Villa Domenica is an exclusive member of Holiways Villas! Falassarna is a seaside village on the West part of Crete in the Kissamos Prefecture about 59km west of Chania. It hosts some of the most famous beaches in Crete of various lengths, all facing the West (which makes it a wonderful place to watch the sunset from). The waters are very clean with lovely turquoise colors because of the sandy bottom. The exotic main long sandy beach of Falassarna which is called Pachia Ammos has been awarded the blue flag beach and as one of the ten best beaches in Europe many times in the past. It is listed as Nature 2000 due to the wide variety of flora and fauna, which is a place with gorgeous natural beauty. The beaches are well organized with many umbrellas, a few snack bars, cafes, and a lot of water sports. From the archaeological side, in the area, there are the remains of a fortified Hellenistic harbor. Because of a sudden uplift of the West of Crete 1500 years ago, the harbor is now located inland.

Villa Domenica is part of the Falasarna Luxury Villas Complex, which includes four luxury villas: Villa Galatia ( 5 bedrooms), Villa Domenica ( 3 bedrooms) Villa Elpida (5 bedrooms) and Villa Casa di Franco (7 bedrooms). The total number of rooms for the whole complex is 20 and the guests can book as villas as they wish based on the number of guests that travel with them.

Indoor facilities
Villa Domenica is a two-storey villa consisting of 3 bedrooms, one on the ground floor and the rest of them on the upper floor. All the bedrooms are fully equipped. Two of the bedrooms have ensuite bathrooms. Entering the villa on the ground floor you will find a spacious open area with a fantastically-equipped kitchen for foodies. The area is completed with a dining and a living room with a big flat-screen Smart Satellite TV where you can grab a coffee and get yourself a freshly brewed coffee and pad across the area to the outdoor space. Wherever you find yourself in this house there is something beautiful to admire. The neutral palette that is used here creates the perfect scenery for a serene getaway from the fast pace of life making your stay unforgettable. Uninterrupted rest is promised while you can enjoy a luxurious stay away from the fast pace of everyday life.

Outdoor facilities
From the moment you step your foot outside of the villa, you will see an amazingly designed swimming pool, and pretty close to it there is a lounge area with a dining table for 6 under a protected pergola and an outdoor fireplace. The garden suits for sunset drinks and a swimming pool and a lounge area with sofas make the ideal spot to relax. Fire up the grill and gather together for an alfresco meal under the pergola as the stars come out one by one sunbed to enjoy the Cretan sun and the little things that will impress you.

***Heated Pool Policy
The swimming pool can be heated from 15th September till the end of May, upon request free of charge by a Pool Heat Pump at about 26 - 27°C depending on weather conditions. We request three days' advance notice for this facility.(Kindly be informed that the heated pool feature is not available during the summer months due to naturally high ambient temperatures.)

Free car amenity
We offer our guests (with a valid driving license for at least a year) a manual small car (group A) as an additional amenity. This service is complimentary for the entire duration of the stay at the villa. Additionally, we provide free car pick-up and drop-off from Chania Airport. (for other destinations, there is an additional charge.) * If you would like to upgrade to a higher car category, you can do so by paying an additional fee. ** Simple car insurance is included (you can upgrade to full insurance at an extra cost)

From 2024 there is a resilience fee to the climate crisis that is fifteen euros per night from April to October and four euros per night from November to March. This fee will be paid in cash upon arrival.
