Villa Rantakoivikko is a newly built villa, completed in 2023, designed to accommodate various needs. Whether you're looking for a relaxing getaway with family or a remote work retreat, this well-equipped villa on the shores of Lake Karvianjärvi provides the perfect setting.

This log-constructed villa (2023) is equipped with modern comforts. The property features a shallow, soft sandy-bottomed shoreline, a private dock, and a rowing boat. In winter, guests can enjoy ice swimming right by the villa, with an ice hole pump keeping the opening clear throughout the season.

The villa has two bedrooms: one with a double bed and another with a pull-out bed that extends to 160 x 200 cm. Additionally, there is a spacious loft with two mattresses on the floor, comfortably accommodating up to six guests. The spacious living room is furnished with a sofa set, a dining table and chairs, a fireplace, and a smart TV. The well-equipped kitchenette includes a breakfast cabinet with a microwave, coffee maker, toaster, and kettle. The villa also features a separate WC with a washing machine.

The sauna offers a unique experience with surfaces made from natural peat, creating a distinctive ambiance. The sauna area is separate from the main living space, allowing for late-night relaxation without disturbing those already asleep. It features a wood-heated sauna stove and a washroom with two showers. Between the sauna area and the main building, there is a cooling-off space with a glass-enclosed terrace, providing shelter from autumn winds and winter snow.

A fiber-optic internet connection ensures seamless remote work. The villa also includes a free electric vehicle charging station. The spacious yard features a beach volleyball court, and Lake Karvianjärvi is rich in fish, including pike-perch. A nearby boat ramp allows easy launching of larger boats. Sarvela public swimming beach is located just 65 meters away and suites well to the small children.

Please note: The property is only rented to families, couples and others looking for a peaceful holiday. The property is not rented to groups of people under 25 years of age. The spacious plot gets sunlight throughout the day. The yard provides ample parking for multiple vehicles.

Reservations start at 16:00 on the arrival day and end at 12:00 on the day of departure. Reservations cannot begin and end on the same day.

Please note that in very warm summers, blue-green algae may appear in Lake Karvianjärvi.
