Very great service with rangel and marbel, best way to get drunk!!! The micheladas were excellent and great taste. The ceviche classico is to die for. In front is the beach front, free if you buy something. The view is beautiful, with a safety net in place

The rooms are comfortable but can be cleaner and the bedding and towels are a bit old but this didn’t matter much, the staff is amazing! Check in was easy and the bartender Andres is amazing, top notch drinks! Dinner was great and breakfast the same, our servers Edy, Tania and Valentin are amazing and compliments to the chef Ezequiel. It was a great stay!

Amazing service, drinks and vibes were everything and more! Ramsey made us the best drinks and made us feel so comfortable, highly recommend a visit here! The ambience and beach views were absolutely stunning! Thank you so much Ramsey, we’ll be back!

We had snacks and drinks in the beach restaurant. Great vibes lovely decor, fantastic service (thank you David !!). Beers are really colder than your ex’s heart (not that we care about the latter :D ), music is funky but not intrusive, fantastic table in the shade, freshly made guacamole, hammocks just in front of the beach. What more could we ask for?

Hôtel et chambre sales et vraiment mal entretenus.

Les communs et cages d’escalier ne sentent pas bon

La chambre est nettoyée avec une serpillère qui a une très mauvaise odeur et nous avons du aérer des heures durant pour faire partir cette odeur. Tout le mobilier est vieux et abîmé.

Nous avons pris la chambre avec la baignoire jacuzzi, quelle erreur ! L’eau est tellement jaune et salle qu’elle mousse orange lorsqu’elle est en route. Tout est rouillé et sale et ne donne vraiment pas envie. Seule la vue est chouette, mais la « fenêtre » est fermée par des volets coulissants dont un nous est tombé dessus car les fixations sont cassés. Une catastrophe !

Il y avait des taches de sang et de maquillage sur les draps, sans parler des serviettes de toilette trouées … une honte pour le prix

Un gros sentiment d’insécurité également. Beaucoup de passages dans les couloirs, la porte d’entrée qui ferme mal et pas de fermeture de la fenêtre de la chambre et de la salle de bain possible. On y rentre comme dans un moulin.

La literie est bonne.

Siamo stati 2 NOTTI in questo hotel durante il viaggio della nostra luna di miele. Mahahual è un bellissimo posto, tranquillo che ricorda una Miami Vintage. La vita si attiva dalle 9 del mattino e alle 18 spariscono tutti e si ha la sensazione di essere in un posto completamente diverso. Mahahual è pieno di negozi di souvenir e tanti localini sul lungomare, c'è anche un bel faro, lettoni per i massaggi lungo la strada (provate, sono molto bravi) e l'acqua è p0bellissima, di sera è tranquilla ma solitaria. Tornando all'hotel, lo abbiamo selezionato tramite le foto da internet e da primo impatto architettonicamente è uno dei pochi ad avere un'architettura moderna sul lungomare di Mahahual. Di design esterno molto carino, anche per la piscina ad un passo dal mare, ma le camere sono piccole, spoglie e poco igieniche. Purtroppo appena arrivati non ci hanno aiutato neanche con i bagagli, poi nonostante non avessimo preso una camera standard ci siamo ritrovati in una stanza piccola, con affaccio sulla strada, quindi anche se c'era un balcone sembrava di essere in mezzo alla strada. Poi le piccole sorprese di scarafaggi in bagno e l'assalto di formiche che vagavano dalla stanza al bagno fino al Wc (senza parole). Chiamiamo per risolvere il problema e spruzzado lo spray vicino al muro muoiono, ma la signora le lascia lì senza pulire, avevamo quindi una striscia di formiche morte lungo il muro. 😭 Il problema non fu risolto, soprattutto in bagno intorno al lavabo era uno strazio. La sorpresa continua quando troviamo capelli nel letto e fortunatamente le lenzuola ci vengono sostituite. A conclusione quando scendiamo per la colazione troviamo una scelta limitata, niente frutta fresca, niente latte, niente brioche, optiamo per una omelette che arriva dopo circa 30 minuti d'attesa con accanto un cestino con del pane tostato, alziamo sia io che mio matito il pane e vediamo tante formiche vagare nei cestini. Spieghiamo l'accaduto e sorridendo il ragazzo del bar si riprende i cestini, butta il pane e rimette i cestini dov'erano prima 😲. Non osando immaginare a questo punto cosa potesse esserci in cucina, visto lo scarso grado di igiene, siamo andati a fare colazione altrove senza toccare nulla. Ciò che ho trovato bello è stato il relax della sera sui lettini della piscina mentre guardavamo il mare, per il resto è stato una delusione.

Nonostante il prezzo sia da Grand hotel e la camera vista oceano, molto grande e ben disposta, offra davvero una vista splendida, il posto è piuttosto sporco (peli nella iacuzzi ), cuscini del divano letto ospite macchiati! Personale piuttosto scortese assolutamente non all'altezza della categoria dell' hotel. Per 2700mxn a notte (circa 125€ che in Mexico sono un patrimonio) davvero deludente!
A quella cifra senza dubbio si può trovare servizi migliori...

Hotel de luxe 5 etoiles. Pas pour nous. On avait un chambre sunset. En vrai ça veut dire vue parking. On a payer très cher pour un chambre qui va normalement avec un appartement. La porte entre la chambre et l’appartement était pas isolé. On a resté 4 nuits avec des enfants a côté pleurant toute la nuit. On se plains mais ils pourraient rien faire. Pas de responsable et l’hôtel était plein. Dans la chambre. Pas de minibar, pas de coffre fort, pas de sèche-cheveux, pas de chaises etc.

C’était pour nous un très très mauvaise expérience dans cette hotel.

Hotel molto bello, forse il migliore di Mahahual appena costruito (stiamo soggiornando mentre installano l’insegna) personale gentile come tutti i messicani e prezzo “onesto” (la camera a piano terra con vista mare e piccola piscina privata 120€ a notte) ma le pareti sono drammatiche ! Si sente tutto anche un lieve sospiro in tutto l’hotel .
