We loved our time in the Phi Phis. The resort was lovely but we were glad of the village behind it. We are there 2 evenings and once in the Thai Ruan on resort. Mostly having lunch in the resort. We also had our massages in the village £9. We also did our laundry there for £1
The Ruan Thai restaurant was lovely and I would recommend. The pools were beautiful as was the beach. Very relaxing. We took the opportunity to do the taster session of scuba diving. So glad we did. I was nervous but quickly loved it. We would definitely return

Incroyable hôtel, le personnel est très à l’écoute. Nous avons séjourner face à la mer et nous n’avons pas été déçu. Buffet de petit déjeuner incroyable, restaurants dans l’enceinte de l’hôtel très délicieux.

Struttura stupenda , abbiamo alloggiato in uno dei suoi tipici bungalow; costituiti da loggiato accogliente con poltrone e stenditoi , camera da letto matrimoniale ampia con letti king size e letto aggiuntivo , in quanto in tre .. c’era poi un antibagno ampio ed un bagno con box doccia da circa 9 mq .. il tutto in stile Thai,, legno e incannucciati .. il ristorante serviva piatti di cui una internazionale oltre che tipica . C’era anche una coffee pasticceria , oltre che una struttura separata dove poter prenotare i tour . Le piscine erano ampie e ben attrezzate con un controllo maniacale della qualità dell’acqua . Dentro il villaggio ci si muove con le car elettriche tipo golf L’esperienza unica e’ che in tale struttura ci si può arrivare sono con le loro barche veloci ; posto consigliato sono

La ubicación es perfecta. Lejos de las zonas más bulliciosas. Las cabañas son preciosas, la comida exquisita, el personal, encantador. Fue un descubrimiento. Maravillosa estancia de 4 días en familia. cuando la Luz solar desaparece.... Se transforma en un espacio único donde el firmamento brilla con una intensidad que te deja perplejo.
En el village qué está fuera del recinto, te ofrecen desde exquisitas comidas a excursiones y opciones de ocio. Muy bien también. Hicimos esnorkle en una salida de 5 h donde vimos tortugas marinas, peces exóticos e incluso tiburones. Comimos en una playa solitaria disfrutando de una vista única que te queda grabada en la memoria. Gracias a Mote Tour Team por esta experiencia. Os la recomendamos si vais.

Hotel loin de tout, situé dans un endroit paradisiaque. C est l avantage mais aussi l inconvénient. Car s il pleut il n y a pas grand chose à faire. Loin du centre de ko phi phi (1h30 de marche par la forêt, donc on évite de rentrer à la nuit) où bien il faut payer le tuk tuk taxi boat, pas donné (600 bath par personne par trajet en cette saison non touristique).
Quelques resto derrière l hotel..
Sinon le parc de l hotel est magnifique, on peut y croiser des animaux sauvages. Mais aussi beaucoup de moustiques. Le petit déjeuner au top. Les chambres grandes (climatisation bruyante pour nous. 1 chambre sur 2). Beaux poissons en snorkeling. Bref allez y pour vous poser et vous détendre.

Fantastisch!! Die Anreise war einzigartig und der Empfang wunderbar! Eine Atmosphäre wie im Paradies 😀 Wir werden ganz bestimmt wieder in dieses tolle Resort kommen. Die Lage ist sehr abgeschieden und man kann die Ruhe genießen. Kein Massentourismus, keine Hektik und alles top organisiert. Das Personal ist ausgesprochen freundlich und hilfsbereit. Wir waren 6 Nächte im SAii und würden jeder Zeit sofort wieder kommen. Die Anlage ist sehr gepflegt und weitläufig, die Mitarbeiter äusserst freundlich. Wir entschieden uns ein renoviertes Bungalow zu buchen, welches sehr geschmackvoll und praktisch eingerichtet ist. Genügend Platz fürs Gepäck, zentrale Lichtschaltung, Nespresso Kaffeemaschine auch mit Teekapseln bestückt. Wlan reicht über die ganze Anlage.

Das Wasser zum Duschen ist etwas salzig und ja, es hat ab und zu eine rostige Farbe wie in einigen Kommentaren bereits erwähnt. Ich finde man sollte über das hinwegsehen, man ist schliesslich auf einer sehr abgelegenen Insel, uns hat dies jetzt überhaupt nicht gestört. Das Resort tut alles um den hohen Standart, so weit weg vom Festland, aufrecht zu erhalten. Interessant sind auch die Kommentare bezüglich den Essenspreisen, ich verstehe nicht ganz wieso man ein 5-Sterne Resort bucht und sich dann aufregt, dass das Essen zu teuer ist, was gar nicht der Fall ist. Man sollte sich eher fragen, wieso das Village im Vergleich zum „normalen“ Thaivillage so hochpreisig ist ;-)

Wir waren 4 Tage Tauchen, die Boots- und Dive-Crew ist super nett und professionell, wir kommen sicherlich wieder. Der Service ist top, ganzes Equipment wird transportiert, montiert und gewaschen.

Mit den Bikes kann man ein paar Km Radweg fahren, weiter in den Norden bis zu einem anderen Resort, dann gehts nur noch über den Strand weiter und nach Tonsai kommt man mit dem Rad nicht, man kann aber einen JungleTrail machen bis zu den Viewpoints 3,2 und 1. Dauert ca. 45min-1h, nehmt Mückenspry mit, ist quer über die Insel Durch den Dschungel. Von dort aus kann man dann auch zur Tonsai Bay runter.

Überfahrt von und nach Phuket super gut organisiert! Wie schon erwähnt, wir würden sofort wieder kommen!

El hotel está situado en un bello entorno.
La playa es muy bonita, pero debes tener en cuenta que si llegas con marea baja deberás mojar tus pies y sortear piedras y corales.
Obviamente, cuando la marea suba y desees bañarte, considera ese escenario debajo de tus pies también!
La comida y desayuno son buenos.
La habitación y baño muy amplios.
Lo mejor del hotel es el Spa!
Tiene una excelente vista, donde recibes cordial atención y un excelente servicio!
Una sugerencia sería que incorporen más servicios como ser clases de yoga o gym, el entorno lo amerita.

Ein kleines Paradies 🌞 weit ab vom Massentourismus, hier gibt es noch Natur pur - allerdings auch nur wenige Möglichkeiten für Shopping und promenieren, das sollte einem klar sein. Die Räumlichkeiten sind sehr sauber und gut gepflegt, der Service erfolgt prompt 😄 und immer sehr freundlich. Das Frühstücksbuffet ist sehr abwechslungsreich und lecker gestaltet mit vielen kalten und auch warmen typisch thailändischen Speisen :D Der Kaffee ist sehr gut (aus WMF Vollautomaten)!
Es gibt ein kleines fußläufig erreichbares Dorf in der Nähe, wo man für kleines Geld lecker thailändisch essen gehen kann! Gerne empfehlen wir dieses Resort weiter, allerdings sollte man sich darauf einstellen, dass sich die An- und Abreise etwas anstrengend gestaltet: Flug bis Phuket, erste Übernachtung auf Phuket, am nächsten Morgen um 7:00 Abholung mit Shuttlevan zur Fähre, 2 Stunden Überfahrt nach Koh Phi Phi, dann ab Ton Sai mit dem Longtail Boot zum Ferienresort ca. 30 Minuten - von da kann man auch NUR mit dem Boot zu anderen Zielen gelangen. Es gibt keine Autos oder Taxis hier, lediglich Fahrrad oder Moped Verkehr - Fahrräder gibt es im Resort zu leihen ... von der Ruhe her ist das natürlich schwer zu toppen :D
Es gibt auch keine Animation oder sonstige Belästigungen wie aus anderen Feriendomizilen gewohnt ;)

Schönes Hotel mit super Service und tollem Gesamtkonzept. Hervorragendes Dive Center mit freundlichem und kompetentem Team. Bungalow war renoviert und in einem sehr guten Zustand. Sehr große Auswahl beim Frühstücksbuffet. Zum Baden im Meer zu dieser Jahreszeit weniger geeignet, da stark von Gezeiten geprägt. 5 Tage beim Tauchen gewesen. Sehr Abwechslungsreich und schöne Spots.

Es ist einfach Paradiesisch, die ganze Bucht wunderschön. Die Bungalows sind sehr groß und ebenfalls wunderschön. Die ganze Anlage ist sehr Sauber, dass Personal sehr bemüht und überdurchschnittlich freundlich. Das Frühstücks Buffet ist sehr gut und hat noch dazu eine riesengroße Auswahl, von Thai Essen, Früchten, Müsli in einigen Varianten, Waffeln usw. hier findet jeder etwas und dazu kommt noch eine Wahnsinnig schöne Aussicht. Alles in allem ein Top Village.

Deluxe Villa très confortable. Excellent petit déjeuner avec énorme choix. Jamais trop de monde dans les restaurants et piscines. Les activités proposées sont très variées (nous avons fait plongée avec certificat PADI, location bateau longtail pendant 6h, tout top).
Très bien organisés avec lounge privé au port de Phuket, navette vers Tonsai.
Des restaurants juste à côté dans le village proposent un choix variés.
Randonnée vers Tonsai durée 1h environ à travers la jungle.

La terra del sorriso, qui tutti, ed indento tutti cercheranno di lasciarvi un ricordo indelebile di questo fantastico paese.
Trasferimento in barca da Phuket eccellente, puntuale e super organizzato.
Troverete un assistente al vostro arrivo che accompagnerà al transfer via terra alla volta del porto dove partirà la barca veloce. Calcolatevi bene i tempi, ci vogliono 40 min via terra e 1:15 (in base alle condizioni del mare) via mare.
Sopratutto al ritorno cercate di avere il volo non prima delle 12.
Resort a mio parere migliorabile. Le sistemazioni stupende, inserite in maniera ottimale nel contesto naturalistico, grandi, pulite e indipendenti l’una dall’altra. Sarebbe meglio alloggiare a ridosso del mare, ma anche le garden, come la nostra, non era lontana dai servizi. La spiaggia si divide principalmente in due zone. La prima davanti alla lobby e al ristorante principale, lettini vecchiotti e scomodi, accesso mare diretto, ma barche barche e ancora barche tutto il giorno. Prima nota dolente, e sicuramente migliorabile magari creando un punto barche alla fine del villaggio, perché di rilassante c’è ben poco con il rumore e il via vai delle barche costantemente.
L’altra spiaggia, da noi utilizzata è molto più relax friendly.
Accesso mare tramite una scaletta (penso ci sia questa specie di struttura a causa delle maree) lettini più comodi ma comunque sempre datati.
Pochissima ombra, hanno piantato delle palme ma che avranno bisogno di tempo per crescere, e qui il sole picchia e anche tanto!
In ambedue ad ogni modo pochi posti rispetto alla portata del resort.
Il mare qui si sa, lo si gode per metà, dalle 15 difficilmente si riesce a fare il bagno, complice la bassa marea.
Piscine completamente da rifare, piastrelle in vari punti completamente staccate, bordature tutte scollate. Peccato perché sono veramente stupende, ma così si rischia di farsi veramente male.
Ristoranti provati marginalmente, in quanto a ridosso del resort c’è un piccolo villaggio dove potrete cenare/pranzare risparmiando notevolmente. Troverete anche vari market per acquisti beni di prima necessità, acqua/birra etc.
Abbiamo infine fatto un escursione a Maya Bay e dintorni, organizzata con longboat.
Consiglio al resort di fornire un accompagnatore che parli un minimo di inglese, perché in gran parte della giornata non sapevamo neanche cosa stessimo guardando. Una spiegazione in più non fa mai male, e ti rende partecipe dell’esperienza. È vero non era contemplata una guida, ma ci vuole anche poco…
In linea di massima ottima esperienza, da fare magari con il senno di poi per non più di 4/5 notti.

Casette funzionali e moderne circondate da vegetazione. Location pulita e curata. Cibo buono e vario con prezzi un po’ alti ma giustificati se pensiamo alla location in cui ci troviamo. Personale cortese e gentile!Assolutamente consigliato!!

El hotel es precioso y el personal es muy amable, aunque tienen muchos problemas de coordinación entre los departamentos que para un hotel de este tipo no es aceptable. Si nos referimos al Spa es excelente, de los mejores que hemos probado y el servicio y terapias que recibimos por parte de Ausy excelentes e inmejorables, fue super profesional y siempre con una sonrisa.

Isola bellissima. Villaggio discreto con rapporto qualità prezzo adeguati. Bisogna fare attenzione ai varani. Di notte è meglio raggiungere ristorante e bungalow con servizio navetta gratuito. Mare bellissimo. Unica pecca è completamente fuori dal mondo quindi ogni spostamento serio lo puoi fare solo in barca. Evitate poi stagione delle piogge
