Muy buen Hotel, las habitaciones super cómodas, el servicio de limpieza muy bien, los espacios en general son muy bonitos. El restaurante en la terraza podría tener un mejor servicio de meseros para prestar servicio pero la comida esta muy bien, el desayuno es bien completo.

Fui en un viaje de amigas y lo disfrutamos muchísimo! Este es un hotel muy bonito, moderno pero cálido al mismo tiempo, tiene muy buena ubicación, es un barrio seguro, excelente la limpieza, buena infraestructura, cuenta con una terraza muy linda y un desayuno muy completo y delicioso. Quizá les falta agregar alguna botella de agua en la habitación, para que sea el top.

Excellent hotel. Rooms are a good size and very comfortable. Mini bar/fridge, safe, ironing board, lots of mirrors, large bathroom, 55” tv, very comfortable bed, and good wifi(download speed 16 Mbps). Included buffet breakfast from 6-10:30 is very good. Very close to Metro and Santa Fe mall but a good distance restaurants/bars area (Uber is very cheap however).

Hotel situato nella zona ricca di Medellín, vicinissimo ad un enorme centro commerciale. Moderno ed elegante a prima vista, ma poi arrivano le sorprese. Stanza minuscola, neanche lo spazio per le valigie (ed eravamo con bagaglio a mano…) ne’ un armadio ne’ tantomeno una stampella da appendere magari al televisore o in bagno (chiesta alla reception, risposta: non sono previste). Un asse ed un ferro da stiro sono però in dotazione alla stanza! In sostanza posso stirare gli abiti che erano in valigia (magari nel corridoio, visto che in stanza non c’è spazio), ma poi devo necessariamente rimetterceli dentro. Bagno anch’esso minuscolo, cieco e senza un piano di appoggio. Se aggiungiamo che le finestre della stanza non sono apribili il senso di mancanza d’aria (o di claustrofobia…) e’ il minimo che possa avvertirsi. Insonorizzazione verso l’esterno buona, ma inesistente all’interno (eravamo al piano, penultimo, sotto al ristorante e lascio immaginare il rumore all’alba), si possono sentire tutti gli ospiti che entrano o escono dalle stanze. . Passiamo alla colazione: spazio inadeguato per la quantità di ospiti dell’hotel, attesa per un tavolo e, poi, per la sua pulizia, scarsa scelta di salato, non si trovano le tazze (ho usato il bicchiere per il caffè), di bevande calde a disposizione solo caffè e cioccolato (entrambi molto annacquati…). Alla richiesta di un cappuccino mi è stato risposto che è a pagamento (figuriamoci un espresso, e siamo nella patria del caffè…): effettivamente richiesta bizzarra un cappuccino a colazione…. Mai trovato un tale disservizio in hotel di questo livello.

Siamo spiacenti di sapere che la sua esperienza nel nostro hotel non ha soddisfatto le sue aspettative. Ci dispiace che la sua percezione della camera non sia stata buona, dato che si trovava in una camera premium. Vorremmo ricordarle che disponiamo anche di camere studio, più spaziose per il suo comfort. Anche la mancanza di ventilazione e l'impossibilità di aprire le finestre è stato un punto a sfavore, ma si tratta di un problema di sicurezza. Per quanto riguarda la colazione, offriamo caffè americano e cappuccino a pagamento.

This is an exceptional hotel: clean, modern, comfortable bed, and excellent friendly staff. Breakfast was excellent and service was always with a smile! Thanks to Angel, Karen, Juan and Cindy for running and keeping the hotel of such high standards.

The hotel is great just do not use the reception to book tours. Had a negative experience. We were quoted a price for a tour and when it was completed, the driver charged a different price. When it was disputed, the driver said that he gets his price from his boss and not the hotel. This issue was addressed with hotel reception staff who denied giving a price. I suggest book directly with whatever business you will use for tour and not the hotel.

Réservation par une agence de la chambre double standard. Elle était minuscule et pas adaptée à deux voyageurs avec bagages et pour un séjour de plusieurs nuits. Pas possible de se croiser au pied du lit! Ayant changé de chambre on nous a attribué une chambre plus grande communicante. Mais nos voisins ou des membres du personnel sont rentrés dans cette deuxième chambre en notre absence en passant par la porte communicante. !!!! Affaires renversées par terre mais heureusement rien de volé car tout était au coffre. INACCEPTABLE pour un hôtel de cette catégorie. Pour le linge à la blanchisserie également prestation douteuse (1 tshirt taché en retour par ex).
Cet hôtel est neuf et dispose d un très beau bar mais beaucoup trop cher par rapport aux prestations de service reelles.
