Hermoso lugar, habitaciones muy cómodas y limpias, una piscina muy linda con estatuas de mármol y una arquitectura única. Fuimos atendidos por Rakesh el cual fue muy amable y estuvo pendiente de todo lo que necesitamos, la comida fue deliciosa con un show de música en vivo

El hotel es hermosismo y el servicio de primera. Es un verdadero palacio, el lobby es impactante y tienen 3 albercas y un spa espectacular.

Las habitaciones son enormes y muy cómodas y bonitas, todo es de lujo teníamos hasta tina !

El restaurante es muy bueno y el servicio de los meseros es excelente, en el desayuno buffet especialmente fueron muy amables Ankt, Sahil y Seroj!!

Sin duda volveremos nos ha encantado todo!

La atencion es practicamente perfecta. Excelente comida. Excelente suite. En resumen: todo muy bien.
La recepcion parecia, inicialmente, algo negligente pero fue una falsa alarma. Ambiente relajante. Desayuno a la carta y el menu degustacion de la cena, extraordinario.

La struttura è molto bella. Un po’ isolata e su una strada a scorrimento veloce. Tanto personale, come dappertutto in India, e servizio molto attento e veloce. La camera un po’ datata e non trasmette un senso di pulizia, il livello è molto alto per la clientela indiana ma per noi europei un quattro stelle scarso. Abbondante e varia la colazione, molte pietanze indiane ma anche dolci e cappuccino

Me sentí toda una maharaní visite Jaipur una ciudad espectacular, pero quería regresar a disfrutar este hermoso lugar y me sentía como en mi casa todo el personal lo mejor de lo mejor, te reciben como nadie y todas las insta io es y comida de primera, mi habitación muy grande y bonita y todo lo manejas desde tu cama con una caja de botones, las comidas deliciosas el buffet tiene comida hindi e internacional y todo tan cuidado que ya quiero regresar ..

Excelente todo, el servicio la gente es muy muy amable, las instalaciones, la alberca el lobby, la habitación es de un Maharana con una tina de baño muy bonita, la cama confortable y la caja de luces y aire acondicionado para que todo sea desde la comodidad de tu cama. Te reciben como solo en la India saben hacer, los alimentos muy buenos y hay balance para los que no comemos tanta picante, y el pan de ajo delicioso. Les recomiendo al 100% el hotel felicitaciones a la gente que me atendió Firuza mi niña bonita en las cenas, el Se Radha, Sonam, Saroj y en general a todos siempre una sonrisa y un namaste.

Ich habe wie eine Königin gefühlt, ganz besonders die Begrüßung, unglaublich und wunderbar. Es war meine erste Erfahrung so eine Welcome ceremony mit music, alle wie Königinnen und Könige empfangen. Abbiamo soggiornato due giorni in questo Hotel durante un viaggio in Rajasthan. La location è bellissima, appena fuori dalla confusione di Jaipur (10 minuti di auto o tuc tuc dal centro storico e da Amar Fort).
L’ambiente è molto curato ed elegante, presenta il meglio dell’architettura tradizionale del Rajasthan con alcune integrazioni europee come gli splendidi lampadari della lobby importati dal Belgio. Le camere sono arredate in stile tradizionale, ampie ed estremamente pulite. I bagni sono un po’ datati ma perfettamente funzionanti. I letti super comodi. Il ristorante è eccellente, sia i piatti indiani (laal mas, pollo taandori e dal superlativi) ma soprattutto per quelli occidentali (il pollo stroganoff e il pollo ripieno di ricotta e spinaci, ma anche la pizza margherita) che sicuramente sono stati gli unici in tutto il rajasthan ad avere i sapori corretti, come se fossimo in Italia (anche la pizza). Quindi menzione speciale per lo chef, che è Indiano ma padroneggia completamente gli ingredienti e le tecniche di cucina occidentali. Il conto è un po’ più alto della media, ma è assolutamente allineato alla qualità.
Ma il vero punto di forza dell’hotel è lo staff:
- parlano tutti un inglese corretto e perfettamente comprensibile (una rarità anche in altri hotel super top in cui siamo stati)
- super proattivi e attenti alle esigenze del cliente (ad esempio ci hanno spento l’AC al ristorante perchè mia moglie aveva freddo)
- estramente cortesi
- si intrattengono a dialogare con gli ospiti, con curiosità e condivendo le loro esperienze
Insomma, ti senti senti coccolato come a casa!!
Se andate a Jaipur scegliete questo hotel senza esitazione!!

Servizio eccellente, la cordialità di tutto il personale è encomiabile, sempre gentile e disponibile. La struttura è di alto livello e ricorda in tutte le sue forme la residenza di un maharaja, con una cura dei dettagli particolarmente attenta. Abbiamo ricevuto un graditissimo upgrade che ha reso la nostra permanenza nella struttura ancor più piacevole. Il Sig. Chacko Mammen Kannanmalil (General Manager) ci ha accolto con tutti gli onori facendoci sentitr a nostro agio e preoccupandosi di ogni piccolo dettaglio. Anche il Sig. Sidharth ha curato ogni nostra richiesta con la massima attenzione e professionalità. In sintesi, in questa struttura tutto è superlativo. ho soggiornato per cinque giorni in questo splendido hotel,ospite di amici che hanno celebrato in loco il proprio matrimonio. Location spettacolare, ampi saloni e camere dotate di ogni comfort. Giardini esclusivi e spettacolari frequentati da simpatiche scimmie e meravigliosi scoiattoli. Piscina olimpica tra statue in marmo di elefanti e leoni. Cibo in classico stile indiano vario e buono, possibilità di consumare alcolici. Massaggi e vari altri servizi puntuali e soddisfacenti. Personale molto cordiale e preparato. Un plauso particolare al food and beverage manager Rameshwar Darjee, gentile e preparato, sempre pronto a spiegarmi i piatti che mangiavo e a consigliarmi le prelibatezze della tradizione, ottimi i suoi cocktail.

Wir haben zu dritt eine Nacht im Shiva Vila übernachtet und hatten eine unvergessliche Zeit! Der Empfang war sehr herzlich mit traditioneller Musik und Blumenkranz. Das Zimmer war geschmackvoll eingerichtet und sehr komfortabel.
Bei dem Abendessen-& Frühstücksbuffet war für jeden etwas dabei (überwiegend indische Küche).
Der Service war sehr zuvorkommend. Wir hatten anfangs ein Problem mit dem Warmwasser, was aber schnell vom Personal behoben wurde. Unser Highlight war die Führung durch das Hotel mit dem Hotelmanager am Abend, bei der er uns einiges über das Gebäude sowie dessen Geschichte erzählt hat Alles in allem ein sehr angenehmer Aufenthalt.
Man muss bei diesem Hotel jedoch beachten, dass es etwas außerhalb von Jaipur liegt. Dafür hat man aber deutlich bessere Luft als in der Stadt sebst! Mit dem Taxi/Riksha ist man in circa 20-30 Minuten im Zentrum.

Buongiorno, ho pernottato in questo albergo il 13 e 14 novembre 2019.
Tanto fasto, poca sostanza.
Vecchio, stanze poco luminose bagni sporchi, lenzuola sporche, disagio per il ristorante sito a 300 Mt dall hotel. Poca preparazione da parte del personale di sala...
L unico pregio è da riconoscere ai ragazzi estremamente gentili che hanno cercato di alleggerire il disagio con sorrisi e gentilezza.
Spero che migliorino il servizio perché le 5 stelle sono assolutamente ingiustificate

Un hôtel digne des milles et une nuit, une chambre ainsi qu'une salle bain immenses, un accueil digne des plus grands, un personnel efficace et aux petits soins, un restaurant excellent avec la visite du chef à la fin du dîner. La propreté à tous les niveaux. Les extérieurs sont magnifiques et les éclairages de nuit un régal pour les yeux. Hôtel impressionnant, et personnel sympa et aux petits soins. Ambiance à la fois exotique, luxueuse et digne d’un palais de maharadjah. Expérience sensationnelle garantie. Le repas fantastique avec la variété et all mass est la quelques choses à ne pas louper. M. Chacko ( GM) étais en personne pour nous accueillir et présenter en détaille chaque aspect de l’hôtel.

Un bel établissement, dans le style, mais qui manque d’entretien. Peinture abîmé dans les escaliers, fiante de pigeon sur l’accès piscine, etc...
À l’arrivée dans l’hôtel l’accueil est parfait avec collier de fleur et petit serviette humide pour se rafraîchir le visage. Le personnel est très attentif et disponible, nous en attendons pas moins pour un 5 étoiles.
En revanche, toujours dans cette catégorie d’établissement nous avons regretté le fait de ne pas avoir de service pour rejoindre la ville de Jaipur à 15 min de voiture, on nous a proposé de prendre le bus!!! Pour faire venir un taxi ça a été tout une histoire.
La suite que nous avions était bien, la literie confortable, la Salle de bain, bien que perfectible sur l’étanchéité de la douche était spacieuse et complète.
En revanche, pour allumé les lumières, c’est vraiment pas pratique, il y a une espèce de console sur la table de nuit et sur un petit table, vraiment pas pratique de soir quel bouton allume quoi, du coup nous étions obliger de tout allumer et éteindre pour y arriver.
Dans l’ensemble l’établissement est satisfaisant, mais il ne faut pas avoir envie de bouger car c’est compliqué.
J’ai enlever 2 étoiles à cause du problème d’entretien de l’établissement, de la difficulté à rejoindre le centre ville depuis cet établissement, mai aussi de la réponse apporté par le responsable qui nous demande de prendre le bus...
