Deevana Patong Resort & Spa - SHA Extra Plus

We stayed in a suite which was very spacious and with a great size veranda. The extra touches as we were celebrating a 70th birthday was appreciated. We decided to do breakfast only so we could sample other cuisines nearby. Breakfast on offer catered for all nationalities and everything was in abundance. There is even a swim up pool to the bar. This hotel is in a great location away from the hustle and bustle but if you want to enjoy the hustle and bustle everything is accessible. Staff were very helpful and friendly. Only negatives are that the poolside areas weren’t cleaned every day and the rooms could do with a bit of updating, and need a bigger coffee machine in the restaurant, but apart from that we had a fab holiday here.

Recepción PENOSA. Hotel sin ascensor. Nadie te atiende , todo el mundo esperando y cambiándose en recepción.
Habitaciones entregadas después de las 15 h y esperando desde las 10h de la empresa Icàrion.
Habitaciones con baños viejos.
No hay ascensor para subir las maletas y nadie te ayuda, no te informan y te miran mal y despectivamente. La organización de Icàrion se desentiende de todo.
Viaje nefasto gracias al hotel y a Icárion
Entraron en la habitación cuando ya nos estábamos cambiando porque iban a meter a otros clientes, todo fatal .
Nada recomendable.

Très bel hôtel situé a Patong mais reculé dune des rues principales donc calme pour un milieu urbain.
Le petit dej buffet est génial fruit sucré salé plat thaï indien même omelette faite devant vous sur demande.. en gros au top
Les chambres sont refaites tous les matins au propre
Elle dispose de serviette douche et piscine
Nous avions un lit en 200x200 pour une chambre Deluxe vue sur la piscine...
Le personnel est très accueillant
La piscine est grande avec 11h/17h son bar ouvert directement dans la piscine .. les cocktails y sont merveilleux de grandes qualités... Le service proposé de pressing est top et pas très onéreux
Nous y repasserons ça c'est sûr ...

Leider absolut keine Empfehlung. Nie wieder. Die Zimmer imGarden Wing sind ganz ok, aber sehr sehr hellhörig. Die Liebsspiele der 2 Zimmer rechts und links bekommt man immer mit. Der Pool bzw. die Pools haben gründliches Wasser und am schlimmsten ist das Wasser aus den Leitungen im Bad. Stinkt widerlich nach Fäulnis. Frühstück immer das gleiche. Das einzig positive ist das nette Personal.

Chambre catégorie supérieure literie sale ( drap gris tacheté ( sang), cheveux ) salle de bain sale ( cuvette des toilettes collante,, cheveux etc…. Odeur d’humidité dans la chambre. On a demandé de changer chambre rebelotte… autre chambre même problème… on a dû se fâcher pour avoir une chambre propre sans humidité et surtout propre la base …. Bref franchement a fuir !!!!

Hotel tranquille dans un quartier animé nombreux restaurants petites boutiques marchands ambulants même un grand centre commercial et plage pas loin. Tout le personnel est très souriant la chambre est agréable mais un peu sombre et manque de placards pour un séjour de onze nuits. Le déjeuner un peu compliqué pour nous beaucoup de plats salés pas de pain des viennoiseries un peu sèches et problème de machine à café toujours en panne mais bon café. Nous avons passés de bonnes vacances bien envie de revenir.

Das Deevana Resort ist leider in die Jahre gekommen, die Delux Zimmer sind in einem alten Zustand, leider keine Ablagen für Shirts. Wurden täglich sauber gereinigt , Handtücher und Bettwäsche gewechselt. Das Frühstück war 21 Tage immer das gleiche, wobei die Frühstücks Eier und der Bacon jeden Morgen kalt waren . Bei den Tomatenstücken beknügten sich die Mücken. Von drei Kaffeeautomaten funktionierten teilweise nur einer ,wobei sich morgens um 8 teilweise lange Schlangen bildeten. Das junge Service Personal interessierte das wenig. Die Liegen am Pool waren auch nicht mehr die neuesten, und viel zu wenig für das große Hotel. Das Personal an der Rezeption war sehr freundlich und immer hilfsbereit. Wir hatten ein Zimmer das genau den Balkon zum Frühstücksraum hatte, und sehr unruhig war. Vom Hotel zum Zentrum und Beach sind es 15 Minuten Gehweg. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten gibt es in der Nähe.

Wir waren schon fünf oder sechs mal in diesem Hotel jeweils für drei bis vier Wochen,früher waren wir sehr zufrieden aber dieses Jahr war es sehr schlecht. Am schlimmsten war das Frühstück und die Sauberkeit des Zimmers. Das „Brot“beim Frühstück war so trocken das mein Mann jeden Morgen außerhalb frische Brötchen besorgt hat, die zwei Sorten Wurst die eigentlich für Thailand gut schmecken,standen nicht mehr wie früher in einer kleinen Kühltheke sonder einfach bei 30 Grad auf einem Teller rum,auch die Butter und der Joghurt eigentlich nichts wurde gekühlt.Die zwei Kaffeemaschinen waren viel zu wenig für den Andrang,das Personal war dermaßen unmotiviert,oft gab es keine Tassen die auch erst nach mehrmaliger Nachfrage gebracht wurden.Die Zimmer (die teuersten des Hotels“Deluxe mit Jacuzzi“) wurden in der ganzen Zeit nicht ordentlich gereinigt. Das Badezimmer war einfach nur schmuddelig und in der Dusche waren die Ecken und Fugen dreckig,die Leintücher vom Bett waren zu klein der Jacuzzi wurde nicht ordentlich gereinigt,es ist zu viel hier alles aufzuführen.

Il Deevana Resort è un complesso in stile Thai, situato in una zona strategica di Patong, dove ci si può rilassare lontani dal caos della Bangla Road e raggiungere il centro della località balneare con una passeggiata di circa 10 minuti.
La spiaggia è veramente vicina: basta attraversare le due principali strade che corrono in parallelo e proseguire a diritto in direzione della costa, che forma un’ampia insenatura di sabbia bianca e di mare azzurro.
Al nostro arrivo siamo stati accolti dal sorriso del personale della reception che ci hanno subito offerto tè e biscottini, un voucher per un massaggio di 30 minuti nella SPA del resort ed un buono sconto del 20% sulle tutte le consumazioni usufruite in albergo.
La colazione a buffet è varia ed abbondante con cibi dolci e salati per accontentare i gusti dei clienti di diversa nazionalità in quanto provenienti da ogni parte del mondo.
La nostra camera (una Deluxe) si è rivelata spaziosa e fornita di ogni comfort (abbiamo trovato perfino due borse con teli da mare/piscina, ciabatte e ombrello). Era inoltre dotata di ampio balcone con vista piscina. Varie volte siamo stati “coccolati” con frutta fresca e dolcetti con cui abbiamo potuto gradire il tè/caffé messo giornalmente a disposizione insieme ad una dose abbondante di acqua minerale.
Da segnalare: le serate a tema. A noi è piaciuta moltissimo quella Thai, durante la quale abbiamo potuto assaggiare vari piatti tipici della cucina thailandese nella tranquillità del giardino, allietati da musica e danzatrici nei costumi tradizionali.
Ma la cosa che più ci ha colpito e che resterà sempre nella nostra memoria come un ricordo bellissimo, è l’estrema gentilezza di tutto il personale, rappresentativo del popolo thailandese che vive il senso dell’ospitalità come una fede religiosa.

Simplemente un excelente hotel. Mi esposo y yo fuimos a festejar su cumpleaños.. Las instalaciones del hotel son lindas , la piscina es muy muy linda y extremadamente limpia. Las habitaciones son de buen tamaño y limpias , no se ven idénticas como las Fotografías del hotel, pero la verdad están muy bien. Lo mejor fue el Buffet desayuno es súper completo y la comida tiene muy buen sabor. La atención de todo el personal es increíble. El día del cumpleaños de mi esposo, al regresar por la noche al hotel , nos tenían una súper sorpresa. Le dejaron un pastel de cumpleaños con una nota. Fue un súper detalle!!! Ningún otro hotel jamás nos había sorprendido de esa Manera!!! El precio es increíble, limpio, muy buena comida y excelente ubicación en el area del movimiento. En cuanto playa, no es la mejor área pero depende de lo que estes buscando. Nosotros pasamos 5 días en Paton y el resto en Phi Phi Island , ahí si las playas son hermosas. Por cierto si necesitan una persona para traslados Isret Wenyee es el mejor, así lo puedes encontrar en Facebook. El y su esposa son lindisimas personas !! Excelente servicio!

Este hotel se encuentra en el centro del núcleo urbano de Patong Beach, pero curiosamente lejos del bullicio, ya que en su parte trasera hay una extensión de bosque, donde los trinos de los pájaros ascienden hasta las habitaciones.
Cuando llegamos nos recibieron con un cóctel de bienvenida. Es el mejor hotel que nos alojamos en Tailandia, lo hicimos en una habitación de lujo (Deluxe Wing Suite) de 36 m2.
La habitación disponía de hervidor eléctrico con bolsas de café soluble, té o infusiones, además de dos botellas de agua que reponían gratis diariamente. El baño tenía secador, dispensadores de jabón, gel y champú. Para ir a la playa, ponían a tu disposición un bolso con toallas, esterilla y paraguas. La habitación también contaba con televisión de pantalla plana y caja de seguridad. Una terraza daba al área de la piscina.
Todas las instalaciones del hotel estaban impecables, tenía dos piscinas limpísimas donde todas las noches nos bañábamos, una con bar húmedo, de 18 a 19 h., te servían dos copas al precio de una, no era barato: Las cervezas 120 THB y los cócteles 220 THB, nosotros preferíamos tomarlas por nuestra cuenta en la terraza de la habitación.
La estancia incluía el desayuno tipo buffet, excelente, luego te servían el té o el café en las mesas. La cena que tomamos el primer día, resultó cara, así que nos íbamos a comer y cenar fuera. Junto al hotel está el restaurante Thai Smile con mejores precios.
La limpieza y los empleados eran extraordinarios, siempre sonrientes, amables y atentos a tus necesidades. El hotel pone a tu disposición un transporte gratis a Phukek Town a las 12 h. con regreso a las 15:50 y 17:55 h., también lo hace a la playa a las 10:30 h. y te recoge en el centro comercial Jungceylon a las 16:30 h. Nosotros nunca empleamos este transporte porque la playa está a cinco minutos andando.
Por todo ello se merece la mejor nota, totalmente recomendable, sin ninguna duda volveríamos alojarnos aquí.

El hotel no es de altura. Son habitaciones estilo condominio con todo jardines y piscinas alrededor . Desayuno excelente y completo. Habitaciones con todo lo necesario . Dentro del placard incluso bolso de playa .
