Address Sky View

Très belle suite d une belle superficie avec une très belle salle de bain. Chambre très propre. La piscine au sommet était malheureusement fermée. Nous avons profité de la piscine en bas de l immeuble malheureusement le service n était pas terrible . L hôtel est grand et très impersonnel même pour les membres emaar.
La connectivité au dubai mall et l emplacement sont appréciables mais il y a beaucoup mieux dans le downtown !

Unsere Erfahrung im Address Sky View war gemischt. Die Unterkunft selbst war in Ordnung, jedoch enttäuschte der Infinity Pool, da er unerwartet klein war. Dies zwang uns dazu, frühzeitig hinaufzugehen, um die Aussicht auf den Burj Khalifa vom Pool aus zu genießen und der großen Menschenmenge zu entkommen, die später eintraf.

Ein früher Check-in um 10 Uhr morgens, anstatt bis 15 Uhr nachmittags warten zu müssen, wurde sehr geschätzt.

Ursprünglich hatten wir das Zimmer "Club Room Burj View" gebucht und fragten nach einem möglichen Upgrade. Man bot uns ein größeres Zimmer mit Blick auf den Burj Khalifa an. Die Sauberkeit des Zimmers ließ zu wünschen übrig, und es schien, dass einige Mitarbeiter oberflächlich arbeiteten.

"Mitarbeiter Fernando erwähnte den kostenlosen Transfer für die Rückreise. Später erfuhren wir jedoch von einem anderen Mitarbeiter, dass dieser Transfer im Paket des Upgrades enthalten war und nicht kostenlos angeboten wurde für das Zimmer "Club Room Burj View". Wir erhielten teilweise nicht korrekte Auskünfte oder sogar falsche Informationen. Es schien, als würde Fernando sich bemühen, einen guten Eindruck zu hinterlassen, um eine positive Bewertung zu erhalten."

Es gab einige Unannehmlichkeiten während unseres Aufenthalts. Daraufhin sprachen wir mit dem Manager und teilten ihm unsere Erfahrungen mit. Er erklärte uns später, dass er uns das Upgrade nicht empfohlen hätte, da es keinen wirklichen Unterschied machte. Aufgrund der Enttäuschung über das Zimmer, die Sauberkeit und die teilweise veralteten Einrichtungen entschieden wir uns, das Upgrade zurückzugeben. Als Wiedergutmachung versprach er uns ein "super Zimmer", das jedoch letztlich das gleiche Zimmer war, das wir am Anfang hatten. Leider war der Manager nicht besonders zuvorkommend, und der erneute Umzug war recht umständlich.

Meinen 30. Geburtstag haben wir im Ce La Vie gefeiert, wo uns Fernando einen Tisch reserviert hatte. Dies war jedoch enttäuschend. Die Reservierung bei Ce La Vie entsprach nicht unseren Erwartungen, da wir von einer lauten Menschenmenge umgeben waren und mein Geburtstag vergessen wurde, sodass mein Mann mehrmals darauf hinweisen musste. Die Shisha bei Ce La Vie war überteuert und von schlechter Qualität.

Der Shisha-Bereich am Pool mit Mohamed hingegen war ausgezeichnet und hat meinen Geburtstag besonders gemacht.

Das Frühstücksbuffet war ausreichend, aber leider wenig abwechslungsreich. Glücklicherweise haben uns Hany und Karthikeyan morgens mit ihrer freundlichen Art den Tag verschönert und alle unsere Wünsche erfüllt. Karthikeyan, ein Spitzenkoch, hat jeden Tag etwas Neues für uns zubereitet, was sehr aufmerksam war und genau unserem Geschmack entsprach. Fayaz, den wir später an der Rezeption kennengelernt haben, war äußerst hilfsbereit.

Insgesamt waren wir von diesem Hotel sehr enttäuscht. Wir würden es für einen kurzen Aufenthalt empfehlen, jedoch nicht unbedingt für längere Zeit.

È la seconda volta nel corso di un anno che ho la fortuna di soggiornare presso lo Sky View. Tolto tutto quanto può essere già stato scritto sulla bellezza dell’hotel e sui servizi offerti,una menzione in particolare merita la cura quasi “maniacale” e la pulizia del luogo. Dalla sala della colazione agli spazi comuni della lobby,dalla piscina ai corridoi,fino ad arrivare alle stanze. Qualcuno potrà obiettare dicendo che per un 5 stelle trattasi di un servizio pressoché scontato ma così non è! Ho visitato diversi hotel della stessa categoria,lo SkyView ha un qualcosa in più. Rientrare in camera dopo una giornata di svago è un piacere per gli occhi,mai un dettaglio fuori posto,letto perfettamente rifatto,cuscini profumati sempre al loro posto,bagno con tutti gli oggetti personali rigorosamente ordinati,ciabatte ed accappatoi sempre pronti fuori dalla doccia. E per finire,le creazioni con gli asciugamani di Sanjit che ti danno il bentornato alla sera. Un grazie in particolare va a lui,sempre sorridente,mai invasivo e molto professionale. Wir hatten sehr, sehr schöne Tage im Hotel. Dann hat mich jedoch der Durchfall meines Lebens ereilt, sehr sicher ausgelöst durch eine Wasserflasche vom Hotel. Diese sollte vom Hygienemanager untersucht werden. Leider haben wir die zugesagte Rückmeldung zu dieser Analyse nie erhalten und auch keinerlei Entschädigung für einen komplett ausgefallenen Urlaubstag. :-( Auch auf Mails von uns im Nachgang wurde nie reagiert.
Eigentlich ein ausgezeichnetes Hotel - alle Angestellten sehr freundlich, super Frühstück, toller Rooftop-Pool, schönes Zimmer und super Lage. Durch das beschriebene Erlebnis und vor allem den Umgang damit im Nachgang, kann ich dann leider doch nur eine mittelmäßige Bewetung geben.

Si pudiera darle -1 estrella lo haría
Empezamos porque la verdad, no me importa lo costoso que sea un hotel. siempre que me den el servicio que cuesta el hotel.
Pero Aquí NO ES!
Llegamos hoy 10/13/2023. Empezamos
1. Si quieres que te atiendan bien al check in. Come vestido de channel, Prada, LV ect. O te darán una habitación donde nadie la quiere. Ya que te juzgan como te ven vestido.
2. Pague por una habitación premium y me dieron no se que. Pedí cambio de piso y me dieron el 8
3. El pasillo del piso 8 huele mal y cuando entramos a la habitación olía a húmedo, estaba sin limpiar. Le echaron spray por todos lados pero igual. Húmedo es húmedo.
4. La picina en el piso 54 es súper pequeña. Es para tomar fotos más que nada. No venga con un expectativa grande pues en las redes sociales es otra cosa.
5. La bata de baño. Estaba sucia y nosotros no la habíamos usado…
LO PEOR FUE UNA CUCARACHA saliendo de la habitación hacia el balcón. Pues estábamos sentados con la puerta abierta para recibir el aire acondicionado ya que estaba súper húmedo afuera.
A este punto era demasiado para nosotros y la decepción too much.
Teníamos varias excursiones por lo que pasamos poco en el hotel. Y fue lo mejor en verdad.
NOTA
Antes de hospedarnos en este hotel. Duramos unos días en el Taj resort & spa en la palmera. Lo cual era mucho más bajo en precio. Pero el servicio lo fue TODO.
pensamos que este hotel sería igual o mejor de acuerdo al precio del mismo.
El restaurant en el rooftop fue lo único bueno. Comida y atención de primera.
