  • ¿Puedo hacer pedidos especiales?
    Por supuesto, al reservar tendrás un campo donde podrás escribir directamente a la propiedad y realizar tus solicitudes. Estos serán evaluados por el Hotel quien le responderá directamente. MeTour no es responsable en este proceso de toma de decisiones.
  • ¿Qué tipos de camas encontraré en la habitación que reservé?
    El tipo de cama suele venir especificado en la ficha de la habitación. Si tienes alguna petición o necesidad especial puedes indicarla en el momento de la reserva escribiéndola en el campo "solicitudes especiales" que será reenviado directamente a la propiedad. En este proceso MeTour no es responsable.
  • ¿Qué es Paga en Estructurales y qué son las Preautorizaciones de Pago?
    Al reservar, algunas instalaciones ofrecen la posibilidad de pagar directamente en la instalación. En estos casos simplemente se te pedirá que introduzcas tu tarjeta de crédito (o débito) para garantizar la reserva, pero sin ningún cargo. El importe se cargará de su tarjeta de crédito sólo en los casos previstos por las políticas y condiciones relativas a su reserva. En otros casos, cuando el Socio no adopta sistemas automáticos de disponibilidad y reserva, sino que confirma las reservas "manualmente", se le pedirá que inserte su tarjeta de crédito (o débito) para garantizar la reserva y luego se le cobrará directamente al mismo momento en que el Socio confirma la reserva (dentro de 24-48 horas). En ese momento recibirás un email con la confirmación de la reserva y el pago.
  • ¿Cómo sé si mi tarjeta ha sido preautorizada?
    Consultando el saldo de tu tarjeta de crédito verás que tu saldo disponible se verá reducido temporalmente por el importe de tu reserva. En otros casos y dependiendo de la política de tu circuito de tarjetas de crédito, también podrás encontrar una entrada en el resumen mensual de movimientos de la tarjeta: “operación pendiente”. El bloqueo de preautorización, dependiendo de la situación, se mantendrá según las políticas y términos y condiciones de lo reservado.
  • ¿Cómo puedo cancelar o cambiar mi reserva?
    Fácil, entra en el área de clientes con tus credenciales y desde allí podrás modificar o cancelar tu reserva. Recuerda que cambiar fechas o cancelar con solicitud de reembolso depende de la tarifa que elegiste al reservar.
  • ¿Puedo transferir mi reserva a otra persona?
    Para esta solicitud, contacte directamente con la propiedad que puede tener una política específica al respecto o puede necesitar más datos sobre la persona a la que desea transferir la reserva.
  • ¿Cómo puedo obtener ayuda con mi reserva?
    Entra en el área de clientes con tus credenciales y desde allí podrás contactar con nosotros o escribiéndonos a través de nuestro formulario de contacto especificando tu número de reserva y el motivo de la solicitud de contacto. Le recomendamos que también deje un número de teléfono donde puedan localizarlo en caso de necesidad.

Lovely experience
The rooms were very comfortable and the staff are very sweet. The pool is very relaying and the restaurants are the very delicious and the weather is very good despite it being winter and my favourite part is the beach where it's the m9st relaxing and my favourite staff member is bassant is an very sweet and loving member

Great holiday
Ive recently returned from my holiday at sharm dreams, firstly I'd like to thank the reception and guest relations staff as they were very good to us. I would to thank mohamad ali for making our holiday very special, all his staff were brilliant, I would like to thank reda for making the most amazing cocktails, all the staff behind the bar, saif, ahmed, abdulhaman, khalile for making the best Turkish tea, it's a must have if you visit the caribi bar, I would like to thank ahmed the assistant restaurant manager he is the best, I also would like to thank alaa the pool supervisor he is a very hard working man he never stops, and all his staff, tricky ahmed all brilliant staff, if I had anything I didn't like it would the magic world animation team they are very rude to the British people, they only entertained the russians and the Egyptian people which is not nice, for the first ten days the big pool area was very relaxing, then they changed two members of the animation team and the music went so load, and it was like a night club, you could not relax around the big pool as i could not hear my wife talk to me as the music was so load, so we had to go to another pool area, I hope the management sort this out, many holiday makers complained but nothing was done about it. Apart from that we had a great holiday, we only return to sharm dreams because we know mohamad ali will look after us, and all his amazing staff, thank you mohamad ali

Lovely hotel, Amazing Staff, Great pool
We came to the hotel from 11-18th October. We were in room 1001. We had the best time at this lovely hotel! It is so clean and the food is lovely, lots of variety and a bbq!
Everyone was welcoming and kind. Very helpful also. Four members of staff were particularly amazing, Mahmoud who was working in the restaurant amazing at every meal, he was attentive, friendly, helpful. Then there was Mostafa who also was working/cleaning in the restaurant also so nice and kind and friendly. Shimaa who let us know about the hotels massages was lovely and the massages were AMAZING. Finally there was Ahmed who cleaned our rooms, he brought me tea when I wasn’t feeling well and checked up to see if I was feeling well!
Overall we would come again because it was a lovely hotel but mostly because the staff were so amazing!!

Settimana a Sharm
Ottima scelta per chi vuole avere la possibilità di vivere Sharm a piedi.
È un hotel prettamente internazionale quindi scordatevi cibo italiano e l'animazione (x chi interessa) italiana.
La struttura è bella sia nelle parti comuni che nelle piscine (ce ne sono ben 5) più un parco acquatico (Cleo Park) all'interno utilizzabile solo in parte (manutenzione) a titolo gratuito (ideale per far svagare i bambini).
Forse l'unica vera nota dolente è stato il bagno della camera da letto, non all'altezza, il resto è stato ok.
Personale gentilissimo ma pensate a portare degli extra x le mance.
All' interno c'è anche un market x souvenir, creme solari, farmaci tutto a prezzi onestissimi.
Il mare si raggiunge a piedi (300 m circa) con una breve passeggiata attraverso l'albergo gemello (JAZ Fayrouz) di cui si può sfruttare la spiaggia attrezzata.
La formula all inclusive prevede tutto...anche i teli mare e 2 bottiglie di acqua giornaliere oltre a quello che si può prendere ai bar delle piscine.
Possibilità di fare escursioni tramite l'albergo con prezzi pressoché simili all' esterno.
Naama Bay si raggiunge a piedi facendo la stessa strada per andare al mare.... davvero pochi minuti a piedi.
Rapporto qualità/prezzo ottimo.

Fabulous Family Holiday
We would like to thank the staff at Sharm Dreams Resort for making our family of nine's stay a lovely holiday. The staff couldnt do enough to make our stay perfect and we would highly recommend this hotel. One member of staff if particular was Reda in the restaurant who arranged to have a table big enough and ready for the nine of us to be able to eat together every day, Reda is an exceptional member of staff and really made the dining experience special for us. Good value package deal
The price we paid for our 1 week holiday to Jaz Dreams was good value for money. The hotel is far from a 5 star, so do not expect 5 star, you get what you pay for. If you are expecting the same service and standard that you would get on a 5 star Caribbean holiday, this is not the hotel for you. Saying this, my partner and I had a fantastic holiday and would return to Jaz Dreams if the same deal and price became available again.

Hotel - The hotel itself is beautiful. Very clean, lots of open space, palm trees dotted around, lots of seating areas. I cannot find fault in the hotel grounds or cleanliness. Fantastic location, 5 minute walk to the beach and 10 minute walk to Naama bay. There is a pharmacy and shop inside the hotel.

Pools - There is 1 main big pool with a swim up bar. The pool is fantastic with lots of sunbeds. I would suggest arriving before 9am to secure one of the better located sunbeds, lots of people would reserve sunbeds by the pool early in the morning and not return until after lunch time. The area around the pool is very slippery and several people slipped and hurt themselves whilst we were there. The swim up bar got very busy and it was often impossible to get served as there was only 1 bar staff at a time, bar staff would prioritise serving people who were stood up outside the pool, so it would be quicker to get out to get a drink. Drinks are served in paper or plastic cups. The entertainment around the pool started at 10:30 daily, with music playing and lots of activities throughout the day. The entertainment staff were brilliant and energetic. There were a few other smaller pools without entertainment and were quiet and peaceful, which we did not use. There were pushy salesmen around the pool and bar area, one who sold us a luxury VIP boat tour after encouraging us to cancel the one we had pre-booked online to book through him instead. The boat tour was far from VIP, the salesman miss-sold us this trip deliberately. All he had to say was "sorry" whenever he passed us around the pool area for the rest of the holiday. I would recommend booking through Get Your Guide as you know what you will get and can read reviews.

Buffet - It was like feeding time at the zoo. There were people everywhere in the restaurant, moving in all directions, making it difficult to find a seat and a far from relaxing environment. It was a free-for-all with people pushing in; queuing didn't seem to exist. The utensils were shared and passed around for every dish, so if you have allergies or are a vegetarian this would be a concern. The food was below-standard all-inclusive buffet food. The breakfast was frankly awful (from a British person's perspective). Eggs can be made fresh was the only positive from breakfast. The lunch and dinner were the same every single day, beef stew, some sort of chicken, rice, salad etc. I would recommend eating at the Mexican for lunch, which many people didn't seem to realise was an included option. The food was much better there. We ate outside the hotel in the evenings after quickly getting bored of the buffet. There are some great restaurants in the local area which are very affordable.

Drinks - The beer from the tap was nice and cold, served in small cups. The spirits were all local spirits and tasted ok. The cocktails were very poor and were just juice mixed with spirit.

Room - We stayed in a superior double room. As others have reported, the room is very dated and the bathroom really could do with updating. The bath is stained brown and the tiling is mouldy. However, it made do and the shower was powerful. The light on the balcony did not work, so we could not sit outside in the evening. Having looked at other balconies, some rooms had sun beds, some had comfy looking modern chairs - our room didn't, it had old wooden chairs, even if our light did work we would not have wanted to sit out there anyway. We couldn't work out why some rooms had nicer chairs on the balcony than others, it seemed random and not dependent on room type. Only 1 plug socket in our room worked. Room cleaning service was good and they were more than happy to help with anything or provide extra bottles of water on request. The bed was big and comfy. There is an old TV which you can get a few international channels on. The Wi-Fi worked some of the time and cut out every now and then. If wi-fi/signal is important, I would recommend buying a local sim card for your phone.

Waterpark - Wish we didn't bother. Hardly any slides were open, the ones that were should come with a health warning, as you will get injured. The place was empty. It is false advertising for holiday sites to promote this waterpark.

Beach - Lovely sandy beach 5 minute walk through the sister Jaz hotel over the road. There is a bar that serves soft drinks to Jaz Dreams guests. I believe you can use their buffet, but we didn't.

Service - Staff were excellent and would go out of their way to help with anything. There was always service with a smile. I would recommend giving small tips throughout your holiday to staff who have given good service as they will go above and beyond for you.

There is a Facebook group called Jaz Sharm Dreams Resort Fans, which I would recommend joining if you are unsure whether to book or not. Here you can ask questions and view up to date photos that people have uploaded.

Abbiamo soggiornato in 2 dal 16 al 26 settembre.
Parto col dire che il personale dell’hotel è fantastico, pronto ad esaudire qualsiasi cosa venga richiesta.
Tutto il personale parla inglese e qualcuno addirittura italiano.
Onestamente per il tipo di struttura ci sono alcune pecche, ma nulla di così disastroso.
Camera grande e con visuale sulla piscina, puntualmente pulita ogni giorno.
Cucina dell’hotel ottima in alcune pietanze, da italiano tante cose non le ho assaggiate e non potrei dare giudizio, ma generalmente qualcosa di buono c’era tutti i giorni.
Forse poco “sponsorizzata” ma tanto apprezzata è la merenda pomeridiana.
Consiglio vivamente di passare più tempo in spiaggia (pulitissima e gestita da ragazzi bravissimi) piuttosto che in piscina anche se pur esse sono affascinanti.
Parco acquatico in manutenzione quindi siamo riusciti giusto a fare un paio di attrazioni.
Da ex animatore penso che sono da rivedere tutti gli impianti audio, che non rendono giustizia alla struttura, delle volte anche fastidiosi.
Nel complesso una bella esperienza, ritorneremo !

ECCELLENTE!! Una grande famiglia la nostra seconda casa
Ci fosse una parola superiore ad eccellente, la scriverei! Siamo venuti due anni fa e siamo stati accolti e coccolati per tutta la durata della vacanza e abbiamo deciso di ritornare e abbiamo ricevuto lo stesso affetto e attenzione in tutti campi.
Vorrei poter ringraziare ogni singola persona.
Al nostro arrivo come siamo scesi dal taxi ci hanno accolto con sorrisi e preso subito le nostre valige, (siamo arrivati alle 21:00) e visto che la cucina stava per chiudere ci hanno solo registrati al volo e poi portati al ristorante.
Il ristorante è strepitoso, uno dei punti forti del resort, c’è una vasta scelta di piatti tipici e non. Io da buon italiano che ama la pasta ogni giorno avevo lo chef personale che mi preparava la pasta con gli ingredienti che preferivo. I camerieri (TUTTI) gentilissimi e sempre sorridenti, come entravamo al ristorante chi ci chiamava per darci il tavolo, chi ci portava il bere (sapendo cosa avremmo chiesto) chi ci chiedeva come stavamo.. insomma posso dire che un trattamento così non lo abbiamo mai ricevuto. Le stanze sono ampie e pulite e ogni stanza viene pulita dallo stesso addetto. Attenti a ogni esigenza. Siamo davvero felici e portiamo nel cuore una vacanza indimenticabile. L’anno prossimo torneremo e porteremo con NOI anche le nostre famiglie.. perché posso dirlo.. qui ci sentiamo come a casa.. la nostra seconda casa! Qui abbiamo la nostra seconda famiglia! Un 3 * certainement pas un 5*
Je pensais venir passer un séjour dans un hôtel 5* mais j'étais totalement déçu des services proposés. Je suis arrivé durant la nuit et j'ai dû nettoyer les toilettes avec des traces d'urine et laver la salle de bain le sol était rempli de cheveux et de poils. Pour couronner le tout j'ai retrouvé un poux que la tête de ma fille après avoir dormi sur le canapé d'appoint.
La piscine principale est vraiment sympa mais il faut se lever très tôt pour avoir un transat. Les clients les bloquent pour ensuite aller faire leurs excursions..... Je suis donc le lendemain aller faire un tour au parc aquatique... En même tant j'ai pris cet hôtel pour cette prestation.... Et encore... Déception total... La moitié ne fonctionne pas... Des gravats partout... On dirait un parc aquatique abandonné... Même pas un bar de quoi se désaltérer ! Vu le prix payé je suis allée en furie à la réception pour demander de partir et de me rembourser les nuits suivantes ! Au final 2 nuits de trop !
Après une demi-heure de négociation avec des managers qui ne voulaient pas admettre leurs torts ils ont tout de même accepté ma demande. Par contre la jeune dame responsable de la communication était vraiment très sympa et compréhensible !
La nourriture est tout de même variée et bonne mais cet hôtel n'est pas digne d'un 4 ou 5 étoiles... Il faut sérieusement revoir la gestion ! Et en lisant les commentaires des autres je me demande vraiment si ce sont de vrais commentaires !

Ist zu empfehlen
Wir sind mittlerweile sehr zufrieden obwohl es gib auch Sache die zu verbessern sind. Lage ist perfekt, Zimmer brauchen Renovierung aber wer Sitz im Zimmer, da soll man eigentlich nur schlafen - ist sauber das ist der Hauptsache. Das ist eigentlich erste Hotel in Agypten (wir waren schon sehr viel mal dort) wo die personel nicht so freundlich ist wie ihr die kennen, es gab ein paar Mitarbeiter wie Khali oder Nikcole und andere die super nett und freundlich sind, der Rest... na ja... die machen seine Arbeit einfach.
A'la carte Restaurant ist ein Witz! Essen ist voll schlimm. In Haupt Restaurant essen ist in Ordnung aber nur am Abend, Frühstück ist jeden Tag dasselbe und am Mittag geht. Ich würde das Hotel weiter empfehlen auf Grund von Lage und schwimmbad. Ich wurde mich aber viel besser fühlen wenn mich nicht jeder Russisch ansprechen wurde. Kinds Club ist super aber keine sprecht deutsch oder polnisch

Wunderschönes Hotel
Das Hotel ist klasse. Die Leute sind sehr nett und zuvorkommend. Jeder bemüht sich sehr um alles richtig zu machen. Schöne Anlage toller Pool und gutes Essen. Die Zimmer haben alles was nötig ist. Das Bett ist komfortabel. Die Animation macht einen wirklich tollen Job. Fifty ist ein guter Chief.

Die Anlage hat einen perfekten standort, jedoch würde ich dieses hotel nicht mehr besuchen. Der cleo- aquapark ist baufällig, diverse rutschen nicht mehr in betrieb, das essen ist fast immer das gleiche und du bekommst nur Wasser bei halbpension..die drinks sind billig und sauberkeit in der essenshalle ist echt schlecht... kaum platz, da zu viele leute.. ich will gar nicht wissen wie es in der hochsaison zu und her geht. Da wir nicht direkt gebucht haben bekamen wir zuerst ein schäbiges zimner, welches wir immerhin tauschen konnten durch ein gutes apartement. Die mitarbeiter bemühen sich sehr, sind allerdings sehr unter stress... schade, potenzial wäre da...

Wir ruhen uns nicht zum ersten Mal in diesem Hotel aus. Mir gefällt alles, besonders jetzt, wo der Hauptpool renoviert wurde. Eine wunderschöne und grüne Gegend, die niemanden gleichgültig lässt. Das Essen ist gut, abwechslungsreich. Die Zimmer sind geräumig, aber die Badezimmer müssen renoviert werden.
Wir möchten uns bei Guest Relations Alecia bedanken. Sie ist ein sehr süßes, aufrichtiges, freundliches und diplomatisches Mädchen. Sie ist in der Lage, alle Probleme und Fragen der Gäste klug zu lösen. Dank ihr ist unser Aufenthalt im Hotel jedes Jahr angenehm. Sie ist immer aufmerksam, weiß zuzuhören, zu beraten und zu helfen.
Das Restaurantpersonal arbeitet gut. Die Jungs sind sehr schnell und mobil. Vielen Dank an Ahmed, der schon lange in diesem Hotel arbeitet und seine Aufgaben sehr gut kennt (wir erinnern uns an ihn, als das Hotel noch ein HILTON war)
Die Zimmer werden gut gereinigt, alles ist sauber. WIR EMPFEHLEN!!!!!!

EXCEL.LENT!!!
El hotel es una pasada! No tengo palabras para describir la calidad que sobretodo tiene el personal, el trato más que amable. Nos cuidaron muchísimo, siempre atentos. La habitación cada dia teníamos un detalle y muy limpia, la cocina muy buena! Los platos eran muy variados y lo mejor el zumo de naranja recién exprimido! Fuimos mi hermana y dos amigas más y la verdad que en todo momento nos sentimos muy queridas por todo el personal del hotel, no tenemos palabras! La animación, en concreto Otaka, nos ayudó cada noche a salir de fiesta comprando entradas que nos ofrecia, ocupándose de nosotras y cuidándonos. Es un hotel que está muy cerca de la playa, pero sobretodo hago hincapié en la calidad humana que hay en ese hotel, muy muy agradecidas por todo. Sin duda repetiremos!!

Pasamos una noche en este hotel que pensábamos que iba a estar genial y la verdad es que nos decepcionó bastante, la habitación lo mejor de todo, la comida no valía mucho y las piscinas cerraban a las 18:30. El todo incluido iba bastante justito, incluía pocas cosas.

Muy buen lugar pero para un all inclusive de este lugar falta una mejor gestion
El hotel es muy lindo, excelentes piletas, habitaciones comodas y el personal es muy amable. La playa (cruzando la calle) es muy buena. Les falta un poco de gestion, ya que cierran muy temprano las piletas y el bar de la misma. Si uno quiere tomar una cerveza (bastante mala) despues de las 11:30 no se consigue. La comida y el desayuno podria ser un poco mejor.
