The spacious, luxurious 2-room flat (approx. 75 m2) with a kitchen, the living/dining room on the ground floor and the bedroom on the upper floor offers an unobstructed view of the mountains to the south. Few materials are used: Bergell granite for floors and side panelling, larch, glass and the typical Engadine smooth wall plaster. The furnishings are modern. The underfloor heating provides a pleasant, cosy warmth.
The large balcony offers a clear view of the Corvatsch and Piz Margna and invites you to read and relax. The flat is designed for two people. Broadband Internet connection (WLAN or network cable), satellite TV, radio, shower, ski room and a heated garage are available.
If you walk out of the front door, you are immediately on hiking trails or the cross-country ski run. The Furtschellasbahn cable car is 10-15 minutes away, the Volg shop about 5 minutes and the post office about 10 minutes. With public transport included, you can reach your favourite destinations from Maloja to Cinuos-chel and Spina to Alp Grüm.

The four flow trails on the Corviglia provide the right flow. The lakes of the Upper Engadin are also popular with sports enthusiasts. Kitesurfing, sailing, windsurfing, stand-up paddling: the possibilities are almost endless. The expanse of the inspiring high valley can be experienced in a particularly impressive way on the two 18-hole golf courses in Samedan and Zuoz. And in addition to the wide range of sporting activities on offer, there are also first-class cultural attractions such as a visit to the museum or the numerous art galleries in the various villages.

In winter, 350 kilometres of the finest pistes in the Corviglia, Corvatsch and Diavolezza ski areas and the family-friendly Zuoz invite you to enjoy true skiing and snowboarding fun. Cross-country skiers will find over 220 kilometres of groomed trails in the Upper Engadine and the side valleys. The winter hiking trails and cross-country ski trails on the frozen lakes of the Upper Engadine sparkle with light, sunshine and vastness in the midst of an inspiring mountain world. Those who want to enjoy the tranquillity and beauty of the snow-covered forests can hike along the 150 km of winter hiking trails in the side valleys of Val Roseg, Val Fex or Val Bever, while those who prefer an overview can enjoy breathtaking views on the panoramic hiking trails high above the lakes on Muottas Muragl.

Families can enjoy the Engadin sunshine on a carriage ride into Val Roseg or Val Fex, or toboggan down into the valley on the 4.2 km long, winding Muottas Muragl toboggan run.

Writers such as Nietzsche, artists such as Beuys and musicians such as David Bowie have been inspired by the fantastic expanse and this magical light and have contributed to Sils being considered THE cultural centre in the Engadin today. Guests from all over the world and the locals proudly and with good reason refer to Sils as a place of energy and power. This is because particularly high "Bovis values" have been measured here.
Idyllically nestled between Lake Sils and Lake Silvaplana, the village lies at the gateway to the romantic Fex Valley and is the perfect starting point for walks in the vastness of this sun-drenched landscape. In winter, the Fex Valley is best explored by horse-drawn sleigh.
If you want to go higher, you will find a variety of hiking and mountain tours on the local mountain, Furtschellas. And a trip on Lake Sils with Europe's highest scheduled boat is a particularly impressive way to enjoy the mountain scenery.
Sils is also a perfect starting point for winter hikes and cross-country skiing tours through the expanse of frozen lakes, which nestles snugly against the local mountain, Furtschellas. From here, you can quickly get even higher up - to Corvatsch with the highest mountain station in the Eastern Alps (3303 metres above sea level). And from there, 120 pretty sporty kilometres of pistes lead back down into the valley.
