Very bad experience! The hotel did not inform that the swimmingpool was closed, even though it was ready to be opened. All the group of 50 people were ready to enjoy the pool and it was denied. Also, very unhelpful and unfrienfly staff.
Lastly, they presented rotten fruit at dinner time. Never again!!!

Hemos pasado 3 días y...si es cierto que los renovaron en 2018 quizás en estos 5 años han cambiado mucho las cosas. No me quejo de la atención del personal de recepción, si me quejo de la mala equipación de la cocina. Me explico, el horario del desayuno es 7:30 a 10:30 cuando bajamos a las 9:00 el encargado del comedor nos dijo que no podíamos desayunar, el motivo, coincidimos con un grupo, un autocar y no nos podía ofrecer nada. Por eso mi queja sobre la equipacion de la cocina. Y otra queja más importante. El apartahotel es lo suficiente grande como para que un solo grupo por grande que sea, acabe con todas las existencias del comedor. He estado en otros establecimientos similares, y si el hotel no me podía ofrecer nada, al menos me podía hacer un café en mi "casa" por fortuna teníamos un bar cerca y pudimos desayunar.

Quite disappointing. We booked this hotel in Sevilla because of the pool, which was closed while it is 30/35 degrees Celsius during our stay. On the website it is mentioned that the pool is open seasonally, which in my opinion should be now with this temperature. If you want to enjoy a pool go in the centre, because they are open there. For the rest, clean place.
Had to take taxi’s however to go to the centre.

Posizione comoda per chi viaggia in auto, fuori si riesce a trovare parcheggio tranquillamente, far pagare un parcheggio in questa struttura per i clienti lo trovo assurdo! Noi eravamo giù con la stanza e in corridoio cera una gran puzza. Le camere sono grandi ed abbastanza pulito, la cucina comoda, ma se mettevano uno scolapasta e qualche piatto e posate in più sarebbe stato più comodo! La zona è tranquilla, lontana dal caos.

Petit appartement tranquille, la literie est très bonne, tout à fait satisfait de l accueil, réservation faite sur Booking et agréablement surprise du prix par rapport à la location, seul petit bémol, le parking....

Nel cibo c'era troppa cipolla e le lenzuola non venivano lavate e i bagni non venivano pulite abbastanza bene. Non era malissimo ma ci sono molte cose da migliorare. In più nella reception le persone non erano sempre disponibili.

-in 5 days of my stay you won't believe but I changed 3 rooms ! Because "room is booked for more days for other people". I can to visit my father who is working in Seville so you can imagine the amount of stuff I needed to take with me every time I changed the room...
- 1st room was the best of 3 rooms, but it smelled like old and dirty, walls are dirty, a lot of bugs running in the floor and walls. I wanted to take a bath but guess what, I found a lot of hair in it, rest of soap and shampoo from other clients, shower didnt worked well too. Not enough light at night in the room, outlets (most of them ) are not working. Only things I found great were the bed (comfortable and soft ) and conditioner that saves from this hell of weather (warm and hot)
-2nd almost the same, cleaning was not the best, woman in reception looks friendly and kind but when it comes to solve problems she will be stubborn and straight. Did you hear about "client is always right "? Well. Probably they didnt, my and my father's satisfaction are not in the 1st line.
-3rd room for now (about cleaning) is nice, smells like clean, bathroom scared me a little bit because of the non-existence of bathtub, it's all equipped for people with difficulties and only poor thing that put shower apart from toilet is a curtain.
+when I needed to transfer all the stuff from room to room nobody told me that they have a special car for that... only one maid probably felt sorry for my "walking " there around and told me about it.

CONCLUSION: listless personal, most of rooms are dirty and uncomfortable, the pool is okay, bar next to pool also, maids I think are not guilty about the dirt because personal only give them 30 min for cleaning, need to be fixed a lot of things and personal need to pay more attention to needs of their clients and their rooms or people just stop choosing their hotel.

Personnels très sympathiques.
Chambre et hôtel propre.
Cependant, je confirme le manque de vaisselle (strict minimum disponible), ainsi que les problèmes d’isolation phonique. Ça peut être vite compliqué quand l’hôtel est rempli....
Literie moyenne.
L’hôtel se situe dans un quartier résidentiel plutôt agréable avec un parc à proximité. Cependant, il faut compter 30min de marche pour rejoindre le métro.

Initial checking in seemed like hard work and no information given about anything. Room had zero extras, and NO KETTLE. Really?!
Pool Closed and nowhere to just relax in the sun. Only good thing was the room was clean. Just don’t bother staying here and save your money for something a lot nicer

I have never in all my years experienced such awful treatment, no you can’t have a KETTLE , No we have no where for you to sit and enjoy the sun ( 36 degrees) no sun loungers and NO THE POOL ISNT OPEN . I would never give 1pence of your hard earned money to this place , I unfortunately already have and I’m extremely annoyed ! It lacks any facilities, it lacks any care or attention towards its guests , it has nothing to offer , if I could give no star review, I would ,bad staff , running a lack luster, poorly managed , poorly equipped hotel , only good thing is it’s clean , apart from that it’s CRAP ! I’m so dissatisfied, and so disappointed That I genuinely don’t believe this place deserves any star rating at all .. please , please save the money you put away for your annual holiday and , save a little more and get a better experience .. this holiday apartment is worst than most pets get when mum and Dad go on holiday .. I’m British , I like a cup of tea or 2 , but your can’t have one because apparently they don’t supply kettles , nor hairdryers , not irons , nor sun loungers ... NOTHING ! , if you want to have s holiday near Seville , do it ! It’s a beautiful city with wonderful vibe and lovely people , just do it in a different hotel .. enough said ! Look elsewhere people ..

J ai vu assez de commentaire negatif mais j ai comme meme tenté ma chance et j avoue que j ai pas regretté:
-je voulais voyageais avec mes deux chats et sur tous les hotel ou appart hotel que j ai consulté seul cet endroit n a pas pris un prix additionel( d autre ont meme osé exigé 20euro de plus PAR chat et avec condition de les prendre a chaque fois que je sort! )
- un parking a 5euro , parking large et avec acces a l ascenseur
-un bus en face de l hotel chaque heure qui t emmene vers seville
- une piscine propre et entouree de gazon( on trouve ailleur que des piscine avec autour du ciment peint en vert)
-litterie propre et menage journalier
- equipe a la reception a l ecoute et tres sympa
- appart en 3ieme etage avec vu sur seville

Vraiment tout pourri cette hôtel, je n’est jamais vu sa , j’avais hâte de rentrer.
Déjà il nous on menti pour la distance entre l’aéroport et l’hôtel c’était à 4km hors c’était à 25min
- pour le ménage dans les chambres doit être fais tout les jours ce n’étais pas cas ! En plus pas aimable les dames de ménage.
- les matelas pas du tout confortable, ils nous a tuer le dos.
- le bruit vraiment horrible on entend tout chez tes voisins comme s’il étais avec vous dans l’appartement.
- dernier jour plu d’électricité à 0h00 il nous on changer de chambre sans nous aider bref je vais arrêtez.
Sérieusement ne venez pas dans cette hôtel vous allez être déçu.

Ottimo hotel per essere di 3 stelle con appartamento munito di tutto ciò che ti serve piscina spettacolare ed non è neanche così tanto lontano da siviglia io lo consiglierei per viaggi turistici, solo che bisogna noleggiare la macchina per muoversi

Zimmer zwar groß aber nicht besonders sauber
Hotelpersonal ist bemüht einem den Aufenthalt so gut wie es geht zu gestalten
Aber die Mängel häuften sich:
Uns wurde falscher Busfahrplan ausgehändigt, somit mussten wir über eine Stunde auf den Bus warten
Sonntag fuhr gar kein Bus und man musste einen 40 minütigen Fußweg zur Metro zurück legen
Küchenzeile ohne jegliches Inventar
mussten für Frühstücksgeschirr und Kaffee Maschine ( ital. Espresso Maschine, alt und verrostet) 10 Euro hinterlegen.
Pool war bei 35 Grad bereits geschlossen
WLAN, was eigentlich im gesamten Haus kostenlos angeboten wurde, funktionierte nur schlecht wie recht ( kaum)
Wenn mehrere Gäste ankamen ( Bus)
Hätte man kein warmes Wasser mehr

Ho alloggiato in questo aparthotel i primi di settembre per due notti, insieme al mio ragazzo. Posso dirmi pienamente soddisfatta. La posizione dell'hotel è strategica, in quanto Mairena è un paese interamente residenziale su una collina, perciò tranquillo e ventilato (a differenza della metropoli Siviglia). Ovviamente è comodo raggiungere Siviglia in pochi minuti se si dispone di un'auto.
Il nostro appartamento era spazioso e ampio, dotato di aria condizionata, letto a due piazze, due asciugamani per persona, angolo cottura con frigo e freezer. Le pentole e le stoviglie tuttavia non sono incluse e devono essere richieste in reception lasciando un deposito di 10 euro. Le pulizie erano regolari una volta al giorno. Quanto alla reception, per quanto ne abbia necessitato poco, mediamente disponibile.
L'hotel dispone anche di un giardino interno con una grande piscina e sdraio, docce e bar riservata ai soli clienti.

Stanza enorme pulita e accogliente, zona residenziale deliziosa a pochi km dal centro, consigliabile per chi ha un mezzo proprio. Piscina all'aperto ben curata. Uniche pecche niente prodotti da bagno e phon introvabile.

Ich war mit meiner Familie hier zu Beginn und zum Ende des Urlaubs an der Costa De La Luz. Würde ich noch einmal hier absteigen? Eher nicht. Das Hotel ist leicht zu finden, wenn man sich vorher über den Weg informiert hat. Zum Flughafen sind es 30 Minuten, wenn der Verkehr ruhig und 45 Minuten, wenn es ein wenig voller ist. Wir hatten eine Junior Suite. Das Zimmer war sauber, aber die Betten waren unkomfortabel, vor allem auf der Rückreise. Wie in anderen Kritiken schon erwähnt, kann man im Hotel nichts essen. In der Bar war nicht viel los, auch wenn die Preise ganz okay waren. Das Frühstück war durchschnittlich und sogar schlecht, wenn man es mit unserem 4-Sterne-Hotel an der Küste vergleicht. Ich weiß nicht so recht, warum dieses Hotel hier 4 Sterne hat, 3 Sterne kommen eher hin. Auf der Rückreise haben wir uns noch Sevilla angesehen und die Informationen, die wir im Hotel bekommen hatten, waren nützlich und leicht zu verstehen. Insgesamt würde ich hier auch nicht absteigen, wenn ich mir Sevilla ansehen wollte, denn es liegt zu weit außerhalb und man braucht ein Auto. Vielleicht für eine Nacht, wenn man in Sevilla übernachten muss, aber es liegt auch ein Stück vom Flughafen entfernt.

Ich übernachtete in diesem Hotel, um nahe am Flughafen zu sein, da ich einen frühen Flug hatte. Das Hotel, in dem ich die Nächte davor war, war genauso weit vom Flughafen entfernt! Die Hotellobby sah großartig aus, aber dort befand sich auch alles! Der Computer mit Internet-Zugang, das „Restaurant“, die Rezeption. Daher war es dort immer laut und voll, wie in einer amerikanischen Mall. Das „Restaurant“ existierte eigentlich nicht, es bestand nur aus ein paar Plastiktischen mit einem Flachbildfernseher, auf dem die ganze Zeit spanisches Fernsehen an war. Man bekam dort ein Omelette oder eine Aufbackpizza. Das wäre mir normalerweise egal gewesen, wenn es in der Umgebung Restaurantalternativen gegeben hätte, aber in beide Richtungen gab es für mindestens eine halbe Stunde nichts. Keine Geschäfte, keine Sehenswürdigkeiten, keine Restaurants. Nur ein „nobles“ Viertel, wo man außer Toren nichts sehen konnte. Das Zimmer hatte eine schöne Größe und sah auch ganz okay, aber die Wanne hatte in beiden Zimmern, in denen ich dort war (ich wechselte das Zimmer wegen des Lärms), Schimmel. Die Fußböden waren aus Marmor, warum es sehr kalt war, aber vielleicht ist gerade das in heißeren Monaten ganz nett. Und dann war auch noch der Pool geschlossen.
