Here you will find a holiday home with its own garden. The charming country-style house has exclusive furnishings and is quietly located in a new housing estate with no through traffic and within walking distance of the play barn, North Sea lagoon and the beach.

The centrally and quietly located holiday home offers you everything you could wish for on a relaxing holiday on approx. 130 m² of living space. The house has four spacious bedrooms, one of which is on the ground floor, all of which are equipped with an LCD TV and plenty of storage space. While you sleep in a double bed (180 cm x 200 cm) in three bedrooms, the fourth bedroom has two single beds (90 cm x 200 cm), plenty of room to play and an extra chest of drawers with additional storage space for children.
For an occupancy of 9 people, 8 beds and a baby cot are available (i.e. the youngest guest must be under 3 years old).
There is a bathroom on both floors. On the top floor there is a daylight-bright, large bathroom with bathtub, shower, WC and two washbasins. The counterpart on the ground floor is a daylight-bright shower room with WC. After a trip to the beach or a relaxing sauna session, take a seat in the cosy living area. A wood-burning stove provides cosy warmth and a high-quality corner sofa and a comfortable rattan armchair invite you to linger. Of course, a flat-screen TV also provides entertainment here, which can be used for your film night with satellite TV, TV-USB connection and DVD player. The well-equipped fitted kitchen with open-plan dining area allows you to cater for yourself comfortably and extensively. From a dishwasher and a cooker with ceramic hob to various coffee machines, all the appliances you could wish for are available. All rooms are equipped with electric shutters and underfloor heating. Bedrooms, terrace and bathrooms also have insect screens. There is a tumble dryer and washing machine in the storeroom (for a fee). A comprehensive range of children's equipment (e.g. children's crockery, high chair, children's cutlery, wooden baby cot with mattress and a stair gate) is available.

In the garden you have plenty of space - on your terrace which is not visible from the street - with your own beach chair, children can play on the lawn and the large garden sauna offers you wonderful relaxation.

The sea, cafés and restaurants as well as horse-riding facilities await your visit. A bakery with warm, freshly baked bread rolls in the morning is just 150 metres away. Supermarkets with a wide range of goods and brand discount stores are approx. 600 metres away. Enjoy your holiday with numerous excursion options on the Butjadingen holiday peninsula. The indoor play barn and North Sea lagoon are a real Eldorado for children.

Charging electric vehicles via the house sockets is prohibited for fire safety reasons and will result in the loss of the deposit. Please use the charging infrastructure at the local EDEKA supermarket.
