- ¿Qué es Paga en Estructurales y qué son las Preautorizaciones de Pago?
Al reservar, algunas instalaciones ofrecen la posibilidad de pagar directamente en la instalación. En estos casos simplemente se te pedirá que introduzcas tu tarjeta de crédito (o débito) para garantizar la reserva, pero sin ningún cargo. El importe se cargará de su tarjeta de crédito sólo en los casos previstos por las políticas y condiciones relativas a su reserva. Great hotel but a few things let’s it down
Me and my wife are on our last day of our stay at this hotel and I feel there is no better time than to write a review than whilst I’m sitting by the pool enjoying a drink and listening to the amazing DJ they have working the main Pool.
So why the average rating I hear you ask?
Well, the drinks service around the pool is a joke! Unless you are on a €200 a day bed the waiters just ignore you. You try to go to the bar and the bar staff tell you that you can only order via a waiter. I Eve tipped a waiter €10 on the first day hoping he would return to my lounger for drinks orders throughout the day….perhaps I should have tipped more!!!
Moving on to the rooms, they are clean and everything you want apart from the annoying air conditioning settings which mean that the unit will continuously cut off throughout the night and kick in again as the temperature rises. So you go through this constant cycle of being nice and cool to sweating throughout the night.
Hotel buffet is amazing though and I really rate this. I highly recommend staying half board and eating at the hotel. The food and service is 5 star!
Lastly, the security guys seem to have a chip on their shoulder. They walk around with aggressive faces and lack basic manors. It’s like they are on high alert for a terror threat. Just relax, and if your services are needed then off course switch over to action mode and react. But when there is no problem try and smile and blend in with the happy atmosphere that this hotel offers.

Moving on to the rooms, they are clean and everything you want apart from the annoying air conditioning settings which mean that the unit will continuously cut off throughout the night and kick in again as the temperature rises. So you go through this constant cycle of being nice and cool to sweating throughout the night.
Hotel buffet is amazing though and I really rate this. I highly recommend staying half board and eating at the hotel. The food and service is 5 star!
Lastly, the security guys seem to have a chip on their shoulder. They walk around with aggressive faces and lack basic manors. It’s like they are on high alert for a terror threat. Just relax, and if your services are needed then off course switch over to action mode and react. But when there is no problem try and smile and blend in with the happy atmosphere that this hotel offers.

GREAT HOTEL AWFUL STAFF
We stayed for 1 evening for a friends birthday. The hotel is absolutely stunning, rooms amazing, pool area wonderful and a great atmosphere..... HOWEVER, the staff at check in/out were awful, rude and uninviting. I have never waited so long to check in and same for checking out. I would suggest putting more people on reception and ones that smile and want to help. Being served drink at the top pool was also extremely unsatisfying. One young man took our order, 45 minutes later after calling another team member we were told he hadn't in fact put it through as he didnt understand our order!! Instead of sending someone else he felt just leaving it would be the better option. So what would have been a beautiful stay was ruined by your staff.

Nice hotel BUT my handbag was STOLEN from our room.
BEWARE. Nice hotel, staff were great and welcoming. BUT, we stayed for just two nights and upon packing to check out I discovered my YSL bag with my wallet was missing and so was my friends Gucci belt and Gucci prescription sunglasses were also gone. No-one else had access to room, only the cleaning staff and maybe maintenance team to fix the TV. Luckily we locked our passports in the safe. Hard Rock emailed to express their 'deep concern' etc but nothing back. Just lock everything that you possibly can in the safe. NB our laptops were not stolen. It's left a bitter taste, we should be kept safe and we weren't. We won't be returning.

Just an awful hotel
Just the most awful hotel
We stay in June for 4 nights booking though BA for my friends wedding. The staff were so rude, service awful - I could go on and on. This is worst hotel I have ever stayed at and I previously stayed here when this hotel was the H10.
Please see the comment left by the hard rock hotel on the review dated 22/06/24 (mandyH0lden) left by another member of our party‘’ we would love the chance to discuss this with you as this has not been reported to any of our team’. Our party has written in the ‘’Hojas de Reclamaciones’’. The fact the hotel staff have publicly stated on this forum that they are unaware of our complaints shows they have clearly destroyed our page which is illegal and I will contacting legal services regarding the discrimination experienced at this hotel.
Plain awful - don’t stay, save your money and go somewhere else !! - also I am not complainer - I leave good reviews for places that deserve it !

Worse hard rock
This is the worse hard rock we have stayed at and we have stayed at a few.
On arrival it took nearly 55 minutes to check in we were left standing there while
They were chatting and only had 2 staff on the desk with a queue of guest.
We were then told we had a twin room which is not what I arranged on booking so told them this is not acceptable so they just put a king mattress topper on the bed to make it seem not like twin beds any longer.
I will state a positive now before I continue with the moans and groans.
The food for breakfast was very nice, no issues there, the staff around the roof top bar and restaurant were really lovely.
Positives over.
No entertainment in the hotel ( although there was a dj at the Eden Pool. They really don’t cater for all ages.
And here’s my final complaint which I have already taken up with jet2 and the hotel.
From about 6pm in the evening they were allowing what I can only describe as chancers. Young or Middle Ages women all congregating around the bar staring at any man that approached and then wanting them to pay for the drinks all night, not sure what they offered in return. Hotel didn’t seem bothered at all as it seemed like a nightly event, it was worse after the England match where they were all waiting for drunk english men to return, which funnily enough didn’t happen as they all told them to sod off.
As I had complained I was then told they don’t allow this and funnily enough there was none on that night, but sure they will now return now we have left the hotel. I will never be returning to that hotel again.
