Le cleopatra est un excellent hôtel où il fait bon séjourner. Je le te recommande vivement ainsi que son spa. Les massages de Sem Sem sont fabuleux. A chacune de mes visites, je la demande car c’est un vrai moment de bonheur dont on ne se lasse pas.

Wir besuchen das Cleopatra Luxury Resort in Sharm El Sheikh mittlerweile zweimal im Jahr, und jedes Mal fühlen wir uns wie zu Hause. Es war jetzt unser fünfter Aufenthalt, und wir sind wieder absolut begeistert.

Das Personal ist einfach fantastisch – immer super freundlich, hilfsbereit und aufmerksam. Egal ob an der Rezeption, im Restaurant oder am Pool, jeder einzelne Mitarbeiter gibt sich unglaublich viel Mühe, um unseren Aufenthalt perfekt zu gestalten.

Das Essen ist erstklassig. Es gibt eine riesige Auswahl an Gerichten, sodass wirklich für jeden Geschmack etwas dabei ist. Von frischen Salaten über regionale Spezialitäten bis hin zu internationalen Köstlichkeiten – hier bleibt kein Wunsch offen.

Die Zimmer sind immer sauber und sehr komfortabel. Der Reinigungsservice arbeitet gründlich und zuverlässig, sodass man sich in den Räumen rundum wohlfühlen kann.

Wir können das Cleopatra Luxury Resort uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen und freuen uns schon jetzt auf unseren nächsten Aufenthalt! Für uns ist dieses Hotel wirklich ein zweites Zuhause geworden.

Perfekter Urlaub - 17. Mal und immer noch begeistert!

Wir haben zum 17. Mal unseren Urlaub im Cleopatra Luxury Resort Sharm El Sheikh verbracht und sind wieder absolut begeistert! Der Service war, wie immer, herausragend. Das Personal ist extrem freundlich, hilfsbereit und professionell. Sie haben uns das Gefühl gegeben, herzlich willkommen zu sein und sich um jedes Detail gekümmert.

Das Essen war ausgezeichnet – eine große Auswahl, geschmacklich hervorragend und immer frisch. Egal ob Frühstück, Mittag- oder Abendessen, es war für jeden etwas dabei. Besonders beeindruckend war die Vielfalt und die hohe Qualität der Speisen.

Unser Zimmer war stets sauber und ordentlich. Das Housekeeping-Team leistet tolle Arbeit und sorgt dafür, dass man sich richtig wohlfühlt.

Das Resort selbst ist wunderschön, sehr gepflegt und bietet zahlreiche Annehmlichkeiten. Es ist der perfekte Ort, um zu entspannen und sich verwöhnen zu lassen.

Wir kommen definitiv wieder und können das Cleopatra Luxury Resort jedem, der einen unvergesslichen Urlaub in Sharm El Sheikh erleben möchte, wärmstens empfehlen!

Sind aktuell im Hotel und es ist wie immer alles hervorragend.
Unser Zimmer ist direkt am Strand, sehr groß und sehr schön. Der Roomboy ist freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Zimmer werden jeden Tag sehr gründlich gereinigt und Handtücher getauscht.

Ein besonderes Lob geht an den Service, alle Mitarbeiter in den Restaurants, Bars, Strandrestaurant und dem Mitarbeiter der uns Getränke bringt am Strand. Sie sind alle sehr freundlich, immer bemüht es jedem recht zu machen, die Mitarbeiter machen so gut wie alles möglich. Wenn wir 10 Sterne für den Service geben könnten, würden wir das tun!!
Das Essen in allen Restaurants ist ausgezeichnet, es gibt ein große Auswahl am Buffet, beim Frühstück und Abendessen, definitiv ausreichend für jeden.
Abschließen können wir sagen, es ist alles hervorragend!!
Wir kommen definitiv wieder!!

Ho soggiornato al Cleopatra Luxury Resort insieme alla mia ragazza a inizio settembre 2024. Poco da dire, é stata un'esperienza che ricorderò grazie a tante sfumature. Il resort in sé é davvero piacevole, e per quanto è carina é come se la reception ti invitasse a non ritornare più in camera. Nel mio caso, era la 5005. Una nota di merito all'housekeeping che é riuscito, dedicandoci il suo tempo, a trasformare questa vacanza in un piccolo sogno durato 4 giorni. Prossima volta, almeno il doppio del tempo. Buonagiornata!

sono stato con la mia famiglia in vacanza al cleopatra dal 1 al 15 agosto nella stanza 3010 per la seconda volta a distanza di 8 mesi e confermo quanto di positivo della prima recensione e cioè buono il cibo al market restaurant ottimo il ristorante fellini e quello di pesce, ottima la pulizia degli spazi comuni e della camera e staff super disponibile e professionale come i baristi camerieri di sala in particolare Ahmed Hamdy, Medhat Samir, Hossam Hassan, Mina Merzik, Elsayd Mohamed, Ibrahim Abdel, Ahmad Abdallah e poi Omar Number One , una cosa che migliorerei è quella di sponsorizzare di più la discoteca presente nel resort perchè in tanti non la conoscono e non c'è nessuno ma è molto bella metterei degli animatori per invogliare ad andarci dalle 23 alle 02.00 ma per il resto ci ritornerei e lo consiglio a tutti

Famille Ukrainienne/Francaise, nous avons passé trois semaines dans votre hôtel et nous avons adoré ce nouveau séjour. Tout le personnel a été aux petits soins et super sympathiques et ce dès notre arrivée. Mohammed de l’accueil est très bon, les bagagistes au top. C’est un endroit parfait pour la famille, se reposer et s’amuser. Merci beaucoup pour tout.

Non so da che parte si trovi il luxory del nome dello stabilimento perché io di certo non l'ho visto.
Cibo davvero pessimo, di tutte i pranzi e cene che ho fatto lì non avevo mai o il bicchiere, o le posate o l'acqua non arrivava.
Camera sporca, la doccia piena di calcare, il tavolino del terrazzo mai pulito. Asciugamani della piscina impossibili da reperire (ho usato lo stesso per mare e piscina per una settimana). La porta della mia stanza era rotta, o rimanevo intrappolata dentro o si apriva da sola.
Nel far notare tutte queste cose ci si ritrovava davanti o a personale impreparato oppure a un "arriviamo" che non arrivava mai. Insomma assolutamente non luxory. Vi conviene bere solo acqua, tutte le bibite sono annacquate.

Es war das beste Hotel in Agypten das ich besucht habe. Besonders das Personal war ausgezeichnet. Immer ein Lächeln im Gesicht und zuvorkommen. Der Yuna, Mashir, Aiziz und die Bedienungen alle an der Poolbar. Das essen und Getränke im Glas, wie es sein muss.

Des vacances sur mesure avec un personnel adorable tant au bar qu au restaurant ou au ménage , faisant des efforts pour dire quelques mots en français. Toujours souriant malgré certains touristes désagréables.Nourriture excellente. Nous reviendrons l année prochaine.

Acabamos de llegar hoy de pasar nuestras vacaciones en Egipto, finalizando en el Hotel Cleopatra Luxury R Sharm. Es un hotel que no reponde para nada a las estrellas que le han otorgado, solo los jardines están al nivel.
-Animación: pobre y de bajo nivel
-Comida: baja calidad y escasa variedad. A veces teníamos que coger de otras mesas el servicio ( somos 5 miembros) por la falta de personal.
- Servicio: pésimo: tanto en el restaurante como en facilitar al huésped su estancia. La ducha no drenaba el agua, salía toda, la puerta de entrada no abría por completo, los enseres de higiene contados a mínimos e incompletos, sin plancha. Pedimos el picnic la noche anterior al día de hoy para la vuelta a casa ( 05:00 am ) y no lo hemos tenido preparado, todo y avisar por la mañana como nos indicaron.
Lo último y más triste por lo miserable, ha sido que en la habitación de mis hijos, a mi hija de 19 años, que dejó su monedero en la mesa con dos billetes de 50 euros ( suyos de su trabajo como estudiante) le han desaparecido. La pena es que nos hemos dado cuenta en casa….lamentable finalizar así …por el contrario, en el anterior Hotel el nivel ha sido excepcional y exquisito: Hotel Hyatt Regency al igual que en la moto nave Concerto, éste último se podría pensar que era más fácil que pasara y no ha sido igual!!!!!!!!!!!
En fin….como digo muy triste!!! Y no es el primer viaje que hacemos y NUNCA nos ha pasado nada parecido.

Gutes Hotel und nettes Personal. Zimmer immer sauber (Abd Allah und Yahyah haben immer alles sehr gut gereinigt), Sanitäranlagen nicht so hochwertig für den Preis. Außenanlage sehr großräumig und direkter Strandzugang top 👍 Am Steg Korallen und wunderschöne Fische zu sehen, Schnorcheln geeignet, aber nicht unbedingt weitläufig. Animations-Team unerfahren und sehr jung. Gut klimatisierte Räume.
Essen ist Geschmacksache, aber für uns war es zu wenig an Auswahl. Zu viel Hähnchen und wenig Gemüse. Vom Grill gab es nur so eine Art Hähnchen Buletten. Auf Salat haben wir verzichtet, teilweise Magenprobleme bekommen. Vom Hotel organisierte Ausflüge (Sun International) waren super und empfehlenswert.

Estuvimos en el Cleopatra Luxury Hotel de Sharm el Sheikh del 3 al 17 de agosto 2021.
Somos una familia de 5 integrantes: 2 abuelas, mamá, papá y una hija de 14.

LA LLEGADA
Impecable.
Nos recibieron de maravillas en el lobby del hotel con jugo de ananá.
Las 3 habitaciones estaban listas : upgrade a habitación con vista al mar (habíamos pedido vista al jardín). 2 habitaciones en planta baja con jardín y una en el primer piso.
Espaciosas, limpísimas, luminosas.
En la habitación había frutas, agua, pancitos varios y fiambre de bienvenida 😊.
El armario grande, el cuarto de baño lindo y cómodo.

LAS INSTALACIONES DEL HOTEL
Relindas!
Hotel más pequeño que los que conocemos en el Caribe (Mélia Caribe Tropical, por ejemplo), pero con el mismo servicio:
- Un gran lobby con aire acondicionado y un bar 24/7.
- Mucho verde
- 3 piscinas
- Música en una de ellas.
- Animación
- Reposeras y sombrillas en la piscina y la playa
- Caddy que te lleva a donde quieras dentro del hotel.
- El hotel tiene un restaurante general + un restaurante de playa + 2 restaurantes a la carta. El surtido es genial. No hay una gran variedad de frutas, pero la comida en general y los postres son perfectos!
- En el hotel hay un spa y una peluquería/manicuría/pedicuría. Quienes lo atienden son re-profesionales y amables! Los precios son negociables y terminan siendo correctísimos para el servicio que ofrecen.
- Hay un kiosco y 3 locales de regalería. Como Sharm el Sheikh no es peligros y es lindo para conocer, quizás te conviene salir para comprar cosas de super o regalos/souvenirs.

EL PERSONAL
Si tuviera que destacar el punto sobresaliente de este hotel, diría que es el personal que allí trabaja!
Voy a olvidar algunos nombres seguramente, pero en cada uno de los que mencione, irá nuestro agradecimiento para el resto del equipo:
SERVICIO DE CUARTO: ABDOU: qué amor de persona! Qué profesional! qué atento! Qué agradable! Ojalá les toque él (habitaciones 6000 a 6015). Cada día la habitación quedaba impecable, y Abdou respetaba nuestros horarios.
THE MARKET (desayuno, almuerzo, cena): todo el personal es amable, pero nuestro estimado MOHAMED estuvo SIEMPRE a nuestra disposición, al nivel de conocer nuestros gustos y esperarnos con las 5 bebidas correctas, las servilletas extra, la mesa siempre disponible para nuestra familia aunque en el restaurante hubiera mucha gente en ese momento. Todo con una sonrisa debajo del barbijo que todo el personal utiliza el 100% del tiempo !
FELLINI: los mozos de las 3 veces que fuimos al restaurante a la carta fueron un amor. Serviciales, rápidos. También salió el chef ítalo-egipico a saludarnos: qué gran cocinero!
BEACH GRILL: FIGOO, MOUSTAFA en la piscina y en la playa, el barman y el resto del equipo: unos genios! Todos amables, todos serviciales, trataron a nuestra reina de casi 80 años como tal: como una reina. Cada mediodía a su servicio, siempre con gestos y palabras amables. Almozat con vista al mar es divino!
PISCINA Y PLAYA: los chicos que arman las reposeras y las sombrillas, los guardavidas, excelentes profesionales y personas! Tan atentos a cada momento! Felicitaciones, y gracias!
ANIMACIÓN: viajamos con una adolescente de 14 años, a la que COCO del staff de animación se ocupó personalmente de presentarle una amiga de su edad para que sus vacaciones fueran aún más felices. Stretching con ANNA, Acqua Gym y Zumba con COCO, vóley en la playa, yoga, dardos, fiestas especiales y un show diferente cada noche (con un locutor que es un genio de la animación) hicieron que nuestra estadía en el Cleopatra fuera inolvidable!
BAR PILLI PILLI: para la merienda o después de la cena, ESLAM y sus compañeros siempre estarán a tu disposición; interesados, correctos, amables. Da gusto ir al bar que ellos manejan!
SPA: LOKA que ofrece los mejores masajes y ABDULLAH si querés hacerte trenzas o manicuría/pedicuría, van a asesorate de forma increíble! Hablan perfecto inglés y eso también es un placer. MARIA, la masajista se lleva también nuestras loas, hizo feliz a nuestra madre/suegra, cada vez que fue a verla por un masaje.
VIP, servicio de excursiones: MIMO fue nuestro asesor desde la llegada. Podés elegir entre quads, buggy, safaris, parasailing, tuba, banana, snorkelling y tantas otras excursiones de cielo, tierra y agua que no llegamos a hacer, pero que sonaban re-interesantes. Todo precio es negociable. El servicio es impecable, de principio a fin.
SHUTTLE: Cleopatra tiene servicio de transfer de y hacia el aeropuerto, Naama Bay y el Old Market. Tomalo con confianza. Son puntuales, amables, correctos y pagás al final de tu estadía.

CÓMO NOS SENTIMOS
Tristes de volver, aunque vivimos en Bretaña, que es una lugar donde amamos vivir.
Ya estamos haciendo planes para volver en 2022.
