If you don't like sandy beaches, you can of course also go directly to the sea near the house. Just a few metres and you can jump into the sea. A cycle path leads along the sea to Stoupa. Bicycle hire in Agios Nikolaos, almost around the corner.
Agios Nikolaos is 2 km away. There you will find many tavernas and restaurants of all kinds. The still active small fishing harbour is particularly picturesque. You can drink your coffee there in the morning and wait until the fishermen arrive with their boats at around 10 a.m. to buy the fish from the boat.
Swimming - diving - horse riding - hiking and cycling. Everything in the immediate vicinity. Guided tours are also available.
You can also visit and explore caves on your own on foot from here.
You can hike from the house or climb directly into the mountains.
About the house
There are 3 terraces at the house. Pool terrace - sun terrace on the upper floor. A place of tranquillity, a natural terrace for reading and writing, or even yoga at the top of the mountain.
The private pool is right in front of the terrace. The dimensions are 8x4 metres. The depth is between 60 cm and 160 cm.
You reach the studio via a spiral staircase. A glass structure between the house and the rock. You can also spend the night there in summer. Easel, hand basin, dry WC, table and bed.
On the ground floor there is the living room, the kitchen, the covered outdoor dining area with its own gas cooker, a lounge terrace, a small shower with WC and a bedroom.
Upstairs there are a further 2 bedrooms, a large bathroom with bath, 2 showers and WC.
The house is approx. 20 years old and, as is necessary in Greece, is constantly maintained
