Stunning villa. Spotless. It had everything we required for our holiday. Fully equipped kitchen. V comfortable bed's. Fresh towels and cleaning facilities every day. Beautiful pool. We had breakfast at the restaurant one if the mornings which was delicious. Staff extremely helpful. V central to the beach .A v relaxing complex. Would highly recommend white Shell if your looking for a relaxing break.

Alle Voraussetzungen ein gutes Hotel zu sein .... leider einige Dinge die überhaupt nicht passen! War im Juni 2024 in diesem Hotel und habe mich aufgrund der Beschreibung wirklich gefreut. Angekommen wurden wir von einem sehr netten jungen Mann begrüßt der uns sofort mit dem Gepäck geholfen hat. Anschließend check in ebenfalls durch eine sehr nette Dame an der Rezeption. Danach wurden wir zu unserem Appartement gebracht welches wirklich sehr schön war. Also die ersten Eindrücke absolut Top und Empfehlenswert. Von dann ging es leider aber bergab. Wir wollten uns gleich am Beginn am Pool ausruhen und haben uns gewundert das alle Auflagen für die Liegen umgedreht waren. Überall war Kot von den Möwen und anderen Vögeln. Dann mussten wir selbst die Auflagen umdrehen und leider feststellen das auch hier auf jeder Auflage (wir haben über 20 Auflagen angesehen) Kot war und hier sichtlich auch nie vernünftig gereinigt wird. Die Freude auf ein Sonnenbad war somit dahin und wir gingen wieder ins Appartement und haben uns auf die Sonnenterrasse begeben wo auf den Stühlen Gottseidank kein Kot war. Am Abend habe ich das an der Rezeption bemängelt ... Ergebnis leider das keine Verbesserung in 6 Tagen Aufenthalt erfolgt ist. Dann kam der 1. Morgen. Geschlafen sehr gut und die Vorfreude auf das Frühstück. Die Mitarbeiterinnen beim Frühstück waren eine einzige Katastrophe - uninteressiert (außer die Frage nach der Zimmernummer welche in meinem Fall 3 mal innerhalb von 15 Minuten erfolgte), aber keine Nachfrage ob man einen Kaffee möchte oder anderes. Ich ging dann selbst zu den Damen und habe Kaffee bestellt. Ingesamt waren dort während unseres Aufenthalts 4 Damen beim Frühstücksbuffet welche durchgehend unhöflich und uninteressiert waren. Wenn diese Probleme abgestellt werden können, kann es wirklich ein tolles Hotel werden. So würde ich nie wieder hinkommen!

We regret to hear the sunbeds were not well prepared when you went to the pool area, and that despite you mentioning it to our team, our reaction was not as quick and efficient as expected. Seagulls are indeed a very common challenge in this area, due to our location of only 500 meters to the ocean. We have a certified hawk and trainer in our property to mitigate this situation, but it is impossible to eliminate this permanently as it is also a very sensitive subject.
Regarding breakfast, we have reviewed the notes you have mentioned and have identified some points that may need improvement. We will review this with our team so we can improve our service and ensure we may deliver better experiences to our guests.

This hotel was excellent. Everything you could want and more. Excellent facilities gardens wrapped around your individual apartment beautiful outdoor swimming pool meals served all day long. And the best of all was the service provided by the dedicated staff. From the cleaners to the gardeners to the restraunt staff and senior staff they were all superb and very genuine in their attempt to make this holiday as pleasant as possible. First class all the way.

Estamos muy felices de haber conocido el Algarve y de haber escogido White Shells para nuestra estadía. La experiencia ha sido maravillosa. Las villas están muy bien, nos encantó el lugar y sobre todo la atención del personal. Todos fueron muy amables y súper atentos. Sin duda repetiremos la experiencia :)

Unser 3. Mal hier und wir haben schon den nächsten Aufenthalt gebucht. Uns gefällt es sehr gut. Das Apartment ist perfekt ausgestattet. Wir haben alle die SPA Anwendungen bei Katarina genossen.

Wir waren für ein paar Tage dort und die Anlage ist sehr geschmackvoll, super gepflegt und die Mitarbeiter sehr sehr nett! Man fühlte sich jederzeit willkommen! Anreise früh am Tag, kein Problem: „gehen sie doch gerne in den Spa, ziehen sie sich um und genießen den Pool.“ Wunderbar!!! Ich hätte nur einen Wunsch für das nächste Mal, öffnet in der Nebensaison die schöne Bar auf der Dachterrasse. Vielen Dank an die ganze Crew für diese kurze Auszeit !!

Wir haben unseren Urlaub erstmals hier verbracht und kommen sehr gerne wieder. Unser 2 Zimmer Apartment war groß und die Küche mit allem notwendigen ausgestattet. Unseren Garten konnten wir aufgrund des sehr sonnigen und warmen Wetters genauso nutzen wir den Poolbereich der Anlage. Alles ist sehr gepflegt und wir hatten fast alles in der Anlage für uns alleine. Besonders gut war das Frühstück, welches wir gebucht hatten. Das gesamte Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Wir haben uns E-Bikes geliehen, die kostenfrei sind.
In der Nähe ist ein Supermarkt und ich viele Restaurants. Zum Strand kann man auch laufen und diesen können wir ebenso empfehlen. Flach abfallend ins Meer , Toilette vorhanden und ein Restaurant. Wir hatten einen Mietwagen und von Porches aus ist man zentral gelegen zu vielen Ausflugszielen und Stränden.

la casa era molto bella e sufficientemente pulita, scrivo sufficientemente perché dopo aver visto il livello di igiene di altri 4 appartamenti in Algarve, il white shell village non risulta avere le stessa attenzione all'igene,la cucina, i vetri, la terrazza, i tavolini e i lettini della piscina erano notevolmente sporchi, la casa è moderna e dotata del necessario,mancano le tovaglie ed il bidet, scrivono ovunque che in bagno c'è il bidet, ma nella nostra casa con 2 bagni, non c'era nessun bidet. il personale è gentile all'apparenza, in realtà se vuoi cambiare gli asciugamani della piscina ti rimbalzano dalla reception alla SPA finché non ti stanchi e ti tieni il vecchio asciugamano.Il verde nelle aiule dei terrazzi è imbarazzante, o è morto o è erbaccia nata per caso, il verde verso il campo da beach volley è morto anni fa.. e la struttura in generale seppur nuova non è ben tenuta, ho soggiornato in 5 strutture in Algarve. Questa è stata la più costosa e la meno curata. La struttura è così bella che basterebbe solo buona volontà a renderla meravigliosa.

Nos ha encantado la ubicación. Más o menos en la mitad de la zona de Algarve con lo que visitar la zona en coche, no se hace nada pesado. La zona muy tranquila, sin bullicio donde además tienes dos playas preciosas a 5 minutos caminando (Praia de nossa Senhora de rocha y Praia Nova) y a unos 10 minutos de una tercera que se llama Praia da cova redonda.
El hotel es genial. Las casas súper equipadas y muy espaciosas. Decoradas con muy buen gusto. El personal de 10. Y que decir del Algarve ……. Nos ha encantado . Muy recomendable.

Un lugar espectacular con la mejor atención y calidad excelentes.
Las villas sin palabras y el pueblo cerquita precioso. Al llegar nos dieron una villa superior a la que habíamos reservado.
Para repetir sin pensarlo.

Resort de lujo, muy tranquilo y con un servicio de 10. Los apartamentos espectaculares, muy limpios y espaciosos con todo lujo de detalles para que la estancia sea perfecta. Las zonas comunes del resort muy cuidadas y en un entorno perfecto. Han sido 5 días que se han hecho muy cortos. Sencillamente extraordinario

Nous avons passé un magnifique séjour au White Shell. L'appartement est vaste et luxueux avec un équipement haut de gamme. Toutes les infrastructures sont irréprochables. Le personnel est aux petits soins et d'une gentillesse extrême.
L'établissement est en outre très bien situé et permet de découvrir facilement la région tout en bénéficiant d'un point de chute calme et reposant.
Je recommande fortement.

Nous avons passé deux magnifiques semaines dans cet établissement, récemment construit (en 2021 sauf erreur). Il est situé dans un endroit très calme, ce qui est très reposant. Les appartements sont répartis dans plusieurs villas. Ils sont passablement spacieux et aménagés de manière très pratique, avec du mobilier de goût. La literie est agréable et les chambres propres. Le wifi est extrêmement rapide, que ce soit dans l'appartement ou ailleurs. L'infrastructure de l'établissement est construite en "cercle" autour d'une grande et ronde piscine centrale, au bord de laquelle il est facile de trouver de la place sur un transat. Le buffet du petit déjeûner est varié, avec de bons produits. Deux plages se trouvent à environ 5 minutes à pied, de même que quelques restaurants et un supermarché. Pensez toutefois aussi à aller visiter les villes des environs (Armação de Pera et Carvoeiro notamment, la première pour sa grande plage et sa balade le long de la mer avec ses restaurants et petites boutiques, la seconde surtout pour ses bars et restaurants). Mais pensez à louer une voiture, car les taxis sont passablement difficiles à trouver... Dernière mention particulière pour le personnel de l'hôtel à la réception et au restaurant (ainsi qu'au spa!): extrêmement serviable et de bon conseil, toujours avec le sourire! Si nous retournons à cet endroit, nous logerons à coup sûr dans cet établissement!
