N'existe plus
Le résidence de loisirs Pierre et Vacances n'existe plus.

Chaque propriétaire a récupéré son logement.
Certains y vivent à l'année.
D'autres y viennent une partie de l'année et d'autres le louent par diverses plateformes.

Les services Pierre et Vacances n'existent donc plus et le temps du "je fais ce que je veux où je veux et quand je veux" est révolu.

Très belle résidence qui retrouve sa quiétude passé les mois d'été.

Résidence très agréable
Résidence très agréable. Le cadre est très agréable et proche de la plage.
La piscine est bien dotée en transats et parasols. Celle-ci est surveillée par deux personnes.
N'en déplaise aux détracteurs qui se plaignent avec des propos insultants, injurieux, et délictueux des points ci-dessus, il y a un règlement qui permet de profiter de l'endroit dans le respect et le calme. Je remercie ces deux personnes pour leur constance.
Pour conclure, une résidence très agréable pour toute personne ayant du savoir vivre.

Beaucoup trop strictes au niveau de la piscine, on ne peut rien faire. Pas de bouée pour les bébés, interdiction de boug
Appartement très bien le seul point négatif la piscine beaucoup trop strictes, il faut être au garde-à-vous
Dommage, car très belle résidence commerce à proximité boulangerie au top
Plage en face pas terrible, vaut mieux se déplacer à la plage du brusc

La résidence la Coudoulière
Appartement petit piscine militaire avec agent de sécurité qui te surveille au doigt et à l’œil, aucune animation pour enfants. La plage est toute petite est toute sale. Cette résidence est à fuir vraiment.

A éviter
Harcèlement par les vigiles de la piscine. Appartement défraichi. Invasion de moustiques à cause de l'eau stagnante. Places de parking trop petites. Passez votre chemin si vous voulez vous détendre pendant vos vacances.

Bella struttura ma si potrebbe fare meglio...
Bella struttura in prossimità del mare, la nostra camera aveva una bella veduta vista mare e sulla piazzetta, piccola ma attrezzata con negozi, ristoranti farmacia...appartamento per due persone ampio con balconcino attrezzato.Bella piscina ampia con lettini. La pulizia non era proprio il massimo!!! "Posteggio a pagamento" sotterraneo con tubi che perdevano acqua dal soffitto, la maggior parte dei posti auto stretti.

Poor to terrible
Do not have anything nice to mention.
We probably did not get a great flat - and I reckon this was the basic studio.
However flat is dirty - or looks like it (especially the floor), parking (you will need to pay 10€/day...) is dark, gloomy, not even mentioning the difficulty to park and the few available spots (all spots easy to park are reserved by owners...).
The location is not that great - the beaches at walking distance are so so, and not much to do walking distance - ( a few restaurants/convenient stored are around the corner-but may be closed when you need it...)
I will certainly not recommend this one

Bellissima posizione, ma non adatto a chi ha figli
ho molto apprezzato l'appartamento assegnatomi (ultimo piano con vista a mare!). Tuttavia sottolino la totale mancanza di spazi comuni: l'unico piccolo spazio disponibile è inaccessibile dopo la chiusura della reception. Non c'è alcuna ricreazione per ragazzi: era sufficiente mettere un banale tavolo da ping pong anche vicino alla piscina durante l'apertura della stessa! Struttura non adatta a chi ha figli.

Tranquillo e ottima posizione nella regione
Buon residence, essenziale, con piscina, posto auto, e a due passi dal mare. Poche attrazioni nel paese, ma quelli vicini più attivi. Ottima zona, si visita facilmente la regione tra Marsiglia e Tolone.

Posizione ottima
Struttura molto ben posizionata e con tutti i servizi vicini.
Le note negative sono che la televisione riceve esclusivamente canali francesi e questo mi sembra assurdo considerato il tipo di struttura , inoltre i posti auto sotteranei sono molto stretti come pure l'accesso e quindi chi ha vetture di grosse dimensioni deve soffrire ogni volta che parcheggia .
La pulizia non è il massimo come pure la manutenzione degli stabili, il mio appartamento aveva il portoncino tutto scrostato.
Nel complesso la vacanza è stata positiva in quanto ci sono a brevi distanze posticini davvero molto belli.

Sentirsi come a casa
Un residence immerso nel verde . Spiaggia di fronte al residence con possibilità di parti attrezzate a pagamento . Banco vendita di pesce fresco .Una piazzetta con supermercato, bar e ristoranti. Possibilità di escursioni.Nelle vicinanze parco naturale attrezzato anche per bambini.

Its the little touches
I recently stayed her for the second time.There have been changes that while they may seem small,they make a difference for some people.There os a handy cleaning kit,fresh linen and utensils that I have never seen in a holiday appartment before
The staff were always smiling anf friendly while being professional at the same time.
The appartment itself was spotless with amazing sea views and a spacious balcony.
If I had to post a negative it would be wifi has to be paid for but apart from that I have no hesitation recommending this.
I will be returning again.

Vacaciones en costa francesa
Apartamentos bien ubicados pero necesitan ser restaurados. Servicio limpieza en aparramento muy flojo. El servicio de atención em recepción muy normal. Poco atención y tuvimos que reclamar varias veces

Nice location, but average apartments with high price
The location and area is great and the staff is very friendly and helpful.
The apartments are average with small bedrooms and bathrooms.
Therefore it's a bit pricy compared to quality and size of apartments

I recently stayed here for a week and enjoyed it completely
The staff are friendly and professional and have good English just incase you are not comfortable with you French.
My one bedroomed room was spotless and had a nice fresh smell throughout my stay.It had a decent sized balcony with impressive sea views.
The pool area was kept clean daily.It contained a snack bar which also served bottled beer and soft drinks.
The beach is practically on the doorstep as well as a selection of bars, resteraunt,mini market,bakery and pharmacy.A short walk or bus ride away is the town of Sanary with a large beach and all the usual resort comforts.
I have no hesitation recommending this hotel and I will return there next year.

Nice Location
Stayed here with my husband and younger son in an apartment for 4/5 people. The apartment was adequate for the three of us but with five would be a tight squeeze. The kitchen area is small but well equipped. The double bed in the bedroom was quite small. Saying that the balcony was big and had a nice view overlooking the marina. The accommodation is expensive for what you get and then there are all the extra hidden costs that you get stung with on check-in, underground garage charges, which if you have a hire car you take because you are worried about damage to it. Then you have to pay for the safety box that is in the apartment and wifi if you have anyone who needs more that the basic free package. The pool and pool area is very clean. They only thing I did not like about it was the rush for sunloungers. The pool does not open until 10 a.m. and at around 9.45 a.m. people start to hover around the pool gate to make a mad dash when it opens. Saying this the pool security is good and people are not allowed to put down towels and go off. The complex is situated in a nice nature area with plenty of water sports and there are bicycle lanes all along the coast which makes it very safe for children. There is a bus stop outside the complex if you want to go in and explore Toulon for a day and not have to worry about getting parking. Outside the apartments is a small complex consisting of a supermarket, tabac, boulangerie, pharmacy and a number of cafes. All the cafes do more or less the small food and the quality is tourist fare. Saying that everyone is friendly and welcoming. All the cafes also do takeaway food. A nice place to stay for a week.

Absolut verhältnismäßig und fair!
Wir waren zu fünft in einem Appartement untergebracht und haben aufgrund des niedrigen Preises deutlich weniger erwartet, Lage und Flair der Anlage sind echt top. Personal an der Rezeption und Abwicklung waren ebenfalls sehr freundlich und unkompliziert, der Bademeister am Pool war etwas pingelig, aber okay... Zimmer war sauber und zweckmäßig, Betten könnten einen Ticken breiter sein.
Würden für einen Kurzaufenthalt jederzeit wieder kommen.

Buena relación calidad -precio
Buenos apartamentos y muy buena relación calidad - precio, piscina grande y espaciosa, el sitio es muy bonito , lo malo la playa que es de grava en lugar de arena, se necesita el coche para ver la zona, el garaje no es tan malo como al gente dice se aparca perfectamente a la primera, recomiendo pasar por la oficina de información y turismo que os dicen muchos pueblos bonitos para visitar, lo peor del apartamento las camas y las almohadas, son super duras.
