Our luxury penthouse, with valid rental licence, is located on the 2nd floor and is accessible by lift. It offers every comfort to relax after a day of sun, hiking, sports or shopping.

There is a flat-screen TV with satellite reception (including Dutch, Belgian and German channels), a DVD player, a Bluetooth music system and high-speed fibre-optic internet (up to 400 Mbps).

The two bedrooms each have two beds with lovely mattresses and air conditioning and can accommodate four people.

The living room has air conditioning and central heating. This, combined with the south-facing balcony, makes this penthouse ideal for winter use.

The kitchen is fully equipped with a fridge-freezer, induction hob, oven, microwave, Senseo coffee machine, kettle and washing machine. All standard household appliances are also provided.

On the 3rd floor (not accessible by lift) there is a shared roof terrace where you can relax and sunbathe. From here you can enjoy beautiful views over the Spanish countryside.

The penthouse is easily accessible for disabled persons thanks to the presence of a lift.

There is an enclosed parking space in the complex.

Villamartín Plaza, a 10-minute walk away, offers a choice of restaurants and bars, as well as daily shopping. It is lively all year round. You can walk for kilometres along the beautiful coastline.

For sunbathing, you can choose from several beautiful beaches (including La Zenia, Cabo Roig, El Capitán, Campoamar, etc.) and enjoy the cosy terraces of the beach bars from April to November. In Torrevieja (about 10 km away), you can stroll along the kilometres-long promenade and find many places of entertainment.

In the villages around Villamartín, you can visit a local market daily and shopping centres are also nearby.

For shopaholics... The largest shopping centre on the Costa Blanca, La Zenia Boulevard, is 4 km from our flat in La Zenia!

The cities of Murcia, Elche, Cartagena and Alicante are worth a visit. You will find several museums and monumental buildings. There are nature parks, water parks and zoos - in short, you won't be bored for a moment!

For golf lovers, there are numerous wonderful golf courses. The area is a true golfing paradise! The magnificent Villamartín golf course is just 500 metres from the complex. The Las Ramblas and Campoamar golf courses are less than 3 km away.

Villamartín is less than 40 minutes from Alicante Airport and 20 minutes from Murcia (San Javier) Airport. Ryanair, Vueling and Transavia fly regularly to Alicante from Rotterdam, Maastricht, Eindhoven, Weeze (Düsseldorf) and Amsterdam.
