Modern holiday home with terrace and balcony, quietly located in a holiday complex with a communal swimming pool and close to the beach.

The house is located about 900 m outside the centre on a hill, very quietly situated at the end of a side street with little traffic within a holiday complex. The beach - with white sand and sheltered bays - is approx. 1000 m away.

The holiday home has two large bedrooms on the first floor, each with fitted wardrobes. There is a double bed in one room and two single beds in the other. The double bedroom is equipped with an additional satellite TV and has two sliding glass doors to the balcony, which offers a view of the sea across several houses in the holiday complex. The balcony of the single room invites you to linger with a view of the volcanic landscape. The large bathroom is also located on the first floor, between the two bedrooms. It is equipped with a bathtub/shower, bidet, WC, washing machine and hairdryer. There is another room on the ground floor with two single beds and a desk. There is also a spacious wardrobe. The modern kitchen with fridge/freezer, cooker with ceramic hobs, microwave, toaster etc. is also on the ground floor. Next to this is the cosy living room, which has access to the terrace. Here, guests can watch a range of German, English, Spanish, French and Italian TV programmes on Smart TV. They also have the option of using the Wi-Fi internet connection. There is also a small bathroom on the ground floor with a floor-level mosaic-tiled shower, washbasin and WC.

There is a dining table with six chairs on the terrace, as well as six sun loungers with comfortable cushions. A parasol provides the desired protection. A large and a small communal swimming pool, 100 metres from the house, invite young and old to enjoy themselves every day! Please note that this is a non-smoking house! A stone barbecue is available in the garden by the terrace.

The beach is easily accessible via a paved footpath. There are several sheltered bays here, protected from the waves, making it ideal for children. There are several restaurants close to the beach and a large supermarket.

Golf enthusiasts can indulge their passion on the two nearby golf courses! Tennis court two kilometres away. There are plenty of places to go out in Caleta de Fuste (one to two kilometres). The excursion destinations are very varied, such as Corralejo (white sand dunes), Costa Calma, Jandia. There is an animal and plant park in La Lajita. A hire car is recommended.
