphäre. An einem Samstag im Dezember um die Mittagszeit war die Anlage auch nicht überlaufen und vereinzelte Kleinkinder störten uns nicht. Das grandiose Bergpanorama vom Aussenpool sorgte für die Kirsche auf dem Kuchen. Wir kommen wieder!

wir gehen bei jedem Aufenthalt in Nendaz in den Spa. Was uns jetzt zum Zweiten Mal aufgefallen ist , dass das Personal nicht mehr so freundlich ist. Auch die Sauberkeit hat stark nachgelassen. Wir hatten heute das Gefühl nicht willkommen zu sein. Dass der Spa Bereich von Familien mit Kindern mitbenutzt wird finden wir ok und stört uns nicht. Unserer Ansicht nach hat es zu wenig Ruhezonen in welchem man sich nach einem Saunagang erholen könnte.

Sauna für Touristen
Schönes Ambiente, Pauschalangebot mit Mittagessen sind die positiven Punkte. Für eingefleischte Saunagänger leider nicht zu empfehlen. Da kein abgetrennter Saunabereich. Alle Besucher ( ausser wir) sind mit Badeanzügen in die Sauna gegangen. En absolutes No Go!!!

What a amazing spa!
My wife and I try and fit a spa break into our busy lives to try and relax and unwind. We have been to many places in the UK, but nothing compares to Spa des Bisses in Nendaz, Switzerland. This place is amazing, although the experience is usually dependent on how busy it is. The facilities, layout and decor are amazing.

We have been in the summer and felt like we had the place to ourselves and then over Christmas it felt overcrowded. This is mainly because the hotel guests have free access. The gym is quite simple, but with great views.

You can sit in the sauna watching the sun go down over sun-drenched 3000m peaks. What's not to like!!

Ski and Spa deal - great experience and fabulous value. Why wouldn't you?
Booked a ski and spa day 4 valley lift pass for 79CHF (ski only is 71CHF) so absolutely fantastic value. This deal is available only on certain weekdays, not at weekends and school holidays. We had a full days skiing, a filling lunch on the slopes and visited the spa at 5.30; it closes at 9pm so plenty of time to make the most of it. When we arrived it was fairly busy and lively with children but it is adults only after 6pm if you are looking for a relaxing and peaceful experience.
The design, architecture and lighting of the facility which is over 2 floors is outstanding - beautiful colour changing swim out pool (with great views of the mountains before nightfall) Fabulous experience in the dark when snowing heavily!
Inside there are numerous different saunas, steam and otherwise heated rooms all themed differently, a salt flotation pool, cold plunges etc. Altogether a lovely 3 hours of relaxation after a hard days skiing. Only slight disappointment was the fire was not lit.
Apres spa drinks in the adjacent piano bar of the hotel reception area also added to the enjoyment of the evening. Will definitely be returning on our next trip to Nendaz.

Spa review -great!
We were staying in Nendaz in January and I took a day off skiing to visit the spa at the 4 Vallees. It was a fabulous experience and I easily spent 3 hours. There is a lovely indoor and outdoor pool and jacuzzi, several heat rooms/hammams at different temperatures, a floatation pool and some beds to relax between and have a read. To make it slightly better the chance to buy light snacks would be good or drinks other than water, plus a few more beds/chairs in the panorama area. Try all the different heat rooms because whilst they may not seem hot, in some of them it is because the heat is in the stone benches rather than in the air. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend it and what we saw of the hotel environment looked very nice.

The spa... Not recomended
We have been now twice to the spa of this new hotel in Haute-Nendaz and to be totally transparent, we have always been disappointed. We went for the first time just after the opening and were quite surprised to notice that to enter the spa barefoot we had to go across the reception were everyone comes with its shoes full of mud and snow... Not hygienic AT ALL!!!
Once we entered the spa, we could notice that they hadn't finished fine-tuning everything. However all saunas weren't working properly or at all, we paid full price: 45CHF.

Second time we decided to go to the spa was after they had opened one month. But it was WORST!!! We decided to go in the hot bath after some sport to relax our muscles but what a surprised when we entered the bath... It was cold!!!!! When we went to complain at the reception they told us that the had had issues turning on the engines but that in an hour or so it should be fine. What a lie! After an hour, the water was as cold as before!!! So we decided to enjoy the saunas and the hammam. But, we couldn't enter in the hammam more then 5 minutes because it was far too hot, it was burning out face and we heard that the motor heating the hammam was never stopping... So we gave a last chance to the saunas and in the Finish sauna we found electric wire lying on the bench...
So that was enough, we went to the reception and asked to talk to the manager that was apparently already gone. And when we asked for a compensation, we have been told that it was absolutely not possible on their machines... What a lie again!!!!
After those two experiences I don't think we will go again and sincerely don't recommend for you to go.
