Cassa Lepage Art Hotel Buenos Aires

This is not a place you want to stay at. I was assaulted at the entrance to this hotel while reviewing the menu for the restaurant. The assailant attacked me from behind shortly after I started reading this menu and after a brief, but very aggressive struggle, trying to remove my watch (nothing fancy or extraordinary), he finally left. Although this attempted robbery was not successful, I was left on the steps of the entrance to the hotel with a broken ankle. This attack toke place during a Sunday afternoon in plain view of the entrance employee of the hotel, who was not more than three yards away, but he did nothing to prevent this or otherwise intervene; some kind tourists and a wonderful local lady were much more helpful and concerned. The ambulance and police did not arrive until more than fifty minutes had passed, and then another twenty minutes to be transported to a nearby hospital. After this, I spent another five and half hour at the public hospital. The broken ankle is going to require extensive surgery. There are other places to stay at, that I am sure have more helpful staff. Avoid this hotel.

The person who immediately came to your aid after what happened was actually the hotel receptionist who left his workplace to help you. He is also the one who contacted the police and the ambulance, who gave you an ice bag for your leg until you received medical assistance, and who provided the video of what happened to the police. In that same video absolutely everything I am describing is clearly stated. Maybe you may have mistaken him for a tourist.

Unfortunately, our area is affected by the current incidents of insecurity that occur in different parts of the city of Buenos Aires, as well as those that could affect any cosmopolitan city.

Un lugar increíble... Donde podés apreciar el arte... Pasar un rato increíble.cuenta con patio externo. Además la edificación sufrió interveciones en su construcción... mucho arte y belleza en los materiales que usaron... La entrada es libre pero con inscripción previa

Nos resulta encantador ver relacionada la palabra "INCREÍBLE" en la definición de nuestro espacio que efectivamente reúne atractivos tales como nuestra galería de arte (con +50 obras de artistas argentinos contemporáneos en la muestra actual), la exquisita renovación arquitectónica de este edifico histórica que data de 1890, nuestras terrazas verdes que albergan +80 plantas nativas, entre otros más...

Tal como mencionas, la visita a la muestra actual de la galería consiste en un recorrido auto guiada al cual puede accederse en forma libre y gratuita con previa inscripción.

Hôtel plein de charme situé en plein centre du quartier San Telmo qui permet de découvrir la ville facilement.
Une décoration de très bon goût avec de jolis tableaux. On a l'impression d'être dans une maison particulière.
Bon accueil, chambre spacieuse et confortable, petit-déjeuner de qualité avec un bon service. Nous le conseillerons.

Alojarse en Cassa Lepage es una mágica aventura que se disfruta como un viaje a través del tiempo ya que simultáneamente una se remonta al pasado colonial mientras goza de tecnología de última generación. Las terrazas provocan una mixtura entre la urbanización moderna y una llovizna de jungla que rompe el cemento y relaja las tensiones ciudadanas. Por su ubicación tiene todo al alcance de la mano. El epicentro del poder, la city porteña, la creatividad de los artesanos. Y lo más valioso, el recuerdo imperecedero de la amistad y el trato de todo el personal, gente tan encantadora que hace difícil la despedida y acelera la premura del deseo de volver. Las habitaciones solariegas curan penas y fortalecen las ganas de vivir

Sehr schön restauriertes Haus, super gelegen, um vieles zu Fuß zu erkunden. Mein Zimmer war sehr groß mit einem sehr großen Bad. Ablagemöglichkeiten für ein paar Tage gerade so ausreichend. Der Wohnbereich war nicht wirklich ansprechend, da die Sofas nicht sehr hochwertig wirkten und vor allem (trotz der kurzen Nutzungszeit in diesem recht neuen Hotel) stark befleckt waren.
Das Zimmer zur Straße hin doch recht laut, was allerdings auch durch die sehr laute Klimaanlage übertönt wird.
Frühstück ist okay und lebt stark von der freundlichen Emsigkeit der einzigen weiß gekleideten Mitarbeiterin.
Die Mitarbeiter an der Rezeption zuvorkommend, Restauranttips so lala. Böses Erwachen vor allem bei der Vermittlung eines Taxis zum Fährhafen: mögliches Missverständnis, wobei der Preis bei Ankunft 10 Mal so hoch war wie der, den ich verstanden zu haben glaubte, der aber wesentlich näher an dem gewesen wäre, was ich auf der Straße erlebt habe. Der vom Hotel als "zuverlässiger" angepriesene "Sonderservice" war locker dreimal so teuer wie ein normales Taxi. Und der Fahrer wurde dann auch noch frech... Das ist kein Dienst am Hotelgast!

Vorstehendes werden wir in Bezug auf die Flecken überprüfen, um bei Übereinstimmung umgehend Abhilfe schaffen zu können. Alle unsere Zimmer haben spezielles Glas in ihren Fenstern, um Lärm zu reduzieren, aber wissen Sie, dass wir Innenräume haben, in denen wir Gäste mit größerer Geräuschempfindlichkeit ausfindig machen können.

Die Empfehlungen unseres Concierges orientieren sich an speziell ausgewählten Orten, die wir ausprobiert haben und die auch in den Bewertungen früherer Kunden eine hervorragende öffentliche Bewertung erhalten.

In Bezug auf das Missverständnis mit dem Wert der Überweisung erlauben Sie mir bitte klarzustellen, dass es vor Ort keine Möglichkeit gibt, einen 20-minütigen Transfer mit dem Taxi oder Privatauto für einen Gegenwert von fünfzig US-Cents (0,50 US-Dollar) durchzuführen. , Zumindest kann ich Ihnen mit Sicherheit sagen, dass dies in keinem Winkel unseres Landes vorkommt.

Excelente experiencia!!!! Hotel con inmejorable arte y arqueologia muy interesante!!! Habitaciones de primer nivel con detalles de objetos reciclados con un gusto finisimo y exquisito. Atencion del personal inmejorable! Desayuno en un lugar amplio y luminoso con exquisiteses. Terrazas espectaculares con plantas nativas. Altamente recomendable para una estadia en Buenos Aires.

El mejor hotel en el que he tenido el privilegio de alojarme en Buenos Aires. Hermoso edificio, y es más impresionante cuando entras, colmado de obras de arte e historia, cuenta con una galería y museo arqueológico. Las habitaciones y el servicio de alta calidad, todo en excelente condiciones. El personal fue súper amable y me brindaron una visita guiada para conocer el lugar, ideal para conocer, relajarse y disfrutar. Muy buena ubicación, el desayuno riquísimo y lo recomiendo 100% a todos.
