¿Puedo hacer pedidos especiales?Por supuesto, al reservar tendrás un campo donde podrás escribir directamente a la propiedad y realizar tus solicitudes. Estos serán evaluados por el Hotel quien le responderá directamente. MeTour no es responsable en este proceso de toma de decisiones.

¿Qué tipos de camas encontraré en la habitación que reservé?El tipo de cama suele venir especificado en la ficha de la habitación. Si tienes alguna petición o necesidad especial puedes indicarla en el momento de la reserva escribiéndola en el campo "solicitudes especiales" que será reenviado directamente a la propiedad. En este proceso MeTour no es responsable.
- ¿Qué es Paga en Estructurales y qué son las Preautorizaciones de Pago?
Al reservar, algunas instalaciones ofrecen la posibilidad de pagar directamente en la instalación. En estos casos simplemente se te pedirá que introduzcas tu tarjeta de crédito (o débito) para garantizar la reserva, pero sin ningún cargo. El importe se cargará de su tarjeta de crédito sólo en los casos previstos por las políticas y condiciones relativas a su reserva. En otros casos, cuando el Socio no adopta sistemas automáticos de disponibilidad y reserva, sino que confirma las reservas "manualmente", se le pedirá que inserte su tarjeta de crédito (o débito) para garantizar la reserva y luego se le cobrará directamente al mismo momento en que el Socio confirma la reserva (dentro de 24-48 horas). En ese momento recibirás un email con la confirmación de la reserva y el pago.

You and the Sea - nothing else needed.
I have nothing but praise for You and the Sea.
The hotel itself is immaculately clean and very well presented. It's a nice mix of modern, traditional and maritime themes which all seem to blend together to create a unique hotel experience. On arrival, we were greeted by very friendly staff who spoke English fluently, but still appreciated my attempts to use what little Portuguese I could speak.
We booked an apartment for 4, 2 adults, 2 kids. The accommodation was huge, much larger than I was expecting. Beautiful sea-views from the large balcony space and 2 bathrooms. Again, the place was spotlessly clean with fresh linen and lots of towels. A big kitchen which was well equipped for self-catering and a huge lounge space with large format flat screen TV for chilling out at night.
The restaurant served delicious Pizzas cooked in sight and provided a generous buffet breakfast as part of the deal. Lots of fresh pastries and fruit with the option for hot food.
The facilities are great. The indoor pool was nicely heated and plenty big to keep the kids entertained. The outdoor pools are very funky, I think they've been made from shipping containers which I thought was very cool. In May you need to be a bit more thick skinned to use these as they are cold, but we spend a lot of time sea swimming so it wasn't an issue. The Spa facilities are great, a massage at the end of a days surfing is heaven. I wasn't brave enough to try the skate ramp, maybe next time. But their whole outdoor area is a really nice chill out spot.
The team organised our surf sessions with their partners in the town, collected from the hotel and all the kit provided. The cost went on the hotel bill which meant we didn't have to worry about bringing cards or cash with us, very handy that. The reception team communicated everything over WhatsApp which I've never come across in a hotel before but I thought worked really well.
Location wise, the hotel is across the road from the beach and about 15 minutes walk along the promenade from the town centre.
All in all, I would go back to this You and the Sea? Absolutely. I'm looking into the 2025 season already. Thanks for a great holiday.

Very disappointing considering the price.
The hotel building itself is excellent. The rooms are modern and spacious, the facilities are overall very good, and it’s in a great location. But for the money, the staff are woefully inept and undertrained, and this spoilt the whole experience for us. The first day was ruined by the multiple ways in which they messed up the car rental, resulting in two expensive taxi rides, only one of which they offered to pay for. Multiple times I had to point out the Turkish bath timer had turned off. The restaurant staff knew nothing about the menus (neither the food nor the wine), which resulted in confusion and mistakes every time we ate. We were only there for four days, but by the end we were looking for any excuse to get out of the hotel to avoid any more debacles. Thoroughly disappointed with the whole experience. Fixing the issues above would turn it into a real gem, but as it was, we feel ripped off considering how much we spent.

We want to clarify that this aren´t regular occurings as our recent reviews show, and we truly work to make every guest feel at home far from home.
The issue with the car rental was solved a couple of hours later, as the ride between the agreement time of deliver of the car and the arrival of the new vehicle agreement was paid by us.
Effectively, our steam bath timer was on, unfortunately the equipment was with an issue, this was solved right after your report, working normally until the end of your stay.

We want to clarify that this aren´t regular occurings as our recent reviews show, and we truly work to make every guest feel at home far from home.
The issue with the car rental was solved a couple of hours later, as the ride between the agreement time of deliver of the car and the arrival of the new vehicle agreement was paid by us.
Effectively, our steam bath timer was on, unfortunately the equipment was with an issue, this was solved right after your report, working normally until the end of your stay.
It was a pleasure having you, and we would love to host you again to give you a real You and the Sea experience.

Best choice for Ericeira
Great weekend experience for our family ! Relaxing and discovering the beauty of Ericeira and Portugal ! Only 45 min from the center of Lisbon, but you find yourself in a wonderful place, detached from any urban pressure; and YouAndTheSea was a great choice, nice hotel, nice apartment with a great view and a fantastic spa area, along with a great outside : pools, skate park, event park, football space. Our family found everything we needed

Wish we could have stayed longer!
I loved everything about You and The Sea. Our apartment was spacious, clean and had great sea views. We explored the area, which we loved, and wish we could have spent more time in the apartment and on the property. The staff was very friendly, helpful, and easy to communicate with on WhatsApp. We will be back!

Schöne Anlage, tolle Atmosphäre, sauber, stilvoll, viel zu bieten, Kinderfreundlich, danke wir kommen wieder:)
Wir waren als Familie hier und haben das Hotel sehr genossen. Da das Wetter nicht immer gut war, konnten wir gut auch auf den Indoor Pool, Sauna und Fitnessraum ausweichen. Die Kids hatten auch Spass am Skatepark. Der Aussenpool war schön anzusehn, leider für uns die Themperaturen noch zu kalt (es hätte uns seeehr gelockt da rein zu springen:)…) Der Garten ist generell echt toll!
Der Service im Hotel ist unkompliziert und freundlich. Zum Teil etwas langsam, aber in den Ferien hat man ja Zeit;)!
Die Atmosphäre generell war angrnehm und wir haben uns sofort zuhause gefühlt. Nicht zuletzt auch dank des herzlichen Empfangs in Form eines selbstgebackenen Kuchens! Die Wohnung war sehr schön und gross&stilvoll. Das einzige was etwas mühsam war, dass es sehr ringhörig war. Die Familie über uns war sehr laut und die Kinder waren früh morgens auf den Beinen.. aber da kann das Hotel an sich wenig dafür. Das Restaurant (a la carte) könnte zudem etwas abwechslungsreichere Menus haben, dann hätten wir evt öfters dort gegessen. Das was wir hatten war gut, aber auch leider nicht zwingend top. Die Pizza hat meiner Meinung nach zu viel Käse und kaum Tomatenpuree, aber ist halt Geschmackssache.. Aber das Frühstück ist wirklich Top! Das haben wir sehr genossen!
Also alles in allem die 5 Sterne Bewertung definitiv verdient-wir kommen wieder. vielen Dank!
