Amàre Beach Hotel Marbella - Adults Only (recommended)

6th time staying here.
Positives are the breakfast, beach area and no children (adults only). Rooms kept clean and fresh towels.
Negatives are for the first time we had a room on the West elevation of the hotel. No balcony and view is of an apartment block and their balconies. No sea view. Room was extremely noisy with road/traffic noise so dreadful nights ‘sleep’.
Air-con in the room doesn’t chill the room at all.
‘Chilled’ music down at the beach is too loud and not relaxing.
The real bugbear is the €18 a day they charge you to use the hotel underground car park. It is never full so they could charge you a more competitive rate.
We will book an alternative hotel next time.
A shame as it’s been so good in the past.
Asked hotel reception to make sure we had twin rooms as we are 4 guys playing golf. We received a standard reply that nothing can be guaranteed. Again, disappointing for this level of service. The hotel isn’t even full.
The online ‘advanced’ checkin is a waste of time. It was no difference to the normal checkin procedure.

Magnifique hôtel proche du vieux Marbella et donnant sur la digue. Petits déjeuners variés, très bons repas dans le restaurant à la carte et personnel souriant et attentif. Transats confortables à la piscine et à la plage. Très agréable séjour!

Nach einer 7 Wöchigen 1st Class Kreuzfahrt haben wir noch 4 Tage in Amare Beach Hotel angehängt. Wir hatten ein schönes Zimmer im 7 Stock mit Blick auf den Pool und den Strand. Dass Zimmer ist modern eingerichtet und sauber. Wir hätten uns einen grösseren Kleiderschrank gewünscht. Die Betten war gut. Es gibt nichts zu beanstanden zum Morgen Buffet. Es ist Variantenreich. Das Restaurant am Abend ist gut. Der Strandabschnitt ist sehr eng mit den Liegebetten bestuhlt so auch im Pool Bereich. Die Schirme kann man nicht verstellen; entweder man liegt voll prall an der Sonne oder im Schatten. An unserem ersten Abend wollten wir in der Roof Top Bar einen Apéro trinken. Wir bekamen einen Tisch und eine Getränkekarte, das wars. Wir sassen 40 Minuten am Tisch und keiner vom Service beachtete uns. Wir standen auf und gingen wieder. Die Kritik mit der Beschallung der Musik stimme ich voll zu. Uns hat das auch gestört. Die jüngeren Gäste haben sowieso ihre Kopfhörer im Ohr, somit braucht es nicht noch eine Beschallung mit DJ den ganzen Tag. Auch die Sängerinnen in der Roof Top Bar sind überflüssig. Der Sprachpegel der Gäste sowie der Gesang ist so laut, dass man sich fast anschreien muss um sich zu verständigen.
Die Lage des Hotels an der Strandpromenade ist gut. Auch die Distanz zu der Altstadt ist gut. Das Personal an der Rezeption sowie die Zimmerfrauen sind sehr freundlich. Bar/Restaurant könnte freundlicher sein. Trotz allem haben wir die letzten 4 Tage nach unserer langen Reis in Marbella gut erholt. Für einen längeren Ferienaufenthalt in Marbella würde ich ein anderes Hotel nehmen. Fazit; kann das Amare Beach Hotel nur bedingt empfehlen.

Chambres agréables et soignées : Les chambres étaient confortables et épurées, très propres et modernes, J’ai apprécié la propreté et l’attention aux détails.
Hôtel à la mode et moderne : L’Amare Marbella Beach est définitivement un hôtel branché. Son design contemporain et ses installations modernes en font un lieu idéal pour les voyageurs exigeants.
Demi-pension avec une cuisine délicieuse : Les repas étaient un véritable régal ! Le restaurant propose une variété de plats savoureux, et la demi-pension était un excellent choix pour moi.
Bars et cocktails exceptionnels : Le bar et le bar rooftop offrent une vue imprenable sur la mer. Les cocktails étaient créatifs et délicieux. C’est l’endroit idéal pour se détendre en fin de journée.
Piscine agréable avec animation artistique : La piscine était un endroit idéal pour se rafraîchir. J’ai adoré les animations artistiques qui ajoutaient une touche unique à l’expérience.
Restaurant et bar de plage en bord de mer : Rien de mieux que de dîner ou de prendre un verre avec une vue sur la mer. L’Amare Marbella Beach propose un restaurant et un bar de plage directement sur le littoral.
Plage super avec des transats confortables et un service de boissons : J’ai passé des heures à me détendre sur la plage, confortablement installé sur les transats. Animations musicales au bar de la plage.
Le service était impeccable. Le spa de l’hôtel offre une gamme de soins apaisants. Parfait pour se détendre après une journée bien remplie.
En résumé, l’hôtel Amare Marbella Beach est un joyau sur la Costa del Sol. Si vous recherchez un séjour luxueux, moderne et relaxant, je vous le recommande vivement ! 👍💖

Nous avions déjà séjourné dans l’hotel auparavant et avons eu une expérience plus mitigée cette fois ci. La localisation est toujours très bonne. Déco épurée et design. Petit déjeuner très varié mais attention nous avons fait la queue plus de 20min pour avoir une table (cela est clairement précisé certes). De notre côté 2 soucis dans la chambre: un gros problème de chauffage/clim (nous avons du changer de chambre car 25 degrés et air chaud sans cesse la nuit en plein mois de mars…) et la musique du lobby/piscine/resto déjà en marche à 7h du mat…Le personnel de la réception semblait se roder pour la saison à venir et a paru agacé la nuit lorsque nous avons signalé le problème de chauffage. Bref, nous essaierons un autre hôtel lors de notre prochain passage.

Das Hotel ist sehr gut gelegen, direkt am Strand und in Gehdistanz zur Altstadt. Die Zimmer sind schön eingerichtet und bieten eine tolle Aussicht. Der gepflegte Poolbereich bietet genug Platz und ausreichend Liegestühle. Das Frühstücksbuffet lässt keine Wünsche offen. Leider sind die Preise recht abgehoben. Sonst 5 Sterne.

23 Tage voller Freude und Entspannung, das Hotel liegt hervorragend im Herzen von Marbella, in Strandlage und nahe der Altstadt,alles ist bequem zu erreichen!
Das Frühstück lässt keine Wünsche offen, sehr frisch und reichhaltig,
Der Service ist hervorragend und freundlich , alles in allem besteht eine gute und lockere Atmosphäre …
Da wir mittlerweile Platinstatus im Hotelclub besitzen konnten wir von der privaten Lounge „ the one“ profitieren was sehr angenehm ist !
Man wird den ganzen Tag mit snacks und guten Getränken verwöhnt …

Wir haben schon 2017 eine Bewertung geschrieben und hatten den direkten Meerblick (Tarif „Oh La La Vista Mar Frontal“ 1. oder 2. Etage) gebucht. Wir waren nun das 5. Mal in dem Hotel: Diese Bewertung betrifft zum einen den direkten Meerblick in höherer Etage und Lounge-Zugang (Tarif „Oh La La The One“ 3.-8. Etage) und zum anderen den Umgang des Hotels mit Kritik, die über Tripadvisor geäußert wird.
Zimmer: Die Zimmer sind ausreichend groß, sauber und die Betten weiterhin bequem. Bei den Frontzimmern würde ich die 1. und die 8. Etage meiden. Die 1. und 8. Etage haben eine sichtbeinträchtigenden Vorsprung; die 8. Etage ist überdies unter der Rooftop-Bar.
Lage = Wiederholung = Perfekt: Über die Promenade zum Strand; 5 Minuten bis zur Altstadt.
Poolbereich: Nun kommen wir zum Hauptproblem des Hotels, das nach unserer Einschätzung bei 90% der Gäste Kopfschütteln auslöst: Seit Jahren gibt es diese stumpfe überall präsente Bassmusik, die ständig auf dem selben Thema herumreitet. Die Mitarbeiter bestätigen das Generve; die Antworten des Hotels auf diesbezügliche Tripadivisor-Rezessionen meiden diese Kritik. Es fehlt uns jede Vorstellung, was sich das Hotel-Management dabei denkt.
Strandbereich: Weiterhin perfekter Ess- und Liegebereich. Die Sonnenschirme stehen leider unsinnig: Man muss sie ständig verstellen. Und da ist natürlich wieder diese banale Musik, die schlimmstenfalls noch von einem DJ abgelöst wird, der sie genauso weiterspielt. Was soll das?
Frühstück: Weiterhin sehr aufmerksames, freundliches und organisiertes Personal - anderslautende Bewertungen können wir nicht nachvollziehen. Wir hätten uns gewünscht, dass im Frühstücks-Außenbereich ein Rauchverbot herrscht.
The-One-Lounge: Die gibt es nur im „Oh La La The One“-Tarif. Es gibt Sekt, Bier, Weine, Wasser und Snacks. Gewöhnlich sind es in aufpreispflichtigen Lounges eher Amuse-Gueule mit leckeren Zutaten. Die Snacks in dieser Lounge sind lieblose Reste des Frühstücksbuffets - das geht gar nicht. Schön ist hingegen die Lounge im Außenbereich.
Fazit dieses Mal leider: Wir wissen nicht, ob wir das Hotel ein weiteres Mal buchen: Das Management nimmt sich - was ja auch die hiesigen diesbezüglichen Antworten zeigen - die Kritik an der dumpfen Musik offensichtlich nicht an. Es sollte sich die Altersstruktur anschauen: Es ist ein Erwachsenenhotel mit Gästen im Kern zwischen 35-70 Jahren (Ausreißer nach unten und oben). Die jüngere Hälfte dürfte beruflich eingespannt sein und will ihre Ruhe - und die ältere Hälfte ohnehin: Warum dann also diese dauerhaft laute Beschallung? An das Management: Beantworten Sie die Frage und gehen nicht wieder geschmeidig darüber hinweg, indem Sie behaupten, sich mit der Kritik ernsthaft zu befassen!

Vielen Dank, dass Sie Ihre Meinung über Ihren Aufenthalt geteilt haben. Es tut uns leid zu hören, dass Sie mit einigen Aspekten Ihres Aufenthalts nicht zufrieden waren. Derzeit arbeiten wir mit dem Kurator Alex Kentucky zusammen, der eine maßgeschneiderte Musikauswahl für Amàre Marbella erstellt. Es tut uns leid, dass diese Auswahl nicht Ihren Vorlieben entsprochen hat und wir Ihre Erwartungen nicht erfüllt haben.

Ebenso bedauern wir, dass Ihnen das Angebot des "The One" nicht zugesagt hat. Es ist so konzipiert, dass nicht jeden Tag dasselbe serviert wird, aber wir schätzen Ihre Rückmeldung und werden sie überprüfen, um sie zu verbessern.

La experiencia en general ha sido buena, pero el hotel tiene algunos puntos débiles. Por ejemplo, las camas son duras, lo que impide el descanso. Los baños indiscretos, ya que la separación física es ineficiente para luz y sonidos, por ejemplo es molesto usarlo durante la noche. Además la web propia del hotel puede inducir a engaño en lo que a la oferta gastronómica se refiere, ya que parece que existen más restaurantes de los que en realidad oferta. En cuanto al spa es muy reducido y el agua tiene una temperatura baja, aunque los tramamientos del spa son excelentes. Por otro lado, el personal es muy, muy amable, la limpieza es bastante buena. En definitiva el hotel es muy recomendable.

Ho soggiornato con mio marito e amici in questo bel resort sul mare, in novembre:
La location è veramente bella, la spiaggia dell’hotel è stupenda e servita benissimo, lato cucina è tutto molto buono e vario.
La colazione ricca e la vista mare dal ristorante non ha pari.
Camere curate e pulitissime, manca la ventola nel bagno che nella mia camera senza finestre, ritengo necessaria.
Possibilità di noleggio bici sempre disponibili a 16€ al gg., conviene prenderla e farsi la ciclabile lungomare perché è stupenda.
Il servizio bar sulla spiaggia è eccellente, suoni un pulsantino dalla sdraio e arriva immediatamente il cameriere a cui puoi ordinare quello che vuoi (ottima la frutta e le chips).
Teli mare forniti dall’albergo inclusi, anche questo ottimo.
Unico neo è stato che avevamo il volo di ritorno tardi e ci davano il late checkout fino alle 14 gratuitamente, per averlo fino alle 15 hanno preteso 30€, che considerato il costo dell’hotel non certo a buon mercato mi è parso ridicolo.
Comunque torneremo perché vale!

Io e mio marito abbiamo soggiornato in questo hotel per 10 giorni nel mese di Giugno con trattamento di b&b. L’hotel è moderno, nuovo, elegante, è una delle strutture top a Marbella e si trova sul lungomare fronte spiaggia a poca distanza dal centro città e dal caratteristico casco antico. La posizione è veramente comoda. La stanza era la tipologia keep de secret, nuova, confortevole con un balcone attrezzato con vista mare laterale. La colazione era ottima, varia, di tipologia internazionale con ampia scelta di dolce e salato. Un plus dell’hotel è sicuramente il fatto di avere compreso nel prezzo l’utilizzo dei lettini extralarge nel lussuoso amare beach club. Abbiamo pranzato spesso al ristorante del beach club e anche la cucina era ottima sebbene non a buon mercato. Il mare è pulito ma non è dei migliori in quanto la spiaggia è di ciottoli che rendono un po’ difficoltoso l’accesso in acqua comunque il beach club compensa questa leggera pecca. Per la cena non abbiamo provato i ristoranti dell’hotel perché Marbella è ricca di ristoranti caratteristici di ogni sorta, c’e’ l’imbarazzo della scelta... dal pesce alla carne alla pizza.
L’hotel offre anche una piscina esterna con idromassaggio, una spa, palestra e un comodissimo parcheggio proprio sotto l’hotel (a pagamento ma indispensabile se prenderete come noi una macchina a noleggio). Se ritorneremo a Marbella sceglieremo ancora certamente questa struttura. Vi consiglio di non rimanere a Marbella per tutta la vacanza ma visitare almeno un po’ la bellissima Andalusia, noi siamo stati a Siviglia e più volte a Malaga. Città bellissime, ne vale la pena.

Prenotato 3 giorni nella suite The One, costo in BB 1550 Euro, ovvio che ti aspetti un trattamento di un certo livello, che pero' non c'e'. Check in essenziale con consegna chiavi e indicazione della Lounge riservata nella hall. All'arrivo in camera, bella come da foto, la pulizia era davvero scarsa, residui di cibo e patatine sotto il letto, capelli nel bagno. La mattina successiva colazione davvero imbarazzante, fila per sedersi, alla richiesta di tavolo esterno in un primo momento rifiuto.....ma dove sono i vantaggi? Spiaggia servizio lento, e sbrigativo intorno alle 18 come se si volesse chiudere rapidamente. Abbiamo provato il room service per la colazione il giorno seguente, ancora peggio, neppure un piatto dove mangiare, inaccettabile.
Credo che non si possa pretendere di avere il cliente The One e i clienti basic o di agenzie a prezzi diametralmente opposti, troppo diversi i target ed i servizi che si aspettano. Vacanza deludente.
