BA STOP Hostel

Fuimos con un grupo de estudiantes universitarios. Nos atendieron de 10! Las habitaciones súper cómodas y todas las instalaciones en general están en buen estado. Excelente limpieza en todos los sectores. Súper recomendable!!!!

Nous y avons passé quelques nuits, dans 2 chambres différentes au 1er étage: surannées mais propres: le principal défaut est le bruit de la rue puisque les fenêtres ne sont absolument pas isolées et les passages de camions, bus et autres motos rythment la nuit entière. Se munir de boules quiès impérativement. Les sanitaires/douches hommes sont spartiates et souvent bien sales. Le personnel sympa mais parfois incompétent (refus de commander un taxi pour l'aéroport par exemple ou encaissement des nuitées par carte bancaire alors qu'on a déjà payé en liquide, problème résolu mais qui a engendré des frais bancaires évidemment). Point positif: sa localisation (privilégier petit dej à l'extérieur par rapport à celui proposé), le prix et la sécurité (il faut sonner et se présenter h24).

Nous aimons toujours entendre un client satisfait de notre auberge de jeunesse et travailler sans relâche pour faire des suggestions afin d’améliorer notre service. En ce qui concerne le bruit entrant, nous savons qu’il peut être très chargé à l’extérieur car nous sommes situés dans une zone centrale, à proximité des arrêts de bus, des stations de métro, etc. Cela peut être utile pour les invités lors de leurs tournées quotidiennes, mais un peu inconfortable la nuit. Une lettre dans chaque chambre indique que nous sommes conscients de ce problème. Nous proposons donc des bouchons d'oreilles gratuits à la réception pour ceux qui ont du mal à dormir. En ce qui concerne le transport, je suis vraiment désolé que vous ayez eu une mauvaise expérience avec la personne en service. Nous demandons à tous nos employés d’aider les invités du mieux possible. Nous allons donc comprendre ce qui s’est passé ce jour-là. En ce qui me concerne, nous essayons toujours de recommander Uber, car c’est le choix le moins cher pour vous rendre à Ezeiza. Les sociétés de transfert à Buenos Aires travaillent normalement avec des taux extrêmement élevés, et nous savons que pendant les vacances, les gens essaient d’épargner au maximum. En dehors de cela, vous avez été invité à attendre l'Uber à l'auberge pour pouvoir disposer d'une connexion Wi-Fi gratuite. En tout cas, comme je l’ai déjà mentionné, nous tiendrons compte de toutes vos suggestions pour améliorer notre service. J'espère vous revoir à l'auberge BA Stop

After my stay in a dorm room I woke up covered with over 300 bed bug bites. I had a severe allergic reaction and needed to go to hospital. I went back there after my stay on the advice of the doctor to male sure they knew how big their infestation was and so that no one would suffer my pain. However it quickly became apparent that the staff were already aware of the bed bug problem and that it had been on going for some time. Some of the staff were also covered in bites, however they never felt the need to tell their guests prior to their stay. I feel sorry for the poor staff who have to live there and the owner of this hostel needs to get this sorted before more people suffer the same fate. Please be warned about stying here.

I am very sorry about what happened, in most of the hostels, when they are full of travelers, this citation is presented because of other travelers who bring this type of plagues to the hostel, we apologize for the bad experience, but the hostel always fumigates the beds and rooms according to the periodicity required by local law, generally 2 times a week.

My partner and I stayed in a dorm and were bitten by beg bugs, that looked like they had been there for a while. The staff did move us to a different room for the night, but the damage was already done. The location of the hostel was good, however it was extremely noisy due to constant traffic. There was no atmosphere in the hostel and people kept to themselves. The wifi worked really well and the cleanliness of the bathrooms was ok. Security to the building was good, however some of the lockers in the dorms were broken. I would recommend paying an extra $ and staying somewhere nicer.

I spent 3 days at this hostel.
Most of the staff are well enough versed in English to assist English foreigners.
The terrace upstairs is enclosed within the building, and thus has no view, but it's clean, with lots of chairs.
Inside the bathrooms the toilet doors only go halfway down to the floor- and thus lack privacy.
Showers always had warm water though.
The kitchen is a bit small, and even though it's not dirty- it doesn't feel clean and not well equiped.
Even though there is lockers in the dorms- they are quite small, and some broken.
Beware- if you don't have an online reservation- they will not open the door for you...

When you arrive- they hand you the linen and you have to go make the bed yourself- I feel that it's not that much trouble for a hostel to put clean sheets on the bed before you arrive if you have a reservation. Which isn't nice if you arrive after a long bus ride or flight.

L'auberge est très agréable et propre. Petit déjeuner inclus et personnel agréable. J'ai cependant rencontré un probleme d'organisation une nuit où quelqu'un dormait dans mon lit quand je suis rentrée. On m'a reproché ne pas avoir payé ni réservé. Heureusement que j'avais gardé la facture comme preuve, on a pu me changer de chambre. Mais aucun geste n'a voulu m'être accordé...

Merci d'avoir resté avec nous. L'incident de trouver quelqu'un dans ton lit n'arrive pas souvent et nous sommes desoles! C'etait surement un erreur du passager mais c'est aussi possible que c'etait un erreur de notre systeme. Chaque fois que quelque chose comme ca arrive, on trouve une facon de le regler pour que tous les passagers soit contents et avec un lit.
On espere te revoir dans ton prochain voyage a Buenos Aires!

Je recommande fortement cette auberge lors de votre sejour a Buenos Aires.

Je suis reste ici durant 2 nuits en arrivant de Paris. Accueil au top, personnel tres sympa, a l'ecoute et toujours disponible pour n'importe quelle question ou recommandation. L'ambiance y est egalement tres chaleureuse.
L'auberge est idealement situee en plein centre. Les chambre sont propres et vraiment pas cheres. Petit dejeune correct. Tres bonne connexion wifi.

Bref je recommande sans hesiter !

Ostello carino e simpatico nel cuore del microcentro. Il personale giovane è molto diponibile e alla mano. La camera matrimoniale con bagno privato era abbastanza spaziosa. Pulizia ok. Nota negativa: il rumore proveniente dall'esterno fin dal primo mattino, cosa normale nell'affollato e trafficato centro di Buenos Aires

Ottimo ostello situato nel cuore di Buenos Aires! Personale impeccabile e molto gentile, stanze amplie e ben curate, servizi igenici e pulizia perfetta. Le camerate hanno tutte le comodità e sono molto luminose, le camere doppie e matrimoniali sono molto pulite e tranquille. Assolutamente consigliato per un soggiorno lungo! Ottima anche la colazione!

Ostello della gioventu nel cuore di Buenos Aires citta. Magari non ho l eta dei giovani ma sono abituata ad alloggiarmi in ostelli. Questo veramente non mi é piaciuto. La pulizia dei bagni non era al dettaglio, la reception essendo ragazzi di tutto il mondo non sapevano darci info turistiche di Buenos Aires e i letti a castelli erano altissimi: simpaticamente iragiungibili se dormivi sopra. Colazione basica.

Super auberge de jeunesse en plein centre de Buenos Aires.
Vraiment pas cher pour une chambre privée ou pour un dortoir.
Terrasse sans vue. ventilateur au plafond dans les chambres, ça nous a sauver pour dormir, l'été il fait chaud.
Bon petit déjeuner mais un peu light

Ostello molto pratico alle attrazioni principali del Microcentro.
La struttura dispone di una terrazza, una sala e una cucina a disposizione degli ospiti.
Le stanze sono essenziali ma confortevoli e pulite con bagno privato. Dispone anche di Camerate.
Il personale è molto disponibile.

Das hostel ist super. Es ist gemütlich eingerichtet und jeden tag wird das zimmer gereinigt. Es ist zwar vom verkehr her sehr laut, aver da kann auch das hostel nichts dafür. Wir haben ein upgrade bekommen und ein doppelzimmer mit privater dusche u wc. Wnglisch ist kein problem. Sicherheit geht ebenfalls vor. Alle sind sehr freundlich und hilfabereit. W-lan reicht gut aus, ist aber nicht das beste (oben in den zimmern).
Das zentrum und aaaaallles was man braucht ist gerade um den block. Würde wieder kommen :)

Sehr freundliche und hilfsbereite Angestellte, Englisch ist kein Problem.
Unser Zimmer (Doppelzimmer mit Dusche / WC) war absolut ok. Sauber, wird täglich gereinigt, kleiner Safe vorhanden. Dusche warm und mit genügend Wasser. Badetuch vorhanden (täglich neu).
Die Fenster schliessen schlecht. Wegen Einbruch kein Problem, da Zimmer im 2. OG. Kann aber dadurch empfindlich kühl werden im Zimmer nachts. Elektroheizung und Deckenventilator sind im Zimmer vorhanden, keine Klimaanlage.
Frühstück nicht sehr vielfältig aber lecker: 2 Vollkornbrötchen, 1 süsses Croissnant, Konfitüre + Butter.
Corn Flakes, Tee, Kaffee und Milch so viel man mag.
Küche darf zum Kochen verwendet werden, Pfannen + Geschirr vorhanden.
Gute Lage des Hostel: Nahe zur U-Bahn, Einige Attraktionen (Obelisk, Casa Rosada, "Florida") auch gut zu fuss zu erreichen.
Taxi vom Flughafen EZE kostet ca. 400 AR$. Auf Anfrage organisiert das Hostel ein Taxi (Flugnummer und Flughafen angeben). Bei uns hat das allerdings nicht geklappt...

Hübsch eingerichtete sowie großzügige und helle Dorms. An der Hygiene bzgl Bettwäsche könnte etwas gearbeitet werden. Zimmer bzw Dorms gehen alle in Richtung Straße, sind also eher laut.
Gemeinschaftliche ist abends oft sehr schmutzig. Generell könnte diese eine kleine Überholung sowie ein paar neue Töpfe und Pfannen vertragen. Generell ist das Hostel eher laut, was daran liegen mag, dass viele Leute einer bestimmten Organisation ( die Leute an soziale Projekte in Buenos Aires vermittelt ) dort für einige Woche bleiben. Das alles schafft eher einen Wochenende Studentenwohnheimcharakter. Es gibt auch private Zimmer im obergeschoß, auch diese sind oft von der Lautstärke auf der kleinen Terrasse betroffen. Wer damit kein Problem hat, dem kann man das Hostel ruhig weiterempfehlen. Auch der Preis ist für Buenos Aires ok. Wer's lieber etwas ruhiger hat, sollte sich was anderes suchen.

Ein tolles Hostel für einen kurzen Zwischenstop. Die Mitarbeiter waren unwahrscheinlich freundlich und hatten viele Tipps parat. Wir haben nur eine Nacht auf der Durchreise verbracht und waren mit unserem Doppelzimmer für 440Arg$ mit Klimaanalage sehr zufrieden. Wir hatten das Zimmer, dass quasi direkt nach vorne herausging und waren froh, denn so hatten wir den ganzen nachmittag Sonne am Hostel und konnten unsere Wäsche auf der Fensterbank trocknen.
Abends ist es etwas laut hier aber das ist in Buenos Aires auch in den meisten Regionen so.
Es gibt ein kleines Frühstück mit Brötchen und einem Croissant, Säften und Kaffe und Tee.
Die Küche ist gut ausgestattet und man kann sich vieles dort selbst kochen.

Ich habe in diesem Hostel letztes Jahr einige Zeit verbracht und es war wundervoll! Die Zimmer sind liebevoll eingerichtet, besonders das Mädchenzimmer ist ein Traum, die Mitarbeiter sind wahnsinnig herzliche Menschen, die einem in jeder Lebenslage helfen und die ich auch jetzt noch schrecklich vermisse! Die anderen bunt durchgemischten Gäste kommen aus allen Ecken der Welt und sind meist offen und herzlich.
Das Frühstück ist einfach aber gut und die Küche mit dem wichtigsten ausgestattet. Das Hostel hat die perfekte Lage, da es in einer relativ ruhigen Gasse liegt, man aber in kurzer Zeit mitten im Getümmel von Buenos Aires ist und auch Clubs sind in Fussnähe.
Zusammenfassend lässt sich sagen, dass jeder Aufenthalt im BA Stop Hostel sein Geld wert ist und man es nicht bereuen wird dort abgestiegen zu sein:)

Sono stata in questo ostello per una settimana e la prossima volta che andrò a buenos aires ci tornerò sicuramente!! Persone simpatiche , ragazzi alla reception super disponibili!!! Tutto pulito , anche i bagni comuni , colazione inclusa e wi fi gratis. molte zone x chiacchierare e conoscere nuova gente. per i fumatori c'è anche un terrazzo al primo piano!
