Hôtel au charme fou, havre de verdure et de bonheur à deux pas de la plage. Le personnel d'une gentillesse incroyable, la nourriture délicieuse et la chambre avec piscine privée superbe. Salle de bains magnifique avec douche et baignoire, lits ultra confortables, rien à dire. Quant à la piscine, elle est divine, grande et d'un bleu incroyable. Nous avons trouvé une pépite, si nous visitons Bali nous y reviendrons sans hésitation.

Fuimos de vacaciones 5 días a una hab. Deluxe. El primer día, según llegamos encontramos roto el grifo de la ducha, lo dijimos en recepción y enseguida le pusieron una tirita para que, siguiendo estando roto, al menos funcionara.
La habitación bien, excepto ese problema y el del ruido, se oye todo. Si tienes a alguien ruidoso cerca tiene un problema, como nos paso a nosotros.
Parece que tenemos mala suerte y que no somos muy bienvenidos, esta mañana desayunando se acerca la encargada y de mala manera nos dice que si nos estamos alojando en el hotel. Además el único día que comemos en el hotel (en la piscina), se les olvida nuestra comanda y nos dicen que está cerrada la cocina, luego nos traen la comida viendo que es fallo suyo sin que medie siquiera una disculpa. Ni por lo del grifo en la habitación ni por el fallo con la única comanda que tenían en ese momento.
Por lo demás el hotel esta muy bien, tiene piscina, gimnasio y pista de tenis, está muy cerca del aeropuerto, a 30 min andando del centro de Kuta y a unos 20 de la playa (aunque parezca que está al lado).

Hotel immerso nella vegetazione, grande e ben curato!

Il personale del re sorta è super super super gentile e disponibile! Pronto ad esaudire ogni tuo desiderio… Veramente il top!

La camera è grande pulita e ben curata. La vasca da bagno non è il top… È un po’ vecchia… E la doccia si trova parzialmente all’aperto… Il miscelatore della doccia funziona piuttosto male.

Buono il Wi-Fi gratuito… Carina la piscina anche se non è di ultima generazione.

Ottimo ristorante interno al resort è molto buona anche la colazione

Der Check-in war - wenngleich vor 14 Uhr - etwas holprig und aus den paar Minuten Wartezeit wurde dann im Restaurant eine sehr lange Zeit. Für die geographische Lage in Kuta (nahe Flughafen) handelt es sich um eine großzügige Anlage mit einem tollen großen Pool (*). Die Zimmer sind schön und großzügig gestaltet und sicherlich werden bei der nächsten Renovierung die Badewannen durch Duschen ersetzt werden. Das Frühstüksbuffet ist vielfältig und hervorragend. Den ausreichend und modern ausgestatteten Gym muss man vor der Nutzung etwas runterkühlen, da eine Betätigung in dem überhitzten Raum unmöglich ist. Das Personal ist allerorts in der Anlage sehr freundlich, hilfsbereit und zuvorkommend (Frau Pamini hat im Restaurant "alles im Griff").

(*) Negativ empfinde ich - wie auch andern Orts - grundsätzlich die Tatsache, dass an der Poolbar auch Speisen serviert werden und sich die Gäste Hände etc. im Pool säubern. Ebenfalls finde ich es hygienisch bedenklich, dass Babys und Kleinkinder mit Windeln über langen Zeitraum von den Eltern im Pool bleiben dürfen.

Fazit: empfehlenswert

Hôtel splendide, nous y avons passé 8 jours en octobre, tout était génial. L'hôtel est magnifique, les chambres superbes, la piscine de l'hôtel grande, avec différents espaces pour se poser, le bar dans la piscine est top pour prendre un cocktail ou manger un bout le midi.
C'est un hôtel idéal pour se reposer, flâner, bronzer. Effectivement il n'y a rien de particulier aux alentours et il faut prendre une voiture pour bouger, mais il est très facile de trouver des chauffeurs rapidement.
Le seul bémol, le restaurant est très basique, mais l'hôtel est tellement beau que finalement ça reste secondaire.

C'est un établissement moyen plus.
Je m'explique !
Centre de Kuta à 10 minutes à pied, idem pour la plage. C'est parfait, on évite le brouhaha du centre en passant par le chemin derrière l'hôtel qui longe la mer.
Le personnel est aux petits soins et très très aimable.
La piscine est grande, belle, profonde (2,4m) et propre. Parfait pour se détendre.
Pour ceux que ça intéressent, il y a un bar dans la piscine.
Le restaurant de l'hôtel est sympathique. Un peu plus cher que les restaurants autour mais c'est normal, on est dans un hôtel !
Plats typiques balinais servis. Rien à dire ! Les extérieurs sont superbes et bien entretenus.
Nos points à améliorer se situent au niveau de la chambre.
Alors, pour n'avoir vu l'information nulle part, TOUTES les chambres sont COMMUNICANTES.
Ca peut-être un réel problème et pour nous, ça l a effectivement été !
Nos voisins mettaient leur réveil à 4h23 et ils le laissait sonner une heure entière derrière...génial !
Vous entendez les discussions et tous les bruits, les arrivées en pleine nuit... Ce matin, nous avons été réveillés à 6h45 par la dame d a côté qui n arrivait pas à ouvrir sa porte et s s'acharnait dessus. J'ai du sortir pour lui ouvrir !
Aussi, la douche est plutôt moyenne.
Peu de débit et à cause du calcaire, ça part dans tous les sens. On inonde la salle de bain en moins de deux !
La décoration de la chambre est vieillotte mais dans le style balinais.
En bref, 5 nuits passées dans cet hôtel dont nous ne garderons pas forcément un souvenir ému.

Un hotel muy bonito,grande y con jardines abundantes y bien cuidados.Situado muy centrico cerca de tiendas y restaurantes y a 10 minutos de la playa,eso sí,ésta es horrible,el agua es marron y cerca del puerto donde atracan los barcos.La playa es muy fea.El servicio amable como en todos pero muy lento a la hora de servir la comida,pedimos una noche un par de postres y unos cafes,los postres tardaron 25 minutos en llegar y encima uno de ellos estaba quemado,en concreto el de chocolate que se supone que tiene que tener el corazon fundente como la lava de un volcan,pues nada ,quemado y seco como una madalena.Un desastre.Otro dia en la comida tardaron tanto que tuvieron que ponerlo para llevar pues ya nos teniamos que ir al aeropuerto de lo tarde que sacaronel segundo plato.Deben mejorar esos aspectos,como tambien las habitaciones,los cuartos de baño viejos con bañera alta dificil de entrar y salir,con grifos de ducha,fijos sin movilidad y el lavabo con grifos independientes como antiguamente,eso ya no se lleva y son poco practicos.El dasayuno buffe era muy bueno,variado y abundante,solo que el bacon es por encargo,y como siempre tardaron en traerlo.Cercano al aeropuerto.

So what is nice if you walk further down there will be cleaner parts of the beach. We hope with the effort by the local council, there maybe some improvements

Habitaciones muy espaciosas. con toda la dotación necesaria (plancha, tabla de planchar, minibar, secador de pelo, TV plasma, DVD, etc). El servicio y la atención del personal muy correcta. Muy buen Spa, a precios mas que razonables. Comida de calidad y con buena presentación, aunque algo repetitiva, si te alejas muchos días.
Las habitaciones podrían estar algo mas al día en cuanto a mobiliario y cuarto baño. "Amanities" no muy abundantes y de gran nivel.
Sin duda un lugar recomendable y para poder repetir.

Il Rama Beach è una struttura perfetta per chi cerca un punto di calma nel caos di Kuta; posizionata su una strada secondaria da dove è possibile raggiungere facilmente la spiaggia e la zona commerciale della città; non che vicinissima all' aeroporto di Denpasar.
Consiglio questo hotel per chi vuole visitare in lungo e largo l'isola di Bali, non è un resort per chi vuole fare un soggiorno solo mare, visto che non è ubicato direttamente sulla spiaggia di Kuta (anche se questa è raggiunbile con facilita a piedi).
L'aree comuni sono curatisse, pulizia ordine, un bellissimo giardino di orchidee, frangipane e banani ti porta nella zona della camere e delle ville.
Io ho soggiornato in una Family Villa; soluzione consigliata dal mio tour operator visto che viaggiavo con 4 amici tutti adulti e che poi si è rivelata un ottima scelta: avevamo a disposizione tantissimo spazio: la camera era ampissima con 2 letti singoli a 1 matrimoniale, bagno enorme con vasca e doccia, nelle ville vi è anche n piccolo giardino privato all'esterno; nessun problema di spazio nonostante la presenza di 4 adulti con rispettive valige.
Davvero gradita la piscina di buone dimensioni con zone adatte ai bambini; utilissima per un pò di relax dopo le visite nell'isola.
Colazione ottima con una buona scelta di cibi salati e dolci.

Veramente tanti complimenti al personale,dalla reception, ai camerieri fino ai giardineri: sempre sorridenti e attentissimi al confort dell'ospite "mi avete fatto vivere davvero un ottima esperienza, GRAZIE!"

reservamos una suite con piscina privada, que era lo que queríamos y un acierto 100% espectacular muy bien, una maravilla la suite e¡muy amplia, limpieza absoluta, y la piscina privada genial, las demás instalaciones del hotel también muy cuidadas, la piscina común con su poll bar, el personal muy amable, por poner alguna pega los desayunos eran todos los días lo mismo.
Esta muy bien situado, y se puede ir andando a todos los sitios de Kuta, la playa es muy mala, está sucia así que no es un hotel para ir a la playa,afuera tienen coches con conductor privado para visitar la isla, regatear mucho.
Hicieron una tarde de Coktel que fue my divertido con cervezas aperitivos y animación, los masajes están bastante bien

Bonito hotel a 15' andando de Kuta Beach. La piscina es espectacular. Servicio muy atento y amable. Hotel rodeado de tiendas de souvenirs y masajes a muy buen precio. A mejorar...urgentemente: el servicio de desayunos. Muy mal organizados y calidad justita...

Bellissimo Resort, molto curato, con giardini in ordine. Camere e bagni enormi, doccia ampissima, pressione dell'acqua molto buona. Le camere sono pulitissime, i letti comodi, le lenzuola morbide. L'aria condizionata funziona molto bene. Spazi comuni (piscina, area colazione/ristorante, palestra) abbastanza piccoli. Nel complesso la struttura è eccellente, anche come posizione, lontana dal caos, ma nello stesso tempo non isolata. A pochi passi c'è anche un centro commerciale con ristoranti e Starbucks.
Se devo trovare un neo, direi che la colazione non è pantagruelica.

Vom Einchecken bis zum Ausschecken fühlte ich mich in diesen 5 Tagen sehr gut aufgehoben. Bei Ankunft bekam ich ein kühles Tuch zur Erfrischung, einen Jasmin-Tee und sogar Zimtplätzchen zur Begrüßung, diese fiell sehr herzlich aus. Das Hotel ist mehr als ein 4 Sterne Hotel, ich bin sehr viel in der Welt unterwegs und habe selten ein so engagiertes und freundliches Personal erlebt wie in diesem Hotel. Sämtliches Personal in allen Bereichen (Rezeption, Bar, Restaurant, Reinigung, Gärtner) sind alle sehr gut geschult und verstehen ihre Arbeit, man sieht, dass ihnen die Arbeit Spaß macht. Man wird von jedem Angestellten mit einem Hello, how are you? begrüßt. ich hatte ein Deluxe-Zimmer mit Blick zum Garten, dieses war sehr ruhig und sehr sauber. Ich hatte die Zimmer Nr. 325, das Zimmer war ausgestattet mit Tee- Kaffeezubereitung, Bademantel, Hausslipper und Regenschirm. Der Pool war mit einer Swim-up-Bar ausgestattet, sehr tief, aber für die nicht so guten Schwimmer gab es Schwimmnudeln, die das Hotel zur Verfügung gestellt hatte. Die Cocktails und der Pool waren einfach ein Traum. Auch gab es einmalig eine Cocktail-Mix-Vorführung, bei der ich meinen eigenen Cocktail mixen durfte, anbei auch ein Foto. Ein ganz besonderes Dankeschön möchte ich an Gede von der Rezeption schicken. Ich hatte an der Straße Geld gewechselt, obwohl man das nicht sollte und wurde um 350000 Rupie beschissen, daraufhin ging ich dann am nächsten Morgen zu Gede an die Rezeption. Dieser gab mir ein Formular das ich ausfüllen musste. Danach rief er den Security an. Dieser rief daraufhin ein Taxi und wir fuhren mit einem Hotelangestellten dann zu dem Money Changer. Der Security sprach mit den Gangstern und Dank ihrer Hilfe bekam ich 250000 Rupie wieder zurück. Vielen Dank noch einmal für Euren Einsatz. Denkt bitte daran, nicht auf der Straße Geld zu wechseln, nur bei authorizierten Money-Changern, auch wenn der Kurs nicht so gut ist (meist ein Glashäuschen), oder an der Hotel Rezeption. Das Frühstückbüfett war so umfangreich und lecker, die Speisen von sehr guter Qualität, man wusste gar nicht, was man zuerst essen soll: Eier- und Omelette-Station, Fried Rice, Fried Nudeln, verschiedene andere asiatische Gerichte, Salat, Obst, verschiedene Backwaren, verschiedene Säfte. Auch möchte ich einen ganz herzlichen Dank an die Crew von der Bar aussprechen (Wayan der immer zu Späßen aufgelegt ist), Ben, Wiidii, Wolly, Desi, usw.).
Alles in allem ein traumhaft schönes Hotel, das verdient einen Stern mehr zu bekommen. Bleibt so wie ihr seid. Ich werde Euch mit gutem Gewissen weiterempfehlen.

Das hotel hat uns sehr gut gefallen, vor allem das morgendliche Frühstück hatte viel zu bieten. Die Zimmer waren sehr schön und unser Bett war auch bequem. Leider waren die Handtücher fast alle mit unterschiedlichen Flecken voll so wie des öfteren auch die Bettlaken und Kopfkissen. Klar kann nicht alles zu diesem Preis perfekt sauber sein aber Textilien mit so großen sichtbaren Flecken könnte man ja mal austauschen. Der Service war sehr freundlich, jedoch wurde uns nach einiger Zeit kein Tee oder kaffe mehr angeboten was zuvor Gang und gebe war. Das Hotel Personal ist sehr bemüht es den Gästen so angenehm wie möglich zu gestalten und ist auch immer gerne für ein pläuschen zu haben.

Großzügiges Zimmer mit allen Annehmlichkeiten wie z. B. Möglichkeit Tee/Kaffee zuzubereiten. Bademäntel, Hausslipper, Regenschirme, großer Balkon,großer Fernseher mit DW etc.
Sehr schöne Pool in großzügiger, sehr schön angelegter Gartenanlage.
Frühstück mit riesiger Auswahl auch an warmen und direkt auf Wunsch zubereiteten Speisen
Nur wenige Fußminuten zum Strand.
Trotz sehr ruhiger Lage findet man sofort außerhalb des Hotels unzählige Möglichkeiten Essen zu gehen oder sich in einem der kleinen Supermärkte zu versorgen.

Ein nettes und ruhiges Hotel am Rama Beach. Es hat keinen eigenen Strand, bietet aber einen gratis Shuttledienst zum Kuta Beach, wo man viele Restaurants und Bars findet. Das Hotel verfügt über ein ansprechendes Spa. Der Poolbereich ist sehr schön gestaltet, hat auch eine Poolbar. Die Zimmer sind sauber.
