Fabulous hotel with friendly staff. Enjoyed 6 nights here after a family wedding and really enjoyed it. Wonderful breakfast, lovely bedroom and spa area. Would recommend and hope to return in the future.

We booked this hotel for a last minute over night stay. We were lucky enough to stay in the superb duplex 4th floor suite with wonderful views of the beach which we would rate 10/10 for comfort & cleanliness!

After a relaxing swim in the outdoor heated pool we made use of the spa which was very enjoyable offering a steam & sauna room, jacuzzi, with an Hammam shower which was just the best, and all this at no extra cost!
The hotel Manager & all staff were very welcoming and extremely helpful throughout our stay.

Over all this was a 5 star experience and we would definitely return and recommend this hotel to others.

Le Churchill is very disappointing for a 4 star hotel. I had requested twin beds and found it made up as a king. We were then told it was “too late” to have it converted. No apology or concern was shown, only defensiveness.

I then went to wash out a few things and discovered the sink had no stopper and even more disgusting, the towel warmer was filthy.
The shower is tiny and designed in such a manner that most of the bathroom floor got wet when used and since they only give you two towels, there was nothing to dry it with. And there is literally no place but the floor for your shampoo, conditioner, etc.

On the plus side, the hotel is in a good location, very quiet and the rooms have a nice terrace.

My husband and I very much enjoyed our four night stay at this excellent hotel. We had particularly requested a quiet room at the end of a corridor, and this was exactly what we got! The staff are friendly, efficient, and knowledgeable. Our room was arguably a little on the small side, but everything was very well designed and seemed to work perfectly. I believe that all the rooms at the hotel have sea views, though the view of the sea is very slightly blocked out by fir trees. The hotel is in a quiet position away from the hustle and bustle of Carnac Plage. It's perhaps a 15-minute walk into the centre along the front, which we always really enjoyed. Breakfast is provided in a small room adjacent to the pool. It's a buffet and of a very decent quality. Overall, highly recommended.

This high quality small hotel lies at the end of the Grand Plage in a quiet location on the way to La Trinite-sur-Mer.

We were warmly greeted by Virginie on reception who explained where everything was located. We were surprised that the hotel did not have a restaurant, however there were many in the centre of Carnac Plage.

Our high quality room was on the ground floor and the breakfast room and outdoor heated pool was on the floor below. We had a nice balcony overlooking the pool and the beach, a very comfortable large bed, built in wardrobes and enough floor space. The bathroom had a large bath/shower (as always no non-slip surface on the bath), a big basin and a separated wc. The window however that separated the bathroom and bedroom had a Venetian blind (which could not be adjusted) so that when you go to the loo in the night it floods the bedroom with light. Considering the age range of the guests, this seemed like a fault.

We did have issues with the safe (it was different to all the others in the hotel and did not work properly) and also with the door lock (both reported to reception and actioned swiftly).

Due to the distance from the town centre (1.4 km) we used our car rather more that we would have liked - maybe next time we will get bikes😊. We used the payment car park but to be honest it was a very quiet area with no visible issues for parking.

All in all we really enjoyed staying at Le Churchill (named after someone called Churchill who built a Manor House in the English fashion nearby) and would like to thank the lovely staff.

Hotel situado en primera linea de playa, moderno, con muy buenas instalaciones, muy limpio y funcional, te proporcionan albornoces y toallas, desayuno completo. No disponen para cenas ni almuerzos. Personal muy amable y dispuesto a ayudarte en todo el momento.

Dezentes Atlantikrauschen bei geöffneter Balkontür: allein dafür liebe ich Le Churchill und war bereits zum zweiten Mal dort. Gut nutzbare Balkone nämlich haben alle Zimmer, und das Meer ist nur ein paar Schritte über das wenig befahrene Sträßchen entfernt. Nachts also Fenster weit auf und genießen. Le Churchill bietet alle Voraussetzungen dafür: geschmackvoll und hochwertig eingerichtete, moderne, sehr saubere Zimmer und eben diese grandiose Lage.

Nur Carnac selbst ist ein gutes Stück entfernt, so dass man fast jeden Abend das Auto nimmt. Der Fußweg dürfte etwa 20 Minuten betragen, das Hotel liegt eben am Rande des hübschen Städtchens. Das Frühstück kann ich nicht kommentieren, denn nach guter französischer Sitte besorge ich Café au Lait und Croissant außer Haus. Schade ist, dass es keine nennenswerte Lobby, geschweige denn eine Bar gibt. So sitzt man abends unweigerlich bei Thé, Cidre (Kühlschrank und Wasserkocher vorhanden) oder Vin Blanc auf dem eigenen Balkon (mit Leselampe) und hört dem Atlantik beim Branden zu. Schööööön!

Este hotel esta en la playa totalmente salvaje de Carnac. Habitaciones estupendas. Muy modernas, limpias y bien de tamaño. Tienen una piscina preciosa. Nuestra habitacion daba a la piscina y salias directamente a la piscina. Dado el tiempo adverso no llegamos a utilizarla.

Alla fine della lunga spiaggia di Carnac, con davanti solo una pineta ed il mare. Davvero piacevole. L'albergo è moderno ed elegante e la nostra camera, spaziosa e luminosa, aveva un'ampia terrazza vista mare. Anche il bagno, dotato di ogni confort, era luminoso perché separato dalla camera da una vetrata, senza nulla togliere alla privacy dell'occupante. Tutto molto pulito e con personale davvero gentile e a disposizione degli ospiti. Accettato il cane ad una tariffa (€ 15,00) nello standard.

Das Hotel Churchill vermag zu überzeugen. Es verfügt über sehr schöne, moderne und zweckmässig eingerichtete Zimmer. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und äusserst hilfsbereit. Das Frühstücksbuffet ist rechhaltig und abwechslungsreich.

Lediglich für die Lage gibt es einen Abzug. Das Hotel befindet sich etwas zurückversetzt. Zwar sieht man das Meer gerade noch, aber es ist doch schon recht weit entfernt.

Molto incerto su come classificare questo hotel. Gli interni sono moderni, puliti, funzionali e anche se la stanza non è molto grande per un paio di notti va più che bene. Però ci sono troppe pecche che meritano di essere menzionate: innanzitutto, che io sappia, un 4 stelle DEVE avere il presidio notturno, mentre qui alle 21 tutto si chiude e se per caso dimentichi in camera il codice della combinazione della porta principale d'entrata rischi di passare la notte all'addiaccio (noi siamo stati fortunati a beccare un altro ospite che passava dalla lobby in quel momento e ci ha aperto). La colazione diciamo che per 16 euro non vale i soldi spesi (ricordiamoci che per quella cifra, molti ristoranti offrono entrée, plate e dessert!!): ambiente troppo piccolo, baguette scongelata e riscaldata, qualche dolce e la macedonia da barattolo dove tutta la frutta ha lo stesso mono sapore. In camera, il bagno "a vista" che non offre privacy al partner a noi non disturba, mentre il vetro doccia mal siliconato che allaga ogni volta il pavimento sì. Infine la qualità del sonno era inficiata molto dalla scarsa insonorizzazione soprattutto quando le altre camere aprivano la porta finestra del balcone, sembrava sempre che passasse la metro a 2 cm!!

Haben eine Nacht hier übernachtet. Da das Hotel selber über kein Restaurant verfügt und das nächste externe Restaurant sich fast einen Kilometer vom Hotel befindet muss man entweder Wetterglück haben, dass der Gang zum Essen zu Fuss angetreten werden kann oder aber das Auto ist zu verwenden was die Wein zum Essen stark einschränkt. Essen im Zimmer ist strikte untersagt. Wir hatten das Glück, dass nach Dauerregen tagsüber am Abend etwas aufklarte, so dass wir zu Fuss essen gehen konnten.
Die Lage am Meer selber ist herrlich und die Strasse zwischen Hotel und Strand schlichtwegs nicht wahrnehmbar da so selten befahren. Das Zimmer verfügt über Alles was es braucht mit einer gewichtigen Ausnahme. Da wir unsere Reise immer kurzfristig und nach Lust und Laune geplant haben, waren wir auf ein funktionierendes Internet angewiesen. Auf unserer ganzen Reise habe ich so eine schlechte Verbindung vorher und nachher nie mehr erlebt! Ich würde das nicht so stark bewerten wenn auf der Internet Seite des Hotels "Internet haut débit wifi gratuit" stehen würde, was ich salopperweise als "Breitbandanschluss" interpretieren würde. Habe früh morgens einen Bandbreitentest durchgeführt mit schlappen 350 kBit/sec, tagsüber ist diese Bandbreite dann auf wenige Bits pro Sekunde geschrumpft was nur schon das Herunterladen von Emails verunmöglichte. Die entsprechende Meldung an der Reception wurde mit Bedauern entgegen genommen (ja in Carnac ist der Internet Anschluss schlecht...), dass auf der Internetseite Breitband versprochen wurde war dagegen unbekannt.

Solo estuvimos dos noches, pero es un hotel pequeño, para quedarse más tiempo.
decoración moderna y con mucho gusto, muy cómodo, muy limpio.
El desayuno estupendo y muy bien presentado en bufett.
La ubicación es estupenda al final de la gran playa, un poco retirado en una zona residencial. Está mirando al mar, pero en primera fila hay unas hileras de pinos.
La atención del hotel por parte de la recepción es inmejorable, tenemos que destacar toda la información que nos dio sobre Bretaña una recepcionista que hablaba español que mejor embajadora de Francia y de Bretaña no debe de existir.
En resumen es un hotelito tranquilo para recomendar y mejor escoger una habitación en segundo piso, las bajas son muy pequeñas.

Das Hotel ist in einer Toplage von Carnac, sehr ruhig gelegen ,weil es 2 km vom zentralen Geschehen liegt ,durch eine Steasse vom Meer getrennt!
Das Personal ist sehr nett,das Frühstück für 16€ auch total in Ordnung, die WLAN Verbindungen sind etwas lahm

Hotel di nuova realizzazione abbastanza anonimo situato nella parte finale e più tranquilla del lungo mare di Carnac. Per essere un 4 stelle, le camere sono pulite ma troppo piccole ed anguste, a differenza dei bagni che sono invece spaziosi e dotati di ogni confort. Avevamo prenotato una familiare per 4 persone ma nella seconda stanza, una volta aperto il divano letto, non c'era la possibilità di muoversi da una parte all'altra se non passando sopra il divano-letto.... Colazione continentale con possibilità di avere anche uova e pancetta buona ed abbondante.

All'estremità est della lunga e bella spiaggia di Carnac si trova il Churchill: hotel dalla pulizia impeccabile (sia in camera che nelle zone comuni come piscina, sauna e hammam), dalla tranquillità assoluta (davanti solo un campo di bocce e un parcheggio in pineta, e poi il mare).

tutte le camere hanno vista mare, sono piuttosto spaziose e con il bagno separato dalla camera da un vetro che ne aumenta la luminosità e leggerezza, letti molto comodi e spaziosi (non i comuni piazza e mezza francesi).
uso gratuito della piscina, della sauna e dell'hammam, mai affollati.
il sito internet non rende giustizia alla camera e alla posizione dell'hotel, le foto sono poco significative. consigliamo la proprietà di rivedere l'impostazione grafica e l'immagine del sito perché noi, nonostante le buone recensioni, pensavamo di trovare una cosa un po' pacchiana e fredda davanti a una spiaggia mediocre, e invece per fortuna non è vero!
