LA PERLA DI SICILIA

The beautiful small bungalow park La Perla di Sicilia consists of a total of 9 detached bungalows and is located directly on a golden sandy beach that slopes gently into the sea, on one of the most beautiful stretches of coastline in Sicily.

The town centre and numerous beach bars are just a few metres from the bungalow park.

Numerous excursion routes and other sandy beaches are very close to the bungalows.

The detached bungalows in the park are surrounded by Mediterranean vegetation such as palm trees, oleander, hibiscus, eucalyptus trees and much more (see sample photos on the Internet presentation).

A newly built playground and a table tennis table provide fun for children.

The car can be parked outside directly next to the park in a traffic-calmed cul-de-sac or in a private car park in the garden area (outside).

Due to the central location of the park, right next to the sandy beach and the centre of the seaside resort, there may be loud music late into the night during the main months of July and August.

LA PERLA DI SICILIA

The small park complex "La Perla di Sicilia", with a total of 9 bungalows, is located in a quiet and central location, directly on one of the most beautiful sandy beaches in Sicily.
The sandy bay is surrounded by beautiful dunes and the sandy beach, which slopes gently into the sea, invites young and old to enjoy a wonderful swim. The centre of Marina di Modica with its restaurants, bars and gelaterias is just a few minutes' walk away.

The detached bungalows in the park are surrounded by flowering oleander bushes, lemon, orange and fig trees as well as beautiful large and small palm trees.

The holiday homes are approx. 55-60 square metres in size and are simply furnished and functionally equipped. They have two separate bedrooms, a living/dining room with kitchen (in which there is a sofa bed), shower/WC, TV-Sat, W-Lan and air conditioning (in the dining area, for a fee) as well as a large terrace.

MARINA DI MODICA

Marina di Modica is located directly by the sea, between Sampieri and Pozzallo, at the southern tip of Sicily, far away from the tourist centres. The town's sandy beach is surrounded by dunes and is one of the most beautiful stretches of coastline on the island. The sandy beach slopes gently into the sea and is ideal for families with small children, but also for senior citizens. A marvellous promenade runs along the seafront, surrounded by a park in the style of southern Italy, where a market is held at weekends.
In July and August, when the locals are on holiday, the otherwise quiet seaside resort comes to life with live music, theatre performances and beach bars around the centrally located Bungalow Park, providing entertainment late into the night.

In winter, warm, spring-like temperatures invite you to spend the winter in Sicily.

EXCURSIONS

Just 6 kilometres from the park is the small fishing town of Pozzallo, with numerous shopping opportunities and a beautiful piazza surrounded by palm trees. If you value fresh fish, you'll be in your element here.

The baroque town of Modica is just a 15-minute drive from Marina di Modica and is what you would expect from a typical small Sicilian town. Life here pulsates from early in the morning until late at night. Modica's old town centre with its numerous baroque churches, such as the Cathedral of San Giorgio, is impressive both by day and by night!

Other interesting excursion destinations include Syracuse, Agrigento, Palermo, Segesta, Selinunte, Cefalù, Piazza Armerina, Catania, Cava d`Ispica, Camarina, Castello di Donnafugata, Ragusa, Modica, Noto, Scicli, Taormina and of course Mount Etna.

We can also organise some excursions on request. Day trips from the neighbouring town of Pozzallo to the nearby island of Malta can be booked through us.

The mild, spring-like climate is suitable for year-round tourism in Sicily.
