Sunrise Montemare Resort

Resort magnifico, ottima ospitalità, cibo molto vario e di qualità, impossibile non trovare qualcosa di proprio gradimento. Pulizia impeccabile e personale sempre a disposizione. Il ristorante della spiaggia è comodo per chi vuole godersi il mare senza interruzioni. La barriera corallina è facilmente raggiungibile con una passerella ben curata. Ogni camera dispone di un piccolo giardinetto ed essendo un resort a scalare, la vista mare è sempre assicurata. Per chi ha bimbi c'è pure una piscina con giochi e scivoli, mentre per chi vuole privacy c'è piscina solo per adulti con idromassaggio. Il verde del villaggio poi è curato con gran passione e gusto. Resort da consigliare sicuramente.

Das Personal ist super. Direkt bei unserer Ankunft wurden wir respektvoll begrüßt. Besonders aufmerksam finde ich Mr Mustafa. Sehr kinderlieb und hat uns alle Fragen immer beantwortet. Er hat ein super Service Team und arbeitet mit seinen Mitarbeitern , trainiert sie immer wieder und das finde ich in diesem Hotel super. Super Team. Ich war schon in vielen Hotel ins Sharm El Sheikh , doch der Service war nie so top wie in diesem !!!! Im Restaurant haben wir jeden Tag frische Säfte an den Tisch bekommen und wir wurden immer bedient. Was ich jeden Abend auch super gut fande , war das arabische Brot von der lieben Frau , die das frisch zubereitet hatte …
Eine sehr liebevolle Frau , die ich aufjedenfall wieder sehen möchte. Das Personal wird geschult und das merkt man an diesem Hotel sehr . Die Cocktails haben mir zum ersten Mal geschmeckt in Ägypten. Top Hotel und wir kommen im August wieder:) Danke an das tolle Team .

Siamo stati in questo resort , con una bella comitiva di amici, nella settimana a cavallo tra fine aprile ed inizio maggio. Abbiamo alloggiato in bellissime camere con piscina privata e ci siamo rilassati e divertiti sulla spiaggia di sabbia fina del resort , godendoci l’incantevole mare di Sharm. Tutto il personale si è dimostrato gentile e disponibile ma una menzione particolare va a Chef Mohamed (eccolo nella foto con alcuni di noi) che ci ha coccolato e ha soddisfatto ogni nostra esigenza con grande cordialità e professionalità.

Tutto perfetto, tutto 5 stelle, trattamento, posizione, cibo, pulizia, piscine, spiaggia, spazi, colori e c'è pure un campo da calcetto in sintetico bellissimo e un veicolo che eventualmente ti trasborda nei vari punti del resort! ma cosa si può desiderare di più! viaggiato con la famiglia e ci siamo trovati tutti molto bene

Siamo stati nel periodo dal 2 marzo al 9 marzo 2024 . Accoglienza pessima la prima cosa nel sito era scritto che parlavano più lingue ma in realtà solo inglese. Io li ho proposto 3 lingue italiane, tedesco, e Russo. nessuna di queste 3 sapeva parlare alla reception,siamo arrivati la sera hanno fatto aspettare tantissimo per la camera alla fine Hanno dato una camera con 2 letti singoli separati senza lettino per bambino ,noi eravamo in 2 adulti+ bambino siamo rimasti stupiti da questa accoglienza in un hotel di 5 stelle , poi hanno cambiato dal mal in peggio ! La camera vecchia sul piano terra vista ricinto invece vista giardino come abbiamo prenotato, con puzza di fogna in bagno orribile, ma al meno letto matrimoniale + lettino singolo, e ci sono state tante lamentele per questo motivo da altri ospiti, hotel ha pieno di zanzare abbiamo dovuto andare a comprare prodotti per zanzare perché non si poteva dormire in camera. Vacanza rovinata!!!
Ristorante piccolo ci sono file per mangiare, mangiare insomma diciamo ……non ti fanno morire di fame.
Animazione solo di giorno la sera noia .
Quello che era bello di questo hotel è la spiaggia e la barriera corallina , piscina e animazione di giorno . Baby club è una stanza piccola non è accogliente noiosa . Le sorprese di incompetenti della receptionisti non è finita qui dopo qualche giorno mi scrivono dallà reception che devo passare.. passo a reception loro mi dicono sicome ho anche cittadinanza italiana devo pagare la differenza di più della tariffa quindi mi chiedevano altri soldi quando mio soggiorno era già pagato. Sono ladri incompetenti quindi con questo mi hanno fatto capire che italiani pagano di più rispetto altri nazioni. ? Comunque quando prenotate questo hotel non prendete la camera vista giardino a piano terra altrimenti vi aspetta la vista ricinto come in carcere il muro di prossimo palazzo e tante zanzare. Siamo stati anni scorso in Pick Albatros Palace abbiamo pagato di meno di questo ma la qualità che ti da Albatros Palace non si Po paragonare con questo hotel vecchio rinovato a pezzi né per mangiare, né per camere,ne per professionalità di recensionisti , parlano quasi tutti in italiano e altre lingue .

Sono stata davvero molto bene. Il resort é molto grande ben fatto, realizzato con buoni materiali. Il personale addetto alle pulizie e i giardinieri sono sempre attivi tutto é curato e pulito. Ma in generale tutte le persone con le quali mi sono interfacciata, che lavorano li, sono adorabili e sempre pronte ad aiutarti e/o soddisfare le tue esigenze. Ci sono molti ristoranti, il buffet é ricco e le pietanze sono molto buone, soddisfa tutti i gusti.
In spiaggia si può fare il bagno a riva e stare in battigia, purché non si calpesti la barriera. Se invece si vuole vedere bene i pesci e la barriera si può fare il bagno dal molo.
C'é un angolo con dei giochi per bambini come altalene, scivolo, un gioco di arrampicata.. piccolino, ma molto utile!
La camera che mi hanno dato, per me era davvero in un ottima posizione. Era spaziosa con il terrazzo e bel letto grande. In camera avevamo ogni cosa di cui potessimo avere bisogno.
Tornerò sicuramente!

Das Resort ist gut geplant, die Animation sehr abwechslungsreich. Und für die Kids wird sogar ab und an eine Schaumkanone genutzt. Musik ist morgens eher positiv motivierend und dann ab Mittag eher entspannend. Die Anlage liegt an einem Riff. M.E ist es kein richtiger Strand - eher große rutschige Steine die die Riffoberseite säumen mit vielen kleinen Seesternen die dort das Leben genießen . (ca. 25- 40 cm Tiefe, an dem hell blauen Wasser zu erkennen). Bis zur Riffkante sind es vllt 20 m dann fällt das Riff schlagartig ab - DORT kann man dann auch schwimmen - aber: kann kann dort nicht zu fuß hin - man muss die Brücke nutzen um dann über die 3 Treppen ins Tiefe Wasser zu gelangen. Für Taucher und Schnorchler TOP - für Strandlliebhaber (ich) leider nichts. Dennoch: die Fische sind schön zu beobachten.
Der Hotelservice ist super, und die Baristas und Cocktail-Supporter (Mahmoud & Abdo & Rashad& Khaled & Mohamed)
Der Zimmerservice überrascht mit Geburtstagsarrangements (sofern man das bekannt gibt) und bereitet das Zimmer einfach toll vor.
Das Resort ist sehr groß, und die einzelnen Zwischenbereiche/Hauptbereiche sind nur über Treppen/Aufgänge zu erreichen (kann problematisch für geh-eingeschränkte Menschen sein). Positiv: dafür gibt es aber einen kleinen Golfkart-Shuttle, der die einzelnen Stops regelmäßig anfährt und einsammeln, wer dort wartet.
Uns ist kein Wunsch unerfüllt geblieben. Und es war ein definitiv toller Aufenthalt. 🫶🏻

Zum Punktabzug hat geführt:
- Der Kaffee der zum Frühstücksbuffet serviert wird verdient nicht den Namen Kaffee - einfach nur miserabel. - Alternativ muss man zu einer Bar gehen und sich dort guten Kaffee machen lassen - der Service weiß das und rät auch dazu auf Tee, Wasser, Cappuccino oder Kakao auszuweichen.
- Vor unserem Treppenaufgang standen während des ganzen Aufenthaltes 3 Matratzen hochkant gegen eine Wand gelehnt - die hätte man auch anders positionieren können - so jedenfalls sah es aus wie ein Hintereingang. - Kann aber optimiert werden und bleibt hoffentlich kein Dauerzustand.
Was ich ebenfalls als nachteilig empfand war: bei der Abreise wurde jeder aus meiner Gruppe hartnäckig gebeten eine Bewertung abzugeben bei der uns gesagt wurde was wie zu raten sei - Darauf basiert dann auch das Rating bei Booking.com - besser als beim Marriott (die keinen dazu drängen zu Bewerten). Das Resort möchte an der Spitze mitspielen, kann es aber nicht - dazu fehlt einfach die Performance bei den Buffets, der öffentlichen/frei zugänglichen WC's, und des Check-Outs - Also wenn schon rating - dann sollte es auch ehrlich sein.

Fazit ist dennoch gut: sauberes Hotel, schöne Anlage, super nettes Personal, toller Service aber eben auch: Optimierungsbedarf. Dennoch würde ich es wieder in Betracht ziehen beim nächsten Mal.

Bel hôtel, très propre et bien situé bénéficiant d'une plage privée. Il est possible de nager et de faire du snorkelling à partir d'un ponton. Beaucoup de piscines différentes et chauffées en hiver. Nous avions pris des chambres avec accès direct à la piscine semie privée à débordement. Elles étaient très chouettes et la vue était très belle. Facilité d'accès à tous les équipements de l'hôtel par des navettes. La nourriture est très variée mais de qualité moyenne. Les plats locaux sont très bons, le reste un peu moins.

Es war wieder eine wunderschöne Zeit die wir im Sunrise Montemare Grand Select Hotel verbrachten. Alles war ausgezeichnet. Alle Mitarbeiter waren stets freundlich und hilfsbereit.
Unsere Suite war großzügig eingerichtet und verfügt über alle Pflege Produkte. Vielen Dank auch an den Restaurant Manager Herrn Ezzat und seinen vielen netten und hilfsbereiten Mitarbeiter diese uns täglich mit immer frischen, abwechslungsreichen und leckeren Speisen und Getränken versorgt haben. Wir freuen uns auf unser nächstes kommen und danken allen Mitarbeiter vom Reinigungspersonal, Kellner bis zum Manager die immer und stets ihr bestes gaben.

Cet hotel de la chaîne sunrise présente des qualités et pas mal de défauts.
Un personnel très sympathique dans son ensemble, une restauration très bonne,avec peut etre le restaurant egyptien, un peu en dessous des autres.
Un service au self ,ainsi qu aux restaurants à la carte et à la piscine sous le selfs,excellents.
Hélas, des points négatifs
Des spectacles le soir ,très courts et sans intérêt
Un service au bar près de la réception quasi inexistant ainsi qu au bar près de la grande piscine animée
Des chambres vieillissantes, très bruyantes au bloc d suite aux travaux à proximité
Pour ces raisons, nous ne reviendrons plus dans cet hotel,le rapport qualité prix étant mauvais

Leider sehr wenige deutsch sprechende Gäste. Animation könnte besser. Nach der Animation war nicht mehr viel los an der Bar. Bedeutet Ruhe ab 22 Uhr. Hotelanlage sehr schön und gepflegt. Service gut.

Lujo, comodidad y atención en todos los detalles. Amplio, nuevo, con todos los servicios que se pueden necesitar. Muy buena comida que cambia cada día y cuatro restaurantes para ir cambiando. Piscinas enormes y cuidadisimas, una de ellas con agua caliente. Las habitaciones de lujo silenciosas y muy discretas que te parece que estas sólo. Desde luego que repetiría porque lo bueno no cansa. Y mención especial para el personal, atento y amistoso.

Estuvimos en este resort 5 días, desde el primer momento la atención es espectacular. complejo muy limpio, cuidado hasta el último detalle.TODO el personal encantador, nunca ves una mala cara, la comida del Buffet riquísima, una gran variedad y cuidado producto. aquí todo es perfecto. La animacion muy bien. para repetir sin duda. un perfecto oasis en el desierto
